I ended up getting a grab-and-go container to take home with some crackers. It did get a bit watery from sitting in the container, but once I mixed it up it was fine, and I really liked it a lot. The girl working behind the counter was very friendly and even offered me a sample, which I appreciated. The restaurant felt hot inside, so I didn't feel comfortable staying to eat and decided to take my order to go instead. It came out ice cold. Not "could be warmer" cold. Ice cold. I sent it back, and it returned having clearly taken a quick, awkward spin in the microwave. That's not really the artisanal soup experience I was budgeting for. My pasta salad was fine but a little dry. Very average, very "this is here because it has to be." My wife had the broccoli salad with bacon, which was actually pretty good and did its job without complaint. Now for the app drama. It's been a while since I'd been here, so I tried adding my points and discovered I was no longer in the app. I asked the server how I could add today's visit, and her response was, "didn't train us on the app." That was it. No explanation, no help, no follow up. Not exactly the warm Southern hospitality vibe I was hoping for when I asked a pretty simple question. So here's the deal. The chicken salad is legit. The croissants are fantastic. But between the microwave soup, the very meh pasta salad, and the shrug-worthy service, there are some pretty big letdowns. We had a really good lunch here. After so much beef/meat, the other evening, I was looking for something a bit lighter. The place was quite busy. But the ordering process did not take long. We told the guy that this was our first time here and he explained the different options. You order and pay at the counter. They bring your tray of food to you. We both selected the scoop and. I got a scoop of the chicken salad with nuts and cranberries. And a cup of soup of broccoli cheese. He got the Olivia's Old southern chicken salad with pickles and eggs in it. For his side he got their grape salad. The chicken salad was very good. I loved mine. And the fact that it wasn't overly full of mayo either. The soup was ok but next time I'd get a side. Went in today with my family and helped my mom to a table before going to order. I looked up and saw Dalton behind the register with a literal frown on his face but went up and asked if I could order. He didn't respond. When I asked if he was ready for me, he angrily said, I'm ready, are you ready? I said I won't order from someone who is so rude. I saw the other young lady behind the register had just finished taking an order so I went over to her. I started to order with him glaring at me and then said to her, you know he seems miserable. I asked the staff member who was very busy sitting down at a table with a friend and either another employee or just another friend while her friend was eating food of her own that she brought in. There was a table on the opposite side that was loaded with all dirty dishes. When I brought my sandwich up to ask and show her that none of them were in my sandwich, her response was well, it is premixed and maybe my scoop did not have any of them in there. So disappointed waited more than 30mins for an order with 2 sandwiches and a single scoop of chicken salad. Management's response was to say they couldn't help it they were busy - instead of literally anything else they could have said. The flavor we were waiting on was their special that they had highlighted on the menu. After 30+ minutes of waiting - we changed our order and got food in a minute or less. Would have been great to have been offered that level of service at 10mins - rather than waiting for us to be upset and having to inquire multiple times. They have a lot of different flavors of chicken salad, and egg salad. They have various sides my favorite is the broccoli salad. They also have soups on there menu that are really good to! The chicken salad was plentiful and cold on top of some fresh spring mix greens and cucumbers (no tomatoes for me) and poppyseed dressing. My favs are the Buffalo, jalepeño holly, and Dixie chick (ask for that one with Tabasco sauce... yum)! Can eat inside or outside. It's really super pleasant. The food comes out really fast you place your order and then go sit down and they bring it out to you and they clear up your table. If they see that you're done eating and you're just hanging out for a few minutes, they actually come and take your plate away, so you're not sitting with food around you. Loaded Baked Potato soup wasn't bad, but it tasted to me a little too close to Campbell's Chucky Soup from the can. Not a fresh taste. The Mac and Cheese tasted synthetic. Great experience and delicious food too. I called ahead of picking up my order and it was cold and ready for me upon my arrival. They were super quick in putting my chicken salad order together. I pulled into the parking lot and the store was clearly marked and there was plenty of available parking which can be pretty precarious in The Walk parking lots. The restaurant had plenty of inside and outside seating and the whole area was very clean. The choices for grab and go salads inside were very good and they even have a specialty soup each day. The counter person was very nice and the ladies in the kitchen were very busy getting the salads prepped for the day. I had an order for four people and my order came out perfectly. Marcus was awesome, he marked each box with the order name and was very friendly and professional. I had the Buffalo Barclay BLT on whole wheat. It's delicious and filling. I'm sure the chicken salad is Mayo based, but it's so good and lighter than a lot other fast casual options out there. They offer a few tables outside and a sit down down dining room in a mint green, black, and red color scheme. You order at the counter and they bring the food out to you. The menu has 12 different chicken salads in the categories of traditional, savory, fruity and nutty, and spicy. They are all named after the ladies in Stacy's life, friends and family. They also have pimento cheese, egg salad, salads, soup, and a children's menu. Dessert is a buttercream flower frosted cookie. You can get your chicken salad in scoops or on bread and croissants. They also have a refrigerator case where you can grab chicken salad to go. For dinner I had the Fancy Nancy, chicken salad with apples, grapes, and pecans on a croissant and an order of the loaded baked potato soup. The potato soup is on the menu every day they offer a second different rotating flavor, tonight it was tortilla soup. My sandwich came with a pickle and a little buttercream cookie. I loved the chicken salad. Usually I am not a fan of mayo salads but I really liked this one. The potato soup was so cheesy, pure comfort food. My meal with a drink was $12. A kind of funny thing happened while we were eating. We watched everyone around us get asked if they liked their meal and if they needed anything. The people next to us got asked twice.
