I got to try the Buffalo Barclay (my favorite now) and the Sassy Scotty. Fast forward a few years and I still don't eat any other chicken salad. They have more than a dozen chicken salad flavors. Some are sweet, others classics, and others with some kick. My favorites are Buffalo Barclay (buffalo chicken like), Sassy Scotty (ranch, cheddar, & bacon), and the Kicking KayLynn (jalapeño & cheese). It had a nice kick to it and would definitely come back for it again. The classic is a bit too plain, but now it makes me curious about the other flavors they have to offer! Jalapeño holly was nearly as plain as the classic so not too much improvement there. Everything was good except for the mac and cheese. That was really disappointing. I mean if everything on the menu is good and you're going to serve mac and cheese like that, either take it off the menu or make it better. My wife went in and ordered and waited over 20 minutes while people who came in after her were served and left. When she asked the employee at the counter the response she got was "we have an order for 300". If there's anything worse than being shoved to the back of the line,it's being told that you're not important enough to acknowledge. The employee found that our order was ready 15 minutes beforehand and just gave it to my wife without apology or acknowledge of a screw up. Jordan the young lady who waited on me was so personable and helpful and when I said there was no cranberry chicken salad prepared she said I will have it made for you it's no problem. I had a previous receipt with a dollar off and she called the manager Samantha who apparently is the general manager to come take the discount off and one would have thought that I was asking her to spell her own blood to do it. I ordered the three scoops (no bread) and choose the onion (5*), the jalapeno(6*) and the cayenne (3*), so two out of three ain't bad!
