Finally tried this place! I wanted to try this place since they opened and I finally had the chance to try their chicken. We ordered take out for half of hot and spicy and half of original. The chicken was ready for us to pick at the time as stated. When we got the chicken, I was so excited to try it! But after taking couple bites, we were running to get water! It was so salty and the hot and spicy was not hot at all, it tasted more like soy sauce based chicken. It was a huge disappointment but the meat of the chicken wasn't dry so we were able to finish majority of it with water. We are going to try this place again and I hope the chicken is as tasty as the review states!

I didn't know Korean chicken was a thing. However, it's definitely it's my thing now. I was doing some work at the coffee shop across the street and noticed the place and on a whim I said, let me try it and take some home to the family. The place is fairly small, not a lot of tables, but I do believe I would like to try the food there next time. It's a 20 minute ride home, but still it was really good. The chicken is really moist and the crunchy. How do I truly explain the technique.......uhhhhhhhhhhhh, don't know but it's good. They have a few sauce options. I felt they took it over the top. My family did not need the sauce, so it's just a bonus. The order was quickly ready and the gentleman taking my order was extremely helpful. Overall, if I am in the area, this is tops on my list of options

After driving past this place several times, we decided to stop in. Simple and straight forward menu. They sale chicken in halves and wholes which is very contentious! It was lunch time and so happy hour specials were available. We tried a half chicken cooked sweet chili style with cole slaw and a half chicken cooked hot and spicy and fries. The chicken was well fried and sauces were nice. The sweet chili was tasty, the hot and spicy was tasty but not so hot. Cole slaw and fries were decent. The staff was curteous and helpful. Food was prepared quickly and packaged with care to go. My husband and son both agree we will return to this establishment.

I have only had this chicken once. My son ordered take out. It comes in a very unique box. The chicken was hot and very tasty. I would order this chicken again.

Cute, clean place. Quick. Staff was friendly. Chicken wings were a solid 8/10, got 3 drums and 3 flats and was a perfectly covered in buffalo sauce, only downside is that they weren't as crispy as I was hoping. The side of mac salad that it came with was a lot smaller than I expected though

This place is deliciousssss! Finally Jenkintown/Abington/Elkins Park area has a good fried chicken option!! We ordered take out and opted for their family dinner option that includes 12 pieces of chicken + 4 sides + 3 sauces. When ordering I was under the impression the chicken came with sauce on side. Apparently I misunderstood and the sauce came served on the chicken. Luckily, we really liked the sauces we ordered and the sauce didn't take away from the crunch of the chicken! The employee I spoke to over the phone was super friendly! We ordered Cajun, Hot and Sweet Chili sauces. My favorite was the hot sauce but all three were delicious !! For sides we ordered onion rings and French fries. The onion rings were like a tempura batter and super light and not greasy but great flavor! The fries were pretty standards but seasoned well. The pics were taken after we ate so not the best.. we dove right in and I forgot to take a good pic -- definitely give this place a try!!

Didn't feel like cooking so I decided to try Andy's our on my way home. I first just want to say they are the absolute nicest people ever. From the moment I walked I'm I was greeted warmly. While I pondered my selection I was extended the courtesy that I could ask questions if I needed to do so. I settled on the Sweet Chilli chicken with buttery rice as a side. I also got some fries on the side. The first then I tried were the fries. They were melt in your mouth delicious. My only complaint here was that at $3.50 the portion size was underwhelming. Not enough to share with a friend without wanting to smack their hand. The buttery rice was okay. The chicken was delicious with the standard crunch. The sweet chili sauce was the perfect accompaniment. I will definitely visit again as I want to try their bulgogi.

A new branch of Andy's chicken opened up in Jenkintown, which we were excited since we had never ventured into their other location before since it's really out of our way. I've always seen nothing but rave reviews about their chicken it always looks delicious, so now is our time to see if such was true. We ordered a half a chicken tossed in honey garlic with a side of sweet chili sauce which I poured all over my chicken. I will say the crunch and texture were stupendous. All the flavors coating this chicken were outstanding. It was hot and freshly cooked. Delicious in every bite. I for sure will be back since it's along our regular route. Got to try some other items here, but definitely getting that chicken again. Delicioso.

