Chicken salad sandwich with grapes in it, lettuce, on a croissant. Broccoli salad.

I do Uber Eats and I pick up from here all the time. I finally took the time to actually try it for myself! I was not disappointed!! It was very good!! The broccoli salad was so tasty I could eat a bigger container of it!! The croissant was an excellent choice made from the cashier! I told her to surprise with the bun choice! The cookie was a perfect ending to an already delicious meal!! 10/10 would go back again!! The staff is so friendly and nice every time I go there!! Very clean as well!

The basic on a croissant with a side scoop of the southern (ick) and a bowl of their baked potato soup (not good)

This place was completely average. I ordered the basic chicken salad on a croissant with a scoop of the southern style on the side . Basic is just chicken, mayo and spices. Plain but good and the croissant and toppings were nice and fresh. The southern style had pickle and hard boiled egg in it. It was disgusting. The combination of flavors made it taste like it was spoiled . It's a definite No. Also, it was served with wheat club crackers, while original, not cool for those of us that can't do wheat. I also ordered a side of their baked potato soup, which is made with smoked gouda. The combination of the gouda and the bacon made it like eating a bowl of smoke. One bite, and I was done with that! Ick I did like the texture of the chicken salad. Nicely shredded, not chewy. I'll go back for the basic salad sandwich because sometimes I don't want a sandwich with 15 ingredients!

    Seating area.

Seems strange to be raving about chicken salad but this is not your grandmother's chicken salad. I have tried several different flavors now and have found them all yummy. The Chicken and Dumplings soup is great comfort food. I'll reiterate though, get some free wifi please. Took 5 minutes to get this screen to come up.

Pimento cheese - pretty close to my Louisville friend's homemade!

Fun staff, lots to choose from on the menu. Very good pimento cheese spread and hubby says the chicken salad is really good. We are originally from Connecticut, where there is a small, local chain of markets (Highland Park Market) that makes hands down the BEST chicken salad anywhere (big chincja of chicken, not a lot of Mayo or fillers), so the bar is high. CSC is more shredded chicken, more mayo, but he said it's very good (best he's found here in FL in the last 28 years).

There's a little bar on the way so you can walk with a drink and enjoy the view. We ended up on the second (or third?) floor at Pier Teaki and got some drinks while waiting for our reservation. Ours was Thursday at 8 pm and definitely not needed but I wanted to ensure I got that window seat for the sunset! To be honest, the food was not my favorite. I got the wonton tuna tartar tacos as an appetizer and easily my favorite of the night. I also ordered the snapper plate that was served with blistered tomatoes, creamed corn, and tostones. It was fine. Nothing to write home about and I did have to ask for salt. My husband ordered the shrimp scampi and the shrimp was seasoned and cooked perfectly. The pasta was a bit lacking. He also ordered steak frites (to go) and the steak was a bit overdone and dry. Not enough to send it back or make a fuss but not exactly what we wanted either. The dining room is cute and cozy. We had a window seat and didn't realize our sunset view was going to be behind the skyline. It was still gorgeous though. The kitchen has sort of an open concept and I'm not sure if that contributed to how warm it is in the dining room. They had a couple of industrial fans blowing to help but it is on the top floor with wide windows and the Fl summer sun shining right in. It's to be expected. I've seen it a lot since I've been visiting but it should be noted that almost every establishment comes with a 20% service charge. All of the staff we interacted with informed us of this before ordering though so not a big deal. Our server was absolutely attentive and so kind.

It's good but not as awesome as the scenery. We enjoyed our main courses, but the dessert was pretty ordinary. It didn't even seem to resemble the menu description, so we asked the waiter if he had brought us what we ordered. He insisted it was what we ordered, so .... okay. At these prices we had hoped to be wowed by everything. But the service - uggh. The hostess seemed bored. The waiter seemed sluggish and indifferent. Sure, the waiter tried a few upsells, but his heart just wasn't in it. He came across as inexperienced, not particularly happy to be working, and it took a few tries to flag him down when we needed him. Here's the thing - Teak has gone to an automatic 20% gratuity on every check. That means that no matter how mediocre the service, we are still leaving a hefty tip - and the waiter knows it. And this place is not cheap. When we pay 20% autogratuity (and then pay sales tax on that gratuity) the cost of dinner is easily $150 for two people. At that price we should be getting excellent service even if the waiter is not having his best day. Until Teak can make that happen we probably won't come back.

Known for cozy interiors, personable staff and quality coffee you couldn't match at the chain location a block away do slightly cheaper. Oh how times have changed. However, the staff I thought was rude, not personable, coffee that tastes oddly bitter and the price for what's offered doesn't seem reasonable (staff can't control this). This isn't Jacksonville where coffee shops aren't as plentiful as downtown St. Pete, but hurts even more so when you begin to compare. I've been three times with friends who wanted to "try it out." I don't think I'm a coffee snob, nor are they, but we left every time saying "that wasn't the best." Not every coffee shop can be "amazing 5/5," but when a coffee just doesn't taste good/ okay for the price - I can't recommend it any further. 2 out 5; Can't control price and space is well laid out.

Surprisingly mild on flavor despite the toppings, and it's a BIG boy... which I know some people love, but I tend to prefer a smash burger so I'll take partial responsibility for that note! The fries, however, were excellent... textured, crispy, exactly how fries should be. The real standout of the visit was the chilaquiles (the chef's brunch special). It ran a little dry, but the flavors more than made up for it. The combination of crunchy tortilla chips, smoky sauce, pickled onions, egg, avocado, and cilantro all together was just so good... my boyfriend was equally obsessed. Would absolutely order again. The rice was pretty bland, but it was cooked well and I used the citrus sauce from the fish to flavor the rice and it worked nicely. The market veggies were squash and cucumber which had no seasoning and were a bit rubbery. Loved the flavors of the fish with the sauce, but it was a bit dry on the inside.
