Love this place! If you love chicken salad, this is the place for you. I first discovered it in South Carolina and go to them in any state that has one. The flavors of the different salads are incredible. At least a dozen different combinations of chicken with vegetables, fruit and more. The ratio of mayo is truly perfect. I always have a scoop with a cup of soup. Tomato is my go-to when I visit on a Wednesday or Friday. This location has the BEST service. From taking your order, delivering the food to your table and following up to see if everything is ok. Great for a fast, casual eatery. Highly recommend. read more

My wife and I wanted to give this place a try, it used to be a old coffee shop. When you order they have menus all around and quite honestly make it a step by step process to order. The wait was short and the food was great. My only concern is that a homeless person walked in set his things down for 2 seconds an was immediately kicked out by management. Like have some compassion its the freaking holiday season an it wasn't even that full an the gentleman posed no threat to those around. Dine-in on a Wed weekday. We were the only table there. They did have a lot of pickups and I'm sure on the drive-thru as well. They're probably busier for lunch. Both hubs and I ordered The Chick. We got the Fancy Nancy last time and I really liked it so that's what I got. The scoop of Cranberry Kelli Chicken Salad was good too. But on the other hand, the soups were not so great. The Broccoli Cheddar Soup was brown and mushy. The Loaded Potato Soup was also just okay, kinda brown and meh. We tasted the bits of bacon that were in there, but that's about it. It was better last time. The soups were underwhelming. We should just get their chicken salads and their other sides (like their Broccoli Salad was really good). My one complaint is that the tables aren't clean cleaned. Each one had like crumbs, or something sticky, a couple had hair on them (see pics). If they can't bother to clean the tables, then get rid of the tablecloths and make them easy wipeable (like at most major fast food places). The oil tablecloths are cute but if they're disgusting, I don't see the point. read more

Chicken Salad Chick served my tea party a perfect arrangement! No crumbs were left. From the croissant sandwiches to the cute cookies, each bite was delicious. My guests loved the variety and the ingredients were very fresh. I picked up my order at 9 am and the staff were cheerful and helpful. We did a group order at work today with 5 people. This was my first time to try Chichen Salad Chick. I got the Jalapeno Holly on a croissant with pasta salad. Flavors were delicious; however, they forgot someone's soup and made him a croissant when he requested a wrap. They also forgot broccoli salad. Also, nothing was labeled with our names, so we had to open each one and peak around to guess what kind of salad was in each of the orders. Most places label each container with our names, so we know who's is who's. I will eat there again; we just won't do any more group orders at work. read more

I came here during their soft opening and had a great time. There was an employee who greeted us and explained the menu as it was our first time. I tried the lemon basil chicken salad sandwich as well as their Mac and cheese. Everything tasted amazing. I also tried their strawberry lemonade which was really good. I was so sad when the location on the other side of town closed down. I have been waiting for Chicken Salad Chick to make its way into Oklahoma and I was crushed when it closed. Now I'm thrilled to see that there is a new location where black rifle used to be. We had lunch there and as always, it was delicious. The service was quick and they were no mistakes made. We didn't dine in but the exterior looks so nice. We love the pickle spears, crackers and lemon cookie that come with each purchase. It's one of my and my daughter's favorite spots to grab lunch. read more

After friends bragged about how good this place was, I decided to check it out. I was on my way to visit my sister, so I picked up four small containers - 3 types of chicken salad and 1 of pimento cheese. The total was around $35. While the items were OK, I did not think they reached the level of quality I was expecting. Frankly I think my chicken salad with grapes, apples and nuts is much better AND the pimento cheese left a lot to be desired. I doubt that I will go there again. I live in Norman so going to Moore for chicken salad does not encourage me. Overall, it was OK, but nothing special. read more

Zero stars if I could. I have ordered from here FOUR times, twice for dinner and twice for lunch and EVERY TIME they got my order wrong, even after I TRIPLE CHECK with them that it's correct. And a mess up is no big deal but my orders included an upgrade which they charged me extra for, and then didn't give it to me. They gave me a sandwich with nothing on it, even though it comes with tomatoes and lettuce. They just decided for me that they wouldn't put what comes on the sandwich.
