I have been looking forward to trying Guy Fieri's famous chicken guy diner style restaurant, and it was a bit of a hit or miss. I ordered the Bourbon Brown Sugar BBQ: Pepper jack, bourbon brown sugar BBQ sauce, special sauce, slaw, pickles & BBQ kettle chips. The chicken was crispy and sauces and toppings were delicious, but I definitely felt a bit off after I finished it, too salty. My son ordered the Buffalo Mac 'N' Cheese Sandwich Mac 'n' cheese, smoked bacon, buffalo, smc, garlic parmesan At first he seemed to like it, but then he was complaining that his stomach was bothering him. Not sure if it was the sandwich or the fries, which were completely covered in seasoning, just too much seasoning. We had some of their famous shakes, the cookies and cream, and the mint chocolate chip very sweet a bit too much and my sister had the hot honey chicken sandwich again it just didn't really taste fresh. Also important to know we came on a Sunday afternoon and it took a while for someone to come up to the front to take our order. Just seemed a bit disorganized and for what we paid. Rather underwhelmed. One of the positives was the young man that was picking up, clearing tables, he was really sweet and helpful and attentive.

Finally got to give this place a try tonight after years of waiting and it was definitely a treat! My husband and I went for a quick bite to eat. I ordered a Big Bite sandwich, my son got the Mac & Cheese, and my husband opted to give the tenders a try. As we searched for a table the kindest person advised us that they had just cleaned tables in the back that were ready to be sat at. We grabbed our drinks at the fountains and sat at a table. Shortly after sitting our food was brought over to us (thankfully because we were starving). The tenders were large pieces sitting on top of a bed of well seasoned fries, the macaroni looked restaurant worthy with breadcrumbs sitting on top of the creamy spiral noodles and my sandwich was STACKED with 2 large tenders, deliciously flavored shredded lettuce and crispy bacon. The food, although fast food, was delicious! The chicken was crispy, the macaroni was cheesy and creamy, the sandwich was loaded with flavor and the French fries didn't even need sauce as they were seasoned deliciously. As we enjoyed our meals, the same person that advised us about seating came by and insisted my son taste his macaroni with avocado sauce and brought over a container with the sauces. Although my son was not interested in eating avocado, my husband and I happily devoured the sauce with our food. Delicious. The restaurant was impeccably clean and the person that assisted us with seating and delicious sauce (I'm assuming the manager) was making sure that the restaurant was running smoothly and constantly cleaning out tables and assisting other. Service was a definite 10/10. Overall a great spot for a quick bite. I wish this was a stand alone restaurant with a drive-thru so that I can eat here without having to visit the mall.

Got the CG Classic chicken sandwich and a 5 Tender Combo meal. The chicken was very moist but I'm not really a chicken breast person. The fries were okay. Got donkey sauce and chipotle ranch sauce. The chipotle sauce was better than the donkey sauce. They have lots of sauces to try but they only allowed me to pick two. The cashier didn't speak much English and was difficult to communicate with but she was friendly and got help from someone who spoke English who wasn't very friendly. I guess it's a trade off. You can't have both! Lol!

After 2 years of waiting for this spot to open up it's finally here! I had the "sauce boss" chicken sandwich which was just 2 chicken tenders with lettuce, tomatoes and onions. I ordered my sandwich without pickles although it still came with pickles on top. I know it wasn't the fault of the person that took my order because I saw him enter "no pickles" on the screen. In my opinion the chicken tenders were very thin and not crispy enough. The chicken tenders were decent, although not good enough for me to crave them. If the tenders were tossed in the sauce it would most likely make them better. Without the sauce they just taste like tenders you can get from the freezer section in the grocery store and pop in the oven. I had high expectations for these tenders, maybe it's because the wait was long overdue. If you're looking for something quick, this is the spot. The service was great, they bring your food to your table, which was very convenient. The atmosphere is nice, the music playing is not too loud which allowed me to have a conversation while enjoying my meal. The FRENCH FRIES are AMAZING. The 4 stars are for the fries, they are seasoned to perfection. The sauce I chose was the garlic Parmesan and I want to say that it was the best garlic Parmesan dipping sauce I've ever had. You can taste the blend of flavors in each bite. I would come back just for the fries, that's how good they were.

