I appreciate that they are not trying to recreate a mainland dish but add Hawaiian flavor to an American staple. The chcken is moist and the sauce has the spicy/sweetness you expect in Hawaii. Chili was the weak point of the meal, watery and lacked depth of flavor. macaroni salad is a Hawaiian staple and so much better here than in the south.
