Not only could they easily accommodate a seven or eight person party, but there were two vegetarians in the group, and they were very well fed. Fei was our server (by request because of my friends previous good experience with her), and she was lovely and responsive, anticipating our needs. We made a reservation for four o'clock, and I am glad we did because when we left at six, the place was packed. It is clear that news about this place was spreading quickly. The main entrance has two long ramps, there are wide aisles between tables, and the bathrooms are right at the entrance, though I did not check the accessible stall to see if it was truly accessible. We have been back multiple times on subsequent trips for birthdays and special occasions or just because and they never disappoint. My friends even announced their pregnancy here to a huge group of people gathered to celebrate a birthday.

When she did make her rounds she made sure to visit every one of her tables except for ours . We have had great service from Ramir , Bri and many other people but this was extremely unsettling and racially motivated. I have seen this particular server give subpar service to other African American patrons and my wife who is of Asian origin herself has heard this server make rude comments in her native language before. This instance , the server in particular told us that she refused to take us as patrons because we "don't tip asian people but will tip her black friends" (Im Hispanic and African American , my wife is Korean and African American ) We have been to this location AT LEAST +50 times and have tipped bare minimum 18% to each and every service that we have had regardless of their service. So this should let you know how bad her service was to cause us not to tip her after previously tipping her 25%. In 2026 when the current racial climate in the world being the way it is , I am completely appalled to have someone blatantly show their racial prejudice at their place of work. Is this how Top Pot operates? Do you support your workers who are blatantly racist to the customers that come in to support your business? What does that say for how she views her fellow crew who are people of color? What type of environment does that create for them and for guests alike? Completely unacceptable!

The ramen was rich, comforting, and full of flavor as always. The mango shaved ice was refreshing and came topped with popping mango pearls and mochi, which made it even better. The ambiance is nice bright and decorative. Clean. The service is always great, and Jimmy always remembers me and is so welcoming every time I come in.
