Months after I had them replace my water pump which cost me just under $500 they failed to put my timing belt on correctly and since I knew nothing about cars, they allowed me to leave their shop with a crazy ticking noise as if I had a Diesel engine and I made sure to bring it to their attention that's not a sound I ever heard prior to bring it in. They insisted that I take it to who did my oil change?!!! Days go by I'm on my way home from work and boom! Long story short I ended up having to get a new engine because they failed to pay attention to detail. Cost me $3,000.00!!!!! I had other repairs done recently before this and this was the only shop that caught the alternator problem. Cause was located to a repaired line with compression fitting installed at MSA. Rated for low pressure only. Illegal in many states. This is not best practice or responsible service. Check and verify yourself. Youtube could help to learn in DIY sections. Avoid accident. Practice using your emergency brake if you had this service from them. Obtain Inspection from brake mechanic and install proper Union fittings or direct lines line EZ-fit Ni-Copp from end to end.

I then left for my dayjob and I came back to pick up the car and went home. It was around night and realized my car felt a bit lighter than usual. I had DJ equipment in the car (more specifically in the trunk). I popped my trunk and it was gone. I contacted the shop to review footage and they gave me an excuse saying that only the boss can access the camera footage and one of the workers said the boss was in around 11-noon. I called the shop to speak with the boss, and a worker said the boss left in the morning. So not only can they not keep their story consistent but they're acting shady and saying the footage doesn't show things in the actual garage. I trusted these guys with my car and my belongings in my car. Never again.
