We were seated in the sunset room and it was just us there from start to finish which made the whole experience feel extra special and relaxing. We loved everything we ordered the chicken wings for appetizer was so good along with the pork belly tacos and Steak & spinach!! (10/10) I also asked for their bubble drink but they ran out of the bubbles, which was a little sad because I was excited for it, but the drink was still really good! A great place for a working lunch! The appetizers are fantastic, best Calamari I've had! The Warm Tomato Basil "Fondue" with the mini grill cheese was a pleasant surprise! It's really not meant for sharing so if you choose this as an option keep that in mind. The Chips & Salsa were fine, great for sharing! I had the Wagyu Burger and it was a great option! I would definitely recommend this to try if a burger is what you have in mind! The service was fantastic and I believe his name was Will and her did a great job taking care of our table! First off, make a reservation. It's just easier to know a table is available for you. Second, it's a classy place, dress classy. Third, bring good company and vibes. Food: we ordered : wood fire bread - had to ask three times for it like that was a bummer and when it did arrive it only came with marinara sauce. So the fourth time our server came we had to ask... they did discount the price and brought more bread for us through. Diablo pizza - not as spicy as I wanted. Kind of dry but the ranch helped (had to ask for ranch) Ponzu salmon - salmon well cooked with the broccolini and the sweet puree adding a nice balance. Seafood linguine - hearty portion of seafood but the pasta was too dry. Got a complimentary dessert for celebrating a birthday. We sat at the patio and it was a great view. Wish the staff was more attentive because we ordered wine and basically had to ask for that multiple times but they did comp our wine. Overall, I want to come back for the vibes and food but I'll have to know that I'm not going to get the best service. I've been here multiple times, and it's consistently solid. Last night, I ordered the wedge salad with ranch (subbed out the blue cheese) and added chicken. I also got the calamari. The server was great--attentive and friendly--and the food came out exactly as expected. The calamari especially hit the spot: crispy, well-seasoned, and a great shareable appetizer. My salad came out a bit smaller than I anticipated, but that was completely on me--I didn't specify whether I wanted the small or large, and I was charged correctly for the small. Food was good all around, a touch spicy on the seasoning for the tacos even without the charred jalapenos. I would eat here again. We've been wanting to try this local spot at the golf course for awhile. Note we are not members. The ambiance is lively and gorgeous. We went early on a November evening and got to catch the sunset. I would say make reservations if you want to go for dinner. Now the food. Beautiful presentation for all, however it could use more seasoning. Hubs got the Ketolicious chicken entree. Yes, keto is low carb but you need fat to keep you satiated. Everything was too lean and the cauliflower rice desperately needed salt and pepper. I got the spinach salad which was delicious, but my meatballs appetizer also lacked salt. Fix those small things and it would be perfection. Last note is they auto charge you 18% on your bill. Only 4 stars because I greatly dislike the 18% service charge. I don't know what the wait staff base pay is or how much of that 18% is going to them. Yes, the charge in theory is disclosed on the menu but it's just unnecessary in my view. We're not going to revamp the U.S. tipping standard starting in Edmond OK. I tip 20-25% to the wait staff, if warranted, because I know their base pay is typically low and relies on tips. I don't tip the hostess, the buss staff or chefs because I rely on the restaurant to pay them whatever the standard pay rate is for that job. Is 5-10% additional tip sufficient to make a 23-28% total tip for good service to the wait staff or do I just assume they're well taken care of out of the initial 18%? Thanks for a reply. read more

Unfortunately when we made our reservations to celebrate a birthday out on the patio, we were not informed that all of the patio tables had been reserved for wedding parties. We were seated in the lounge area off the patio which do not have dining tables. (It'd be great if they added them if this situation comes up again...). Our dining guests were already en route and so there was nothing we could do to improve the situation. Additionally our waiter was stretched very thinly as he was servicing the entire area! There were other people who bussed tables and our wine was delivered by a bar staff member and his trainee. we ordered an appetizer immediately along with our drinks. Our waiter did not return for quite a while to take our entree orders. When we did receive our food it was really good. Pizzas, burger, salad, fish & chips. Visiting my daughter in Oklahoma yelp is my go to on finding a restaurant. The service is amazing. The views are gorgeous. We sat overlooking the golf course. We ordered Wagyu burger and the fish and chips. They were both delicious. I ordered a side salad before my meal, which was a spinach salad, it was excellent. 