I come here every time I come to the mall, and I have to say that the cashier Leslie is amazing. Every time we come she is friendly and very helpful whenever we're indecisive or have an issue. Last week we came and ordered the 50 tenders and a 3 tender combo. On my app I saw that I had a reward but I didn't know that it had expired because it didn't say it on the app. Although she could've just told me it was expired and call it a day, she still gave it to me. Same with the 50 tenders, on the menu it says that it comes with 4 sauces but on their system it says 2 and she still gave us the 4. She has great customer service and my experience wouldn't be as amazing as it is if she weren't here.

    Non existent sandwich

You know the first time I came here the food was awesome. As I've come back time and time again I've been completely let down each time more and more. Tonight I went to go pick up some chicken tendies and a sandwich to enjoy. Mind you the drive is 30 mins there and 30 mins back. Once I got home I was disappointed again. I got the OG and asked for no pickles but lettuce and tomato. Got bread and chicken tenders with the wrong sauce! In addition to this, the fries were cold and hard and the chicken tenders were not crispy. Not sure what's going on but time and time again this place can't seem to get my order right. Last time I called the manager said he would hook it up. Still waiting on that promise (it's Been 2 years). Might have to start looking somewhere else.

Honestly we were very surprised with how bad the food was. The chicken tenders which were supposed to be very "flavorful" according to many tiktok reviews were extremely thin chicken slices overly cooked and seemed like fried in paprika itself cause that's the only thing you could taste. The sandwich was the same kind of vibe. The only things that are worth getting is the mac n cheese and fries but we really didn't come here just to enjoy some sides. The chicken on the mac n cheese (same thing). The reviews on tiktok have to be sponsored because we were truly disappointed. Sauces tasted extremely artificial. There is absolutely no quality control coming from the owners. Overall just disappointing experience and never coming back. Guy seems good at tasting food all over the world except his own restaurant. The staff were very friendly.

For the prices of the food alone I recommend at least trying Chicken Guy. We paid $32 for all this food and weren't even able to finish it all. We ordered the fries which were good but nothing special. The Big Bite B.L.A.T. was delicious, we both really enjoyed the sandwich. The Mac & Cheese was very cheesy but I do wish it had a bit more flavor besides the cheese. The chicken tenders at first to me looked like frozen chicken tenders but they were juicy and you could tell they were made fresh and with quality chicken breast. The breading was a little off but had good flavor. If you come here you HAVE to try the Apple Cinnamon Cereal shake, it was amazing!! My boyfriend and I shared it and we were fighting over it because we both loved it so much. It was the perfect amount of sweet & had the subtle cereal flavor. I really loved it! The staff were really nice, since the place is so new you could tell that they were still being trained. We had to remind them about our shake and we didn't end up getting it until after we were ready to leave. We will probably be back on a night we are craving a chicken sandwich and shakes!

When you heard that Guy Fieri opens up a restaurant in West Kendall; sure why not, let's check it out! Upon arrival, girl in the front was extremely helpful and kind with my 5 year old goddaughter. Not all employees take the time to have patience or even a kind gesture to our little humans. Food wasn't anything out of the ordinary. I'll stick with Shake Shack any day! Chicken Tender Kids Menu & the one's from my sandwich were extremely dry. Not much flavor just a lot of extra seasoning that isn't necessary. A whole lotta fries with only 2 packages of ketchup. If you want more packages you gotta pay. Yes I understand Guy Fieri is Food Network gentleman but not worth your time or money! Milkshakes were a hit! Also; it is kid friendly. But my little human got a major allergy reaction. So we will definitely won't be back.

