My children have had a really positive experience at Children's Lighthouse, and as a parent, that matters so much to me. One thing I appreciate most is how welcoming and friendly the staff is overall. I've had a lot of interaction with Miss Michelle, the director, and she's always warm and present. She greets families in the morning, says goodbye at the end of the day, and genuinely interacts with the children. The kids love her, especially when she brings out fun little toys or prizes at pickup time. It creates such a positive environment. Miss R is also incredibly kind and bubbly. She's one of the first people you see in the morning and one of the last people you speak to before leaving, and it's always nice having someone so pleasant to chat with. I don't get a ton of face-to-face time with my children's teachers during drop-off & pick up because they're usually already inside the classrooms, but my kids absolutely adore them. They constantly come home talking about their teachers in such a positive way. I'll hear things like, "Miss Sandra helped me with this," or "Miss Sandra helped me solve a problem today." Hearing those stories makes me feel very comfortable and safe leaving my children there because I know they're being cared for with patience and kindness. I also appreciate how clean the school is. One thing I personally love is that they don't use sand in the play areas. As a parent of young children with textured hair, not having to wash sand out every single day is honestly a huge plus. The school uses a digital app to keep parents updated throughout the day. While I do wish the app was a little more detailed, it still gives me a good idea of my children's daily routine, like meal times, naps, and activities. Another thing I really appreciate is that all of my children's schoolwork comes home weekly. It allows me to actually see their progress; whether it's coloring, writing letters, or other developmental skills and helps me understand where I can continue helping them at home. Each classroom also has a monthly itinerary explaining what the children will be learning and focusing on. Whether it's science, math, or another subject, it's always very clear. I love that because it helps me stay involved and continue reinforcing those lessons at home. I also think it's really sweet how the school celebrates holidays and includes parents in activities. Things like making Mother's Day or Father's Day crafts, writing letters to Santa, or doing art projects together create really special memories for families. Overall, Children's Lighthouse has felt clean, safe, friendly, and structured. The front desk is rude and obviously annoyed at anyone coming in for information. I would never put my youngest child here based off the initial demeanor of the front desk staff. Sorry for making you hit your button to simply unlock the door for information. I visited other schools and found some other really nice options what won't harm my child's wellbeing. My wife was recently hired but decided to leave after just three days. She enrolled our daughter and son here, as well. While the director was wonderful and very supportive, the overall environment didn't feel welcoming--especially from the teaching staff. The school has zero attempt to help your child, they always threaten to disenroll your child because of "behavioral issue". After I sent my child to this school, all of sudden, he had "behavioral issue", my child was unable to express himself clearly as a three year old child, they kept telling us that my child hit the teachers at the school which never happened at home. If they don't want to deal with your child, they would call you in the middle of the day to let you pick your child up regarding if you are working or busy. If I could give negative stars I would. My child attended this daycare for a year with no major issues. During that time we had a few complaints. Staff changes constantly, a few times my child had accidents the poop was left in the underwear and sent home!, putting my child in pull ups even when I asked them not to for potty training purposes, and my child was scratched twice by a teachers "wedding ring" to the point were they still has a scar on their face from it! Also during Covid they did not allow my child's ABA therapist to assist them while at school even though they were having some behavioral issues and she could of helped the situation. Regardless, our final straw was when the new director Ms. Linda Scott started there. Suddenly my child was having major behavioral issues in class to were they were hitting teachers! Now this was not an issue at home so I asked if the Behavioral therapist could attend class 1-2 class hours with them to assist with compliance. This was not allowed. With in a two week span my child was sent home or suspended almost every day. Now I know my child is no angel. I'll be the first to tell you my kid needs a firm adult to supervise them, but most kids with adhd do. My child's needs were just not being met. I had a discussion with the owner Rachel, and we both agreed that maybe my child needed a different daycare that could assist us more closely with his "medical" needs. Rachel was very kind and we