When I came here for lunch, all but one of the other food trucks were closed, so this place had a bit of a line (about 5 people ahead of me) and it definitely took a while to get our food. I got the chicken sandwich with the macadamia nut sauce. It wasn't super flavorful, but it did taste fresh. The bun and the veggies were good, super fresh. The prices seem reasonable, but I wasn't really impressed with the taste. The seating is limited, but the area is really cute. read more

I came back for the southwest wrap three separate times because it was that good! Incredibly fresh, giant portion, and the flavor was fantastic. Staff were kind and service was fast. While on vacation, I was looking for a healthy alternative to all the plate lunch, fast food meals we were having. Fresh bite farm to beach was a convenient food truck located in Hanalei. I ordered the kauaian salad which is a dish with seasonal vegetables. For 10/7/25 the seasonal vegetables were carrots. Wish it could have been purple sweet potato or ulu considering we are in Hawaii. But the mix and added beats for $3 was a good sweet and tangy mix (with the pickled purple onions). I loved the dish because the kale was softened by the honey mustard dressing and tart with the pickled onions. The beets were small but slightly sweetened the dish. The macadamia nuts weren't hard but added a nice crunch. I also got the rainbow bowl for my kids to share and they ended up eating the purple cabbage, avocado, and carrots off the top. The ranch was good, not ranch like but more of an herby Greek yogurt. All good combos. I also got the mint iced tea and matcha latte. The mint iced tea with tulsi mint tea had a very spiced taste. Not a fan of spice (clove/chai) flavors. Service was quick for it being busy. The lady was nice as I ordered. This was the only food truck open around 12 on a Tuesday. The rest in the lot were closed. Parking is located all around hanalei and the day we went was cloudy so it wasn't packed. The tables available are bench seats with umbrellas. There is also the bay or beach you can eat at. I would recommend this place and if you have certain items you don't like, make sure to ask about what some bowls come topped with. read more

Fresh Bite is still an absolute gem of a place! This last time I went, I got the gaucho bowl (surprised?), two sides of fries (1 regular and 1 purple sweet potato) and their honey lavender matcha! The gaucho bowl was very filling- trust me, it doesn't look like it, but it's a large portion. The 2 sides of fries were also very large and we had to take them home as leftovers. The matcha was one of the best I've had while on island! This truck is pricey and the sides of sauce are $2.50 but you are paying for organic quality! I've never had a bad piece of meat or veggie from Fresh Bite - it's the freshest around. read more

Got a really excellent wrap for lunch and it was delicious! I love this area because there a bunch of food trucks and outdoor seating so everyone can grab what they want and sit together. Service was fast even with a lot of people ordering! Some of the wraps can be a bit salad heavy though, this one a bit too much arugula but tried a friends it had a bit variety in the toppings. This was the only food truck open at the time that we visited, but I would highly recommend it at any time. Delicious grilled chicken sandwich with a side of some of the best fries I have eaten in a long time. My wife had the Buddha Bowl, which was loaded with vegetables and quinoa. The sauce was delicious, though she could've used a little bit more of it. To get more, you have to buy an extra side of it for $3. Still, no complaints, and the menu has some variety for a food truck. And since that's what it is, take the food to go or eat it at one of the picnic tables, many of which are covered. They don't do a perfect job of keeping the rain off of you, but they help! Friendly staff and good food. Can't really go wrong here. read more

This was one of our favorite places to eat on the island during our week-long stay. Unfortunately we were only able to come one time due to our resort being all the way in Poipu. I like sushi but don't love it, and when I travel it's sometimes hard to find healthy food- this place has so many options and is absolutely delicious and the portions are generous! Had the Gaucho as a wrap and added chicken. Also had the Purple Sweet Potato fries with their homemade Ranch- so good! My daughter had the Garden Isle veggie sandwich on GF bread which was outstanding- the bread was moist and held together better than most GF breads. The truck is darling and the service was great. BEST food I've had on this island and honestly some of the best food I've ever had in my life. This is not an exaggeration! I am plant based so I was stoked to find this food truck with so many great options. All of the bowls you can get as a salad, a wrap or a bowl (with quinoa) and they're all close to $10 which is so affordable esp for the amount of food! Igot the Kauaian bowl so it had quinoa kale "massaged" with honey mustard and an assortment of fresh vegetables which included beets and cucumbers. I think the vegetables differ depending on what's fresh. The bowl was just delicious. The flavor was phenomenal, the veggies were crisp and fresh, the quinoa added a nice touch and the macadamia nuts added an unexpected crunch! It was the perfect think to satiate me after a long day of hiking. Now for the purple sweet potato fries...practically foodgasmic especially with the ranch. I don't know how they make the ranch or what's in it that makes it green but it's the best ranch I've ever had! I dipped them in ketchup, ranch and some extr honey mustard sauce I had from my bowl and it was just all so good. They should seriously bottle the sauces. I washed it all down with a refreshing iced coffee with coconut cream and it was delightful. We just visited Fresh Bite Farm to Beach and we loved every minute of it. We ordered the Chipotle Cheese Fries with chicken, the Hawaiian fruit punch, and the amazing banana mini breads. The cheese fries were great quality and had the perfect mix of spice and flavor. The fruit punches were unique and sweet and complemented the fries perfectly. We were pleasantly surprised by the fresh baked banana breads and even came back for more! They were moist, sweet, and a perfect size for a quick treat. The owner was very kind and served us quickly and kindly, making service great. Out side of the truck, there was picnic tables to eat on creating a calm and cozy ambiance.
