This place is amazing! Normally, I don't rate places like this but I had to after I had breakfast there this morning. I had a buy one get one free coupon so I wanted to get two breakfast burritos because that's what I normally eat. When they handed them to me, I couldn't believe how heavy they were. When I got to work, I ate one and I was stuffed. There was no way I could've eaten the other one. Fortunately, one of my coworkers missed breakfast this morning, so I gave it to him and he loved it. Finally, I couldn't believe the price of these. They are cheaper than anyone else in the area and they give you twice as much food. Only giving a few stars because the staff has always been super nice and always prompt. I used to stop at this location at least three times a week to grab a Cobb salad and take it to work. Also would stop by and get wraps for my kids after school. The new pulled/shredded chicken they switched to is horrible. Dry and tasteless....and they never said anything like "oh btw we're using a different chicken". It just appeared one day and when I went back the next time they just said that's the new chicken we're using, sorry. I haven't been back and won't go back. Horrible decision if anyone in management or corporate reads this. I was spending just over $100/month and you've lost me as a customer. My new favorite place!! I started visiting about 3 weeks ago and have picked up from here about 5 times already. I absolutely love their wraps and my favorite is the Chicken Caesar wrap. (I get double protein, take out the croutons and add red onions). Deeeelicious!! I also love that I can get a healthy protein box for my toddler. He likes to pick out different vegs each time. This little drive thru blew my mind! I got the autumn harvest salad which was huge. It was packed with veggies like Brussels sprouts and sweet potato and accented by candied nuts and cranberries. I'm a vegetarian and I was very excited about this place because we had one in Arizona that I ate out quite a bit. I ordered my usual salad with tofu and they put chicken on it.. And I said I'm a vegetarian and I would like you to remake this because I asked for tofu. I watched and all they did was go and pick all the chicken out and then sprinkle on some tofu. That is unacceptable and I will never ever eat at this place again plus none of those people in the kitchen are using gloves when they're assembling your salads so you might want to think about that they're all just pretty much 16 year-old kids they don't really care if you get salmonella or E. coli anyway eat it your own risk read more

I've been hearing about Salad and Go from a few friends and watching tons of reviews on social media, so I decided to go all in!! I downloaded the app and looked at their online menu and placed a scheduled pickup order of, not just one, but three salads ! When I drove up to the location, the employee was just about to place my order in the fridge as it was actually on time for the time that I had selected for pickup. He was very friendly and I told him that it was my first time trying them but have been hearing rave reviews. On to the best part. I ordered a Caesar Salad, a BBQ Ranch salad, and the Roasted Autumn salad. Let me tell you, they did not disappoint! No, I didn't eat them all at once, haha, but the portions were generous. I've only tasted the Roasted Autumn one because it looks so good with those bacon bits, chicken and sweet potatoes, oh yeah and the Brussel sprouts. I substituted the candied pecans for banana peppers, but actually wished that I would have kept them off because they were very salty. Nonetheless, the salad was scrumptious! I will eat the other two later, but had to share my experience and some feedback. Other than that, it's the standard drive thru operation which I think is pretty cool and the location is great, though they need some more locations, especially where the options are low to get a good salad. Go check them out for yourself, especially if you are looking for healthy, affordable, but an overall great deal! Forgot to mention that I got a Cucumber Mint drink along with the Frozen Strawberry drink. The cucumber mint, is interesting at first but gets better the more you stir it. It was swimming in a salty, lukewarm sauce on a bed of lukewarm rice with cold veggies (shredded carrots, red peppers, cukes, and red cabbage). Nothing was delicious here. I like the salad concept, but I fear the shareholders are pushing for profits and the consultants have been summoned. The idea for bowls is taking Salad and Go in a wild, unforeseen direction. Instead of panicking and ditching its vision, I'd like less innovation (but really, how innovative is a bowl??) and more deliciousness. Bring back the caprese salad! read more

I like the concept of drive thru salad and wraps But the reason for the 2 starts was because the food is underwhelming. I've ordered the Jalapeño ranch wrap twice. Each time it's been cold when they stated it's hot. The wrap has way too much onion and cherry tomatoes. The chicken is not high quality and looks fake. The bacon pieces in it did not seemed cooked or fresh. I ordered the cucumber mint drink and there's just too much cucumber chunks in it that it's hard to enjoy. Service was fast both times but I also was the only one in line. I don't think I'll be back. read more

A big disappointment after a 5 star beginning. This new little place started outstanding in every way from food flavor, freshness and value to customer service. It didn't take long for them to change it all. For example when it began the breakfast burritos were full of crispy seasoned potato chunks (which were the star of the burrito flavor) and turkey sausage with egg and cheese and salsa. I liked them so much that I was stopping on average 3 times a week for this breakfast, even grabbing some for the office as well. As time has gone on I have noticed subtle changes such as very little egg and the burrito had gotten smaller and the robust flavor was not as noticeable . Most recently I opened my burrito to add the green salsa (which is still fabulous) to find about 3 seasoned potato chunks, a quarter size amount of egg, sausage and the rest was soggy hash browns in what appeared to me to be "filler" for the burrito. They have made other menu and customer service changes a well in what appears to be cutting corners or cost. This once fabulous little restaurant has gone to very disappointing. read more

LOVE this place! We eat here twice per week or more. Leaving very few stars bc the last 3 times we went, they forgot something major like or dressing or a fork (kind of important)... 2 salads = two forks. Also they have forgotten our dressing several times. Frustrating when you drive 6 miles and realize you have no fork or dressing. Seems like maybe there isn't a system in place to prevent this? Back in June 2024 on a Saturday I came here after church at 6:20pm and had a terrible experience. I was waiting to hear back from the Facebook post before leaving a review but it's been 2 months and nothing. I ordered a steak fajita wrap and had a hard piece of plastic in my food that slipped right in between my gums and cut me, I also had some pretty big piece of tortilla in my wrap that was from some other entirely different persons order or food or something but not mine that's for sure... i left a voicemail that same hour for what i thought was the store phone snd then I spoke with customer service that called me back and they offered me 25$ for this situation that took place lol. I then said that wasn't enough and they offered 25$ again so I just said whatever and hung up. Every time I want to go back I just get sick to my stomach and think of what happened last time and not knowing what is actually going in my food... please make sure the staff is making the food in a clean environment.. read more
