Super annoying . I paid for a Oceanview and they gave me a construction site view. The second you walk into the hotel. It smells horrible. It smells like mold, mixed with fish and pool water. The carpeting on the fourth floor smells absolutely horrible. The room smells horrible. The water pressure in the shower is almost nonexistent, the toilets don't flush properly. It's unbearable to stay in that room because of the smell. So they upgraded us to the 10th floor and the smell is still the same. We have a decent view. They refuse to give us a balcony view although they have plenty available. They also told us to make reservations with the concierge for the restaurants. They said there was three restaurants open tonight, which was Asian, Italian, steak, and seafood. When I came to concierge, they told us that there is only one restaurant open which is Asian. So we have no options . Horrible . Stay away from this resort because it definitely doesn't feel like a resort or look like one . Laying out by the pool. The service is horrible. Nobody comes around to check if you need anything or to clean the dishes or switch out your towels. I'm very upset because for the amount I paid I expected at least four stars like I mentioned online and it's not even close to that.