Guy Fieri brought Flavortown to Dadeland mall. Great fast casual option for lunch while shopping. It's located upstairs in the dining wing and not in the food court, which is usually overcrowded. There is plenty of seating inside the restaurant and a few tables on the outside balcony. You order first at the counter and then food is brought to your table. There is a greeter at the entrance that was very nice and knew all about the menu. I consider myself a "chicken tender connoisseur" because I love them and have tried a lot. The tenders at chicken guy are in my top 10 for sure now. They had so much flavor. They were perfectly fried and not greasy. The cherry on top was the sauce selection. There are so many options. An order of tenders comes with two sauces. I got the classic honey mustard and special sauce. Both were great. The special sauce had a tiny little kick to it I really enjoyed. The greeter recommended the shareable sides since they are big enough for two to share instead of individual fries for each. We picked the loaded fries and they were alright. They had little pieces of chicken on top and cheese, but since they were covered in cheese sauce they got soggy pretty quick. Other than that it was good. I can't wait to go back and try more sauces...and chicken lol!

Today's selection. Loaded fries and tenders with Mac and cheese.

First time visiting after a long awaited opening at Dadeland Mall. It did not disappoint. Had the loaded fries and 5 tenders with a few sauces. Of the sauces we tried, the buttermilk ranch and Nashville hot honey were the best. The donkey sauce and special sauce were okay but the other two were definitely the winners. What really pushed the experience to the next level was Erric. He did an outstanding job of keeping the area clean and engaging with the customers.

I've been waiting for Chicken Guy Dadeland to open since 2021. I'm happy the day finally arrived and I was able to try it on opening day! The restaurant had freebies today and I got a Chicken Guy t-shirt, hat, and pop socket for my phone. Pretty cool! Chicken Tenders: 8.25 - Amazing crisp, but not as juicy as I expected. I think because of the added crunch, the "juices" are compromised. French Fries: 9 - Taste great on their own because of the spices. With dipping sauce I would easily rate a 10. Mac & Cheese: 7 - Personally not a huge fan of SMC, however the breadcrumb topping is a nice touch. Bourbon Brown Sugar BBQ Sandwich: 9.5 - Flavortown is real and you will be transported to this magical place when you take a bite of this sandwich. I am not a fan of pickles and I even enjoyed the acidity it brought to the sandwich with the balance of the other flavors. Oreo Shake: 8 - Solid choice and the Oreo crumbles are great. I wish there was a larger variety of shake flavors offered. Buffalo Sauce: 9.5 - It has a kick at the beginning but smooth finish. Ranch Sauce: 8 - It has an overpowering dill flavor, but I appreciate the freshness / herbs. Garlic Parmesan Sauce: 10000 - I would drink this if left unsupervised. If the Dadeland location ever closes I will drive to the Disney Springs location just for this sauce. Service: 10 - The staff was constantly cleaning and walking around the restaurant asking customers how their meals were, etc.

This place was so delicious! The food tasted amazing! The chicken tenders were super crispy and seasoned just right. The fries are also seasoned with a little spice. The chicken sandwiches were huge and delicious. The employees were all super helpful. Once you pay, they bring the food to your table. It's a very bright place. Lots of sunlight coming in. We enjoyed it. We would definitely go back again!