2nd and 3rd time back and NP is SERVING. The previously freezer burned, flavorless breakfast potatoes came back with a vengeance and are a favorite pairing with a good over medium or runny egg. We look forward to their rotating brunch menu. We have gotten to try the French toast, which I asked for all the toppings on the side for dipping. Im not a cooked fruit fan, but the peach compote flavor was on point for fall. The sugared blueberries were such a nice touch. All of their breakfast bowls have such a nice balance of flavor and featured ingredient. Just pick one each visit and enjoy! I'll mention again from my previous review that the prices are entirely reasonable for the quality you receive and we really love servers Gavin and the young lady with dark curly hair (I'll learn her name next visit) on the weekends. They make such a good plain orange juice mimosa and their coffee quality is robust without the bitterness or watery version you get in most breakfast joints. The atmosphere isnt too loud and offers a great morning view of the greens the property sits on. The burger is outstanding. The margarita pizza, however, needs some attention. The sauce did not complement the crust very well, and I wasn't a fan of the chopped tomatoes on top. I don't believe it's frozen pizza, but the combination of the cheese, tomatoes, and sauce made it taste less like a truly homemade, handcrafted pizza. Other than that, the service was good. Loved this place! The dining area is big, full of natural light, and is also elegant. There is also a large full service bar. Our servers were friendly and professional, which made the whole experience even better. We started with the coconut shrimp appetizer and it was so good, crispy, perfectly seasoned, and paired with a fresh cabbage and mango slaw that complimented it nicely. The fish and chips were hands down the best I've ever had. The fish (large portions) came on the end of a skewer (genius idea!), so it was easy to eat without the usual mess. The breading was just the right amount of crisp, and the potato wedges on the side were delicious. Loved the spicy ketchup and tartar sauce, too. We also tried the seafood linguine, loaded with shrimp, clams, and calamari in a wine-garlic clam sauce. It was delicious, fresh, and didn't feel overly heavy. Decent enough restaurant. Window directly behind me and in front of my wife was covered in flies. Fortunately they stayed on the window and didn't bother us much beyond the noise and sight of them. Parking can be a pain, but it's manageable. The wood fired bread appetizer was very good, as was the Texas Twinkie pizza, but I did not find the fish and chips to be enjoyable. The batter on the fish and chips was similar to corn bread which didn't pair well with the soft flaky fish that I found to have a slightly bitter quality. While I think it's worth visiting for anyone who has had this restaurant on their radar, we won't be returning any time soon. read more

This is a new favorite restaurant! The service was top notch, and the Sunset room is beautiful. The entire place had very classy and refined decor. The highlight of course was the food, wow! We started with the Nip Trio, and it is hard to decide between the Whipped Brie and the Deviled Egg Spread for which dip was our favorite. I ordered the Wagyu burger, and my wife got the fish and chips. Both were perfect, and very filling (we each took half home). Truffle fries were excellent. We also tried out the Bourbon Street pizza because the description was too delicious to pass up, and it was as good as I hoped it would be. Cajun pizza is a great flavor combo. My wife got the Lavender Bubbles (awesome) and I got a Frozen Kiss (yummy), and to top the night off we enjoyed their chocolate chip cookie cake thing which came highly recommended by our server and did not disappoint. The place isn't cheap but unlike some spots (looking at the Quail Springs and adjacent areas) it feels like a good value and as if you're actually getting an upscale experience and meal. We loved dining at the great restaurant, in the Rose Creek addition in Edmond, called Neighborhood Provisions! We were seated in the Sunset Room which has large windows all around, so we had a fantastic view of the sunset. The restaurant. is also surrounded by beautiful homes. I loved the Bourbon Street Pizza. It had blackened chicken and andouille sausage, with very nice seasoning. My husband really enjoyed the special, which was a bucket of PEI mussels. Our friends both had the very tasty Dynamite Shrimp Salad. We loved all the food and the service was great too. The ambiance was excellent, as well. We will definitely return soon to this real gem in Edmond! read more

Came here with my wife for my birthday this year. I picked Neighborhood Provisions because I've been hearing great things about it for years. Happily I can report that it definitely lived up to the hype. Neighborhood Provisions is located adjacent to the golf course in the upscale Rose Creek neighborhood. There is a large rectangular bar middle of the restaurant with ample seating and multiple TVs displaying the live football games, although I wouldn't call it a "sports bar" by any means. We showed up right on time for our 6:00 pm reservation and were immediately seated at a nice table overlooking the golf course. Even though we ordered our drinks a few minutes after 6:00, the waitress kindly charged us the happy hour price for the first round. (Happy hour technically ends at 6:00.) For drinks, I had the Catherine Martin (basically an old fashioned) and my wife had the Lavender