Finally tried Chicken Madison and we get the hype now!! We're so addicted to their chicken it's not even funny lol we ate it 3x in the past week lol no photos of the food because we got so excited every time that I kept forgetting to take a picture of our food +there are few locations but the Gardena location is in the same plaza as Domino's and Noodles Noodles. Limited parking available. +I was there for pick up so I didn't interact with the cashier too much but the girl was super nice and had such a nice smile, made everyone feel welcomed! +boyfriend and I ordered their regular chicken and spicy garlic lemon rotisserie and they were both FINGER LICKING GOOD omg. Both of chickens were so juicy and so flavorful we really can't pick one over the other. For sides we had white rice, spicy hummus and green salad a they were all great. The meal comes with fresh pita bread and their garlic sauce and you have to try them both with the meal. Seriously 10/10 would recommend. The chicken is perfectly seasoned and moist, and the best part is that it's still healthy! You can definitely split this into 2 hearty meals. I like to order all dark meat and get the spicy hummus and maison rice (it has raisins inside!) as my sides. The garlic sauce is not overbearingly garlicky and is just so addicting! I've definitely had better pita bread, but it's acceptable. Spicy gyro sandwich: 5/5. Sooo good! Love that it's loaded with juicy gyros. This is definitely a massive sandwich that will make you super full. The gyros are slightly on the salty side, but the tzatziki balances it out well! All the workers here are very friendly and kind :) There's a pretty small parking lot in the front, but I've never had trouble finding parking because people come and go quickly. Tiani was great with the customer service. I asked her for her recommendation on what I should try, and she said the shrimp pasta. My husband got the 1/4th chicken and she recommended that he try the spicy Cole slaw. Everything looked absolutely Amazing. Food came out in less than 10 minutes. Overall it was not only palate pleasant but healthy. We will be back. Their watermelon lime juice and hibiscus juice are so enjoyable. My husband enjoyed his meal. Why oh why don't we have one of these in San diego???? We need one desperately!!! Please open a chicken madison anywhere in San Diego and we will welcome you with lots of hugs!! This place is so yummy! There are about 5 outdoor pup friendly tables. The staff is so warm and friendly and super helpful!! They even offered us some free hot sauce to try. But the best part is the food. Servings are huge and prices are incredibly reasonable!! We ordered the sole plate with hummus and cole slaw and the 1/4 chicken with spicy garlic sauce on the side, spicy hummus and green salad. The chicken plain was so tasty it didn't even need a sauce. The sauce however was divine! The spicy and plain hummus were very flavorful! The dressing on the green salad was plentiful and quite tasty. The sole came on top of a bed of white rice and was excellent as was the coleslaw. This place has replaced Zankou as my go to chicken place when I head up north! Updating because I have come here a few times since my last review. My go-to is the spicy lemon garlic chicken, rice and salad. I will say it is consistently flavorful and the chicken is juicy. Best Lunch I've Ever Had Quite literally the best meal I've had in a while. I got the lemon basil plate with 1/2 chicken and I ate it for 2 meals. What really made an impression was the care the staff had throughout the entire visit. I came in during my shift so the staff member gave me first responder discounts, a free drink, and a dessert on the house. I wish I got her name because she made the entire visit so enjoyable. Unfortunately, the chicken I was served was undercooked and visibly bloody, which was very concerning and completely unappetizing. This place needs to turn down their really loud music. I called in to place an order and I could barely hear the guy taking my order. We had to shout back and forth over the phone. I told the guy their music and background was too loud that I could barely hear him. He made no adjustment to make the conversation better but put me on hold instead. My suggestion is to turn down your music or play something softer and more enjoyable for the customers. Shouting and yelling over the phone just to place an order because of the loud raunchy music playing is not good customer service. They don't even play music that everyone can listen to. It's a bunch of raunchy music and inappropriate for the restaurant. Also, one time I placed an order and when I got there they said there was never an order in place (which is total bs). They either lost the ticket or gave away the order. It was placed less than 30mins and when I arrived there was no order so I had to re-order again and wait. They were so nonchalant about it and didn't even care. Like oh wells, just order again. Some people have no time that's why they place orders in advance. I know whichever location I visit, I will get the same satisfying healthy meal. This location is located across the street from El Camino College, on the corner of Crenshaw and Manhattan Beach, the plaza next to the McDonalds. Pretty small parking lot shared with multiple businesses, but not difficult to find parking. Good amount seating inside but I always get takeout. For food, I always get the steak kabob combo. It's 6 big cubes of beef on a skewer, a veggie skewer, and choice of two sides and pita bread. The portions are big, so this is about 2 portions for me. I also often get their "Kabob Feast", which includes 6 skewers of choice, 4 sides, and pita bread. This feeds about 10 servings in my household. A really good deal for a solid meal. Their whole chicken is also delicious and juicy. I also often get the Maison special salad with lemon dressing.