I stopped by this well-established "bakery" chain for a quick bite. I chose the Pinecrest location because I always thought it was the nicer one. Other locations, particularly Doral, leave a lot to be desired in terms of ambiance. That's not to say this location is anything extraordinary, but at least it feels like a place you'd actually want to sit down and visit. It's been a long time since I last came here. I can't remember if they always stayed open until 9 PM on regular days, but I distinctly remember that on weekends at least, they used to close around 6 PM, and that by 5:30 PM the kitchen was often already shutting down. Because I generally wake up around 2 or 3 PM on weekends, this place became impractical for me long ago. I eventually found far better options closer to home that stay open later and offer a much broader selection of bakery/pastry items, all-day breakfast, while also offering sandwiches, entrées, desserts, and just about everything else. Still, after years of rotating through the same places, my friend and I decided to venture out, especially since I had woken up "early" by my standards. We arrived around 5 PM and I was absolutely floored by the menu prices. Wagyu or not, a smash cheeseburger for $25? A seafood fettuccine for $36? At a 3.6-star corner bakery? Dishes that cost around $18 a few years ago, such as the Black Forest ham and cheese scramble with coffee and orange juice, are now effectively $24 once you add the $2 extra charge for the coffee and small orange juice that used to be included. That's a staggering 33% increase from what was already an expensive meal three years ago. And that percentage doesn't tell the whole story, because even back then their prices were already 30% to 50% higher than many of their competitors. And let's be honest: the supposedly superior ingredients didn't exactly create some unforgettable culinary experience. You'd be hard-pressed to tell the difference between their Black Forest ham and the regular ham served elsewhere. Back to yesterday's visit. I had already driven there and didn't feel like searching for another place. Plus, my usual order at bakeries is a ham and cheese croissant, and that happened to be one of the few things on their menu that hadn't reached absurd pricing territory. At around $8, it's arguably one of their better deals, especially considering that a croissant filled with Nutella or some other typical filling costs roughly the same. Granted, it's not even a traditional ham and cheese croissant like the ones found in 99% of bakeries. It's a smaller version with the ham and cheese baked inside, almost like a pastelito. So when you factor this in, it's equally overpriced. Naturally, destiny enjoys playing jokes on me. The waitress informed me that they had already run out of croissants... at 5 PM... in a bakery supposedly known for its croissants. She then explained that they had shifted "more toward their bistro concept." I couldn't help but wonder: what bistro? Adding a few wildly overpriced restaurant dishes to your menu doesn't magically transform a bakery into a bistro. It simply gives the impression that you've drifted away from your original identity. And that's unfortunate because, as a French bakery, the selection here is already surprisingly limited. Compare them to competitors like Bonjour French Bakery and the difference becomes obvious. They simply can't compete. La Boulangerie mostly offers a handful of pastries and some jarred desserts and calls it a day. As for the coffee, both Bonjour French Bakery and Crema Gourmet Espresso Bar completely outclass them. Their coffee is richer, smoother, more flavorful, their prices are more reasonable, and their menus offer a broad selection, from all day breakfast to sandwiches, entrées, as well as pastas. Which brings me to the giant sign in the middle of the restaurant that proudly says "BAKERY" and to the word "BOULANGERIE" itself, the French term for a bakery specializing in bread and baked goods. Those words have never felt more irrelevant. There's a reason this place sits at a 3.6-star average rating as of this review. Had I seen that beforehand, I never would have driven this far based solely on memories from two years ago. I have a simple rule when it comes to restaurants: I don't go anywhere with less than four stars on Yelp. This visit was a good reminder of why.

It's in our top 3 burger spots, hands down. We came to eat today to try out this place for my first time as he has been here before. As soon as I finished my burger, I told my husband I'm writing a review for this amazing place immediately! We've gone to other burger spots in Miami and I was skeptical of all the hype since other places get hyped as well but has let us down. BURGER - single smash patty (my husband had the double patty), cheese, pickles, and sriracha mayo, we added bacon. Usually I like my burger with all the fixins instead of simple, but I gave it a chance anyway and I'm so glad I did! Delicious is an understatement. The burger tasted like perfection - well seasoned and juicy. We were content and satisfied once we finished the burger. FRIES - perfect, fresh, crispy, hot fries with cheese on the side. Fries were delicious at every bite. Cheese tasted good as well. Other places have greasy fries that have a taste of the oil they use, but this place did not! Fries were PERFECT. SERVICE - Everyone was welcoming, helpful and friendly. We had a positive experience and had great service from the cashier on the inside seating area. I love the fact that they served us on REAL plates. It gave us a warm, personalized welcoming feel and almost like if it was home made. This place also sells fresh meat, pasta, sourdough bread and other items. Everything look clean, organized and well kept in cool temperatures. I definitely recommend this place and my husband and I will be back for more!

As for the burger, it definitely hit the spot. A classic smash burger with cheese and pickles done right. The guy at the counter was also very friendly, which made the visit even better.
