My boyfriend and I went to Chicken Maison to pick up lunch to enjoy at home. We both got the spicy lemon garlic chicken with sides of spicy potato salad, spicy coleslaw and rice. The chicken, spicy coleslaw, rice and spicy potato salad were delicious. It also came with warm pita bread and garlic sauce which we both love so much, we got 4 extra to go with our meals. Amazing restaurant. Just walking down the sidewalk towards this place I got a warm and happy feeling. As soon as I stepped in I was greeted with delightful smells of healthy and delicious food. The menu is so robust and full of options. Deciding what to try was my biggest struggle. Luckily, Sandra was my cashier. She was a wonderful women with a great smile and awesome service. She helped me decide on the salmon with two awesome sides. I also got an extra side of potato salad. Which was amazing and uses no mayo!! I had leftovers for later and was super satisfied. There is plenty of parking and seating available. Take out is also a great opción. The service at this location is TERRIBLE. Let's set aside the fact that they were out of/ unable to serve everything I tried to order-kabobs, spicy lemon garlic chicken, fettuccine pesto, steamed veggies...I've worked food service and though it's annoying, I understand that stuff happens. I came in right before they closed so I tried really hard to give them the benefit of the doubt. What REALLY upset me was that I could HEAR the staff complaining about my order. That's just really poor customer service. I came before the store closed, so how is it a problem to cook my food? I feel like it's unprofessional to complain about customers within earshot of that customer. I've been to both Torrance locations and I've never received less than great service. The food here is REALLY good! I usually get the rotisserie 1/4 chicken with veggies and rice. And I love the pita bread they give you with the garlic cream sauce. I eat here like once every couple weeks, would go more often but get off work too late. Anyway, the service is fast and great! Everyone that works there has a great attitude, very attentive, friendly and great customer service overall especially Daniella. Went here for the first time tonight after hearing good things from a neighbor. Boy were they right! Not only was the chicken moist and delicious the rice was great and that garlic sauce with the pita bread yum! The customer service was great also. Everyone was pleasant and I got our food quickly. Also highly recommended is their potatoes (they have this nice vinaigrette added to them that just makes your taste buds go Wow!). So I just had some food from here, and decided that it is about time I type up a review. I have gotten food from here more times than I can count, and have tried a lot from their menu. My favorite is the spicy lemon garlic chicken, rice, and spicy hummus. The cons I have about this place are that they mess up your orders sometimes (wrong item or forget something) and the rice is inconsistent (sometimes salty or bland). Overall, I love this place. I love the fact that If I have leftovers, I can make pita sandwiches out of them, which are very good. Directions and recipe to my pita sandwiches- Ingredients: Pita bread, chicken, garlic sauce, rice, and hummus. Directions: Shred the chicken. Open the pita halves and then heat them lightly on a pan. Spread the hummus in one side and the garlic sauce on another side, in the pita bread. Put shredded chicken and rice in pita bread. Decided to go here because the bf and I were in the area and it had some pretty good reviews. The cashiers were extremely welcoming. I got the 1/2 spicy lemon Garlic chicken my boyfriend got the gryo plate and oh my lord the meats were sooooo juicy and tender. The service was super fast. I only go there when I don't feel like cooking dinner. Its on the way from my job to my house. I usually call and place an order and pick it up on the way home. The only thing I've ordered was the 1/4 chicken special for $5.99. It comes with 1/4 chicken (wing, leg/thigh), rice, salad, and pita bread. The chicken was a bit on the salty side. Chicken Maison is our favorite spot to eat. The staff and manager are very friendly. We had them cater a big event that we were holding. Food was fresh and very delicious. Everything went as planned. Chicken Maison is a great stop if you are looking for a quick and healthy meal! I love the mixed green salad with baby kale, arugula, chicken and other goodies! Whenever I'm in a rush I order it by phone, it is always ready when I get there. So came here about 2 1/2 months ago and ordered the family feast which included 6 skewers of your choice. Mine being "Kafta" kabobs which are ground beef. Once I arrived home they were somewhat raw and not happy. I called the same evening to complain and was told I could either come back the same night or get credit....obvious credit since it was already late. 21/2 months go by and I call and confirm to see if I still have a credit for the same order and of course NOT.... their manager Chantal was gracious enough to extend that credit and make the customer happy. Upon arrival I showed pics of the same evening the incident happened and she still was gracious and put my order in and sat down with me to make sure all was to my liking. She has the amazing people skills that one rarely comes across and makes sure all is perfect with the customer. Truly enjoyed my visit and will definitely come back. My first time ordering from here. I have HBP. So this food is way too salty for me. The pita chips so much salt on them. I had the brush the salt off, but they are good. The hummus was very good. I my have been ti this location muktiple times. Every time I come into this place, everyone is so very kind attentive to my foodie needs.