had a great productive discussion. However, the next day Ms. Scott called my husband and was ranting and raving about how "out of control" our child is and "she's never seen a 4 year old act like that" "4 year olds shouldn't be saying no or I don't want to to adults", and pretty much was insinuating that our child was horrible. So dad became upset and mentioned that he never had these issues until the recent staff change. And the director disagreed, so my husband straight up told her he didn't care for her opinion but that we would be removing our child and hung up on her. It was bio-moms weekend so she left work early to get our child. Apparently ms. Scott continued to rant and rave to mom about how "horrible of a person dad is" "she doesn't care if our child never comes back" and she "feels bad for our child with a father like that. No wonder they act the way they act!". To the point were mom was crying she was so embarrassed. And she did all of this IN FRONT OF MY CHILD! When my 4 year old child returned to our home Sunday night, all they kept saying was "ms. Linda said daddy and I are bad people", and "I'm not a good guy. I'm always a bad guy". Needless to say my child will never be returning to this facility where grown adults think it's appropriate to essentially bully a 4 year old child. Not to mention violate a court order(mom has no legal rights and there for is not supposed to receive any information from the school), talk badly about a child's parents and the child in front of the kid, and fail to take into consideration my child's extra needs with an adhd and sensory processing disorder diagnosis. We reported the facility to social services. We switched schools a week later and his therapist is allowed to work with our child for 1-2 hours a day. We haven't had a single issue. It's unfortunate that it has come to this point. But ultimately it has. My son was at the school for over a year and a half, 1 year and 9 months to be exact. Throughout that time we had some issues, specifically with diaper changes. For example, he had pooped on the way to school, and when I picked him up after work, there was still poop in his diaper. It was dried, he had a rash, and the diaper was so worn out that you could tell by the fabric. On one instance, my husband and I picked him up from one day and he smelled of feces. We get home and again he has old poop in his diaper (dried and crusty). And upon looking at our son's clothes we found feces actually smeared on his shirt. Furious, my husband wrote an email to the director, Ms. Linda. Sent her pictures of everything. Later on, she called my husband and assured him "it probably didn't happen under their care but she would mention it to the teacher." My husband wanted to pull our son out immediately, however I was the one that said no and wanted to keep him there. Fast forward 2 months and he moves to a new classroom. This is when the problems start to arise. He starts crying for me at drop off. Mind you, in the entire 21 months we are there, they never opened their doors for parents to come inside. Even on one occasion when I asked Ms. Linda if I could see inside and meet his teachers, she tells me no, that I "have to go online and schedule a tour on their website". If that wasn't the biggest red flag I've ever seen. On his final morning, we drop him off and sign him in at 9:43am. Nine minutes later at 9:52am I receive a phone call from Ms. Linda staying I "must come pick him up. That they can't handle him. That they can't spend an hour with him everyday just getting him into the classroom. And that he will be disenrolled and not able to come back." When we arrive to pick him up 5 mins later, you can see Ms. Linda is visibly angry, and my poor son is terrified. She makes comments to me in front of my son, that his water bottle is a "weapon" and that I "shouldn't give him that" and that "he is going to hurt someone". She makes it seem like my son has behavioral issues and is out of control. In front of my poor child. He has never had behavioral issues, he has a 4 month old little brother that he is the most caring and gentle big brother to. So for her to make it seem like he was a bad kid is unacceptable, and for her to make those comments in front of my scared, sobbing child is disgraceful and disgusting. My husband was right, we should have removed him. We were also required to sign a form stating we understood that their license was under review because they had an incident where they left a child outside the front door unsupervised. But still I gave them the benefit of the doubt. My mistake. Ms. Linda is the reason for this review, she has little patience and you can see it. We gave the owners an opportunity to make things right, however we never heard back from them. read more

