I found their prices to be much more competitive than grocery stores or local liquor stores. They offer 10% discounts on quantity wine purchases and have occasional flash sales providing a 15% discount. They offer classes and wine tastings here, and have a good rewards program which earns $5 credits among other perks. They have a large humidor and offer many non-alcoholic gift items. Returns have been easy on the rare occasions needed, and on two occasions when my delivery order was incorrect, the Total Wine customer service team immediately credited me for the incorrect items. The improvements are great, and the owner is a really nice guy, who does everything he can to help a customer. They have taken over what was the Indian Market next door, and the new store will probably be twice as large. They have already added a new, huge, beer cooler. The IPA selection is top notch, and getting even better. The bourbon and scotch selection is growing, and the brands stocked are excellent. The owner knows his wine.
