The Eggs Benedict were amazing, and the 2 + 2 = 4 plate was more than enough for two people, especially with the delicious chocolate chip pancakes topped with strawberries. The freshly squeezed orange juice and coffee were both excellent too. The service went above and beyond and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. You can really feel the local family atmosphere here, making it a perfect spot for families or anyone looking for a great meal with great people. They even let you bring your own champagne and will chill it and serve it for you, which we will definitely have to try next time. My daughter had the French toast and I had the BEST short stack of pancakes which could have easily been shared with someone else. They were the most delicious pancakes I have had in Tampa bay! A very generous side of bacon and tomato juice was shared at table. The wait was over an hour on a Saturday but once we sat down they moved very quickly with our order so we would not be late for an appointment which was so considerate of the management and staff. When we arrived we scanned a QR code to get on a waitlist, but the wait was only about 10-15 minutes which was not bad at all. Once seated, our service was great and our waitress was very friendly. The restaurant is set up comfortably for groups, tables inside and outside, or bar-style seating along the window. Their seasonal menu rotates pretty often, so I always try to order something new (nothing has failed me so far). The specialty coffee drinks usually come with lots of whipped cream and some sort of treat on top. Our entrees were a cali po boy, veggie smash burger, and specialty Gingerbread french toast. The veggie smash burger had so much flavor. The bread was a little dry for the cali po boy. We definitely needed more heat for the sandwich. The french fries were amazing and addicting, perfectly crispy. The menu changes often with the specialty menu, so you are guaranteed to try something new. The restaurant is clean and bright.