The salad was a bit underwhelming and we wished there was more salmon sashimi in it, but the dressing was good and it was a nice and light dish to start with. The Pork Regular Combo was plenty for us, and had a good variety of pork belly, jowl, and spicy bull-dwaeji to try. We ended with a really tasty marinated galbi. Our meal also included steamed egg, corn cheese, and doenjang and kimchi jjigaes, which did not fall short, either. Our waiters were extremely attentive and accommodating! Our original reservation was scheduled for 8:30 PM and our plans changed, so we wanted to come in earlier. The staff did their very best on a packed night and were able to get us in at 7:30 PM and made sure to call us to let us know. We had a waiter grilling at all times, so our food was ready quickly. SALT is tucked in a plaza with plenty of parking on a busy night. The restaurant itself was cozy, but one thing we did notice was how quickly we ran out of space at our table. We felt a bit rushed to clear things out, but otherwise, a really great experience!

Michael, the manager, always greets us with a smile, and sometimes we even get lucky enough to have him as our server. I genuinely don't think I've ever seen this guy have a bad day. He's professional, welcoming, funny, and somehow makes every visit feel personal. Gin is also amazing, we absolutely love getting him as our waiter. Honestly though, we've never had a bad experience with any member of the staff. Everyone there is friendly and attentive, and you can tell they truly care about their customers. For years, this has been the ONLY restaurant my mom consistently wants to go to. We use way too much sauce, accidentally burn half our food, and still somehow have the best time every single visit. The atmosphere is just that good. And the food? Absolutely top tier. The meats, seafood, and vegetables are always fresh. The Thai Tom Yum broth is my personal favorite and never disappoints. My mom is obsessed with the KPot short rib, and honestly, I can see why, it's amazing. I'm hooked on the sweet and spicy sauce with the garlic shrimp. Every time I tell someone about this place, I hype it up with the same excitement because it truly deserves it. If you've never been to KPot Franklin Mills, just GO. I swear you will not be disappointed.

Although this has been open for a while, I don't think the quality has decline at all. One of the standout features of this restaurant was its extensive food selection. The variety of meats available for Korean BBQ was truly remarkable, ranging from beef bulgogi and marinated pork belly to tender chicken and flavorful seafood. The quality of the ingredients was top-notch. Moreover, the hot pot offerings were equally impressive, with an array of fresh vegetables, seafood, and delectable broths to choose from. The ability to customize my dining experience according to my preferences was a definite highlight. Although it feels like I am eating less and less each time I come because maybe I am not able to eat as much I used to. Ha What truly set this restaurant apart, however, was the exceptional service provided by the staff. The waitstaff were knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive throughout my entire dining experience. They were more than willing to guide me through the menu, make recommendations based on my preferences, and ensure that all my needs were met. The servers were quick to refill our drinks, change out the grill, and offer assistance whenever required. They recently added tablet ordering which makes some of the dining experience better. Food comes out even quicker without flagging down your waiter/waitress. Another commendable aspect of this establishment was the reasonable price point. Given the quality and variety of the food on offer. This combination of delicious food, excellent service, and reasonable prices makes it an outstanding value for money. In conclusion, I've been to KPot many times over the year and haven't been disappointed yet. Although I do hope they can install individual ventilation at each table where you don't smell like grilled steak after dining.

It just is not on the printed menu. Very cool, but also slightly chaotic. If you speak Korean, there is basically an unlocked menu situation. Same with tteokbokki. Not listed, but available. Love that for the insiders. The only downside is you do not really know all the prices ahead of time, and things ended up being a little higher than expected. It is right next to H Mart though, so prime real estate. The yukhoe came out still a tiny bit frozen in the center, but the seasoning was great. Nicely balanced sesame oil, garlic, a little sweetness. They mix it for you at the table which is a nice touch. We were mid mixing and they tried to take our picture which caught us off guard, but honestly it is a fair trade for how attentive and kind they were. Seafood tofu pot was a bit underwhelming protein wise. One shrimp and maybe two squid rings. Not exactly seafood heavy. That said, the broth itself had good depth and the tofu was silky and comforting. Service was warm and attentive the whole time. The space is super picturesque. Small booths with grills built into the tables, wooden frames, very traditional KBBQ vibes. Cozy and cute without feeling cramped. Overall, good experience. Just a little pricey and I wish everything was clearly listed on the menu. But vibes and service are definitely there.