Bubbles (a lavender-flavored lemon drop-style cocktail). The waitress put the finishing touches on the drinks tableside. They use a torch to infuse the Catherine Martin with an interesting pecanwood smoke, and they use a similar device to add the "vapor bubble" on top of the Lavender Bubbles. The presentation is fun and the drinks were amazing. And for the first round anyway, they were very cheap (only $5 at the happy hour price). For appetizers, we shared the calamari and the wood fired bread. Both were excellent. The calamari was lightly fried and served with hot pepperoncini and lemon aioli. The bread had a nice grilled flavor and came with three dips (olive oil, marinara sauce, and some kind of honey/cream dip that I couldn't quite identify but was delicious). For entrees, I had the pork chop and my wife had the steak frites. The pork chop was awesome and the sides paired perfectly. I particularly liked the Brussels sprouts. My wife enjoyed the steak frites as well, but by that point she didn't have the appetite to eat too much of it. The portions were large. They also gave us a complimentary dessert because it was my birthday. We chose the brownie a la mode and it was terrific. The service was quick and friendly. They add an 18% service charge as a tip, but we added a little extra because they were so attentive. Overall we had a fantastic time. As far as upscale restaurants are concerned, Neighborhood Provisions might be my new top pick in the Edmond area. We will be back for sure. read more

We recently had the pleasure of dining at Neighborhood Provisions both in person and via takeout, and both experiences were absolutely wonderful. The food was consistently excellent, and the service during our in-person visit was attentive and friendly. We started with the Calamari appetizer, which featured lightly fried calamari strips paired with a flavorful house sugo and lemon aioli. The calamari was perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside, and tender on the inside. The Burrata Appetizer was another standout. This dish included heirloom baby tomatoes, truffled burrata, Belgian endive, spring greens, balsamic artichokes, and romesco pesto, all served with crusty bread. The combination of fresh ingredients and the creamy burrata was delightful. The Burrata Me Up Pizza is a must-try. Topped with shaved prosciutto, burrata, mozzarella, artichoke, fried arugula, schmotz, cracked black pepper, and Mike's hot honey, it offered a perfect blend of savory and sweet flavors. The crust was just the right amount of crispy, and the toppings were generous and well-balanced. For the main course, we tried the Steak Frites and the Fish and Chips. The Steak Frites featured a grilled 6oz prime Greater Omaha filet, served with truffle fries and black garlic-bone marrow butter. The steak was cooked to perfection, and the truffle fries were a delicious accompaniment. The Fish and Chips were equally impressive, with beer-battered fresh Atlantic cod, sea salt pub fries, malt vinegar tartar, and spicy ketchup. The batter was light and crispy, and the fish was fresh and flaky. To complement our meal, we enjoyed the Lavender Bubbles cocktail from the bar. This refreshing drink included Empress Elderflower & Rose Gin, lavender & vanilla simple syrup, lavender water, Scrappy's lavender bitters, fresh lemon juice, and a citrus vapor bubble. It was beautifully presented and had a unique, aromatic flavor profile. Ambiance is great, can be classy/ romantic, but also you can pop in for lunch and not feel under dressed if you are casual. Overall, Neighborhood Provisions has become one of our favorite dining spots. The quality of the food and the friendly service make it a standout choice in the OKC area. My experience here was amazing. And I say experience because that's what I feel it was, a new experience for me and my family. This was our first time enjoying a fine dining experience. My wife and I are far from wealthy and decided for a night we wanted to feel as if we were. We chose the sunset room to watch a romantic sunset. I'll admit I was disappointed in the weather forecast prior to going but that was quickly changed once we arrived and learned the view is amazing no matter the weather. No sunset behind the thick clouds and it was still a stunning view. The atmosphere was everything I imagined from movies and more. The people around us were incredibly friendly and talked to us about our baby, sharing stories about their own experiences. The food was an experience in itself. From bread toasted in a wood fire oven, to pork chops that melted like butter with an amazing smoky flavor, to a burger that felt too good to be called a hamburger. The service though is where it really shined, Chris truly went out of his way to make it amazing for us, I think he knew from our excitement that we were far outside our normal dining capabilities. He recommended great food options without making us feel out of place. He brought out our drinks and placed a bubble on top of my wife's lavender drink, and even let me know the flower in mine was edible. I made a joke that we didn't know what many of the menu items were and that we were "just pretending to be rich for a night". He laughed and didn't make us feel even the slightest bit judged. He was funny and kind all night. Honestly it was the best service I think I've ever had. My wife and I spent our dining experience here with tears in our eyes from the truly amazing night.
