Service has gone from excellent and some times above & beyond to abysmal. They are removing interesting hard to find items with huge stacks of generic ales. They were previously well known for their craft beers and large variety of different stouts, porters and Scotch ales. Not to mention the wine & spirits selection was amazing. I am now much less interested in utilizing their services so much so that even though they are walking distance to my home, I Uber or bus to Shrewsbury or utilize delivery services to get the selection & variety I want.

A few days go by so I decide to stop in. He says he hadn't had a chance to look into yet. Ok so now a few more days go by and I call him. He says he will call them today and get back to me. Well that was 2 days ago so my final attempt to call today and he HUNG UP on me!!!! Terrible customer service all he cares about is $. I know it's only $20 but it's the principal. I extremely disappointed and I will no longer support any of his stores!! I had to call my bank to dispute amount instead of him just doing the right thing. And I gave 1 star because it didn't give me the option to leave it blank. They've lost a good customer over $20 smh
