A longer wait, but worth it! My fiancé and I stopped by later into the evening for a meal and were seated fairly quickly but had to wait for a short while before our server came by. Although this was not our favorite restaurant at the resort, it was still pretty yummy! The Lychee Martini was sweet and crisp, the Steamed Potstickers a delicious appetizer, and my Orange Lobster insanely good. And the Banana Eggroll for dessert? DIVINE. The one drawback to the evening was that their smoke detectors went off a few times, but other than that it was a fine evening. My sister and I decided to try Chop Stix on our second day in the Bahamas after hearing rave reviews about it. Although the restaurant wasn't busy, we encountered some attitude from staff because we didn't have reservations--despite plenty of open seating, I didn't see the issue. The service was notably slow; thankfully, we didn't order any drinks, as that would have likely caused more frustration. We did need multiple refills for our small water glasses. For our order, we had egg rolls, Singaporean noodles, and a pork stir-fry. I'm glad the food arrived hot and flavorful, as I might not have tolerated the sluggish service otherwise. Shrimp dumplings were made in rice paper and were absolutely undercooked and were obviously frozen the heated up. Fishy and not fresh. I have never experienced dumplings like this! Service was slow and checked in on us only after 30 minutes passed and after telling them we didn't like the food they took even longer to bring our check. read more

Dining at Chop Stix was a truly wonderful experience and easily the highlight of our stay at Atlantis. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and well taken care of--Delon and Dareth were absolutely incredible and went above and beyond to make our evening special. Their attentiveness, friendliness, and professionalism really stood out. The food was outstanding--beautifully prepared, full of flavor, and simply delicious. This was our fourth night at Atlantis, and Chop Stix was by far our favorite restaurant and overall dining experience. Amazing food, exceptional service, and a memorable atmosphere.