My child had a terrible experience here. The facility is very poorly managed and a lot of the employees/ management here don't know how to communicate with parents. I seriously can't even count how many times I was told I would get a call back about something only to never receive a call. I highly recommend reviewing the menu that they feed the children before allowing your kid to come here. I showed my pediatrician and they were shocked by the lack of nutrition and the amount of junk that is fed. My son began biting other children, and it seemed like they truly just wanted to place the blame on us, even though the behavior only happened at school. They suspended him many times and kept threatening us with "disenrollment" although the communication on this was never clear and we were always left wondering if he was allowed to come back or not. We ended up taking him out ourselves when we realized he is biting due to the environment at the center. 24 two-year-olds with two teachers is absolutely ridiculous. A few times when we picked him up, we found him crying by himself. They place the blame on him and us for his biting. A few months now at a new center and his behavior has completely changed and we can tell he is so much more loved at his new daycare. My son attended this "daycare" for several years. I never had any issues until last June. It's taken me a long time to think to post a review as I wanted to be fair and see how my son did within his new school after pulling him from here. My son has had zero issues at his new school. Last June I started to receive communications that my son was being disruptive here, but it wasn't until the problem had been ongoing for some time. If I would have known prior I would have corrected from the beginning. I started to reprimand my son accordingly once communication was rendered. Over the course of weeks things escalated rapidly and I started to see my son exhibit behaviors he had never done prior. In fact CPS was called by CLM to later find out another child was bullying / influencing the behavior(s.) He was not himself by any means. As this progressed he started to express that he was being bullied. I maintained an open line of communication with Rachel and Chaz (owners) who I feel despite all this have good intentions. Over the next few weeks my son received many incident reports and was acting out of sorts. At this time I set up a meeting with miss Linda Scott (director) and although I appreciate her taking 2 hours to talk to me; shortly after we found ourselves at a cross road of disagreement. During our meeting we discussed my sons circumstances and at the time his recent behaviors. I explained how to work with him and all I'm doing at home. She agreed to work with us and put together a plan. A week later she approached me with her "plan" "per our discussion" and it was an aggressive child corrective plan that could result in termination, which was not discussed in our meeting. I demanded explanation of this "decision" as it wasn't what we discussed and she gaslighted me that it indeed was. Then a bit after I received a report that another child inappropriately touched my sons privates, in which they said that child was suspended yet my child and another friend reported otherwise. In which I inquired, but was met with lack of transparency. At this point my son wasn't thriving here for many reasons and I made the decision to pull him with all things considered. It was an unfortunate few months in which I didn't fully understand until we were in the thick of it. Since then my sons had to attend therapy, repeat pre-k and for months I had to reassure him that his bully wasn't attending his new school. I feel although CLM tries to portray themselves as a school setting that they fall short. I do believe that Linda Scott provokes children and doesn't handle things correctly. The reason I gave two stars is because the care before Linda's employment was fine for years prior. I would not recommend CLM if Linda Scott is still employed. read more

Poorly managed by Lisa and Ellie. Not safe for your kids. After a year of having our son go here, through multiple ER visits and overnights at the hospital for multiple sicknesses and pick eye, hand, foot and mouth and having him in a classroom with a bug infestation, the management reported us to child services for him wearing the same outfits too often and having to change blow out diapers. I wouldn't trust the management to watch my dog, let alone my son. Had the nerve to say we don't even know it was them at the school that submitted the claim. Who else would make a comment on his clothes and changing diapers during the day? They think everyone is stupid. Could have been resolved with a conversation if they had an issue with something but they don't operate like that. Smug and passive aggressive. So many red flags from that place. Dishonest and they will take or ask for more money than what you agreed to. Contract terms are vague which allows them to charge more than your child actually attends. No Military support. The (Asian) manager is strictly business; she was unbelievably sassy and unreasonable, shouldn't be managing childcare or dealing with families having such an attitude. I pulled my son out after only 3 weeks here. I dealt with constant miscommunication with the front desk staff, & the manager refused to honor or help compensate for any misinformation given to me - instead, she accused me of lying about it. Manager and front desk staff are in desperate need of customer service & ethics training, and better communication is needed throughout the entire center. Our daughter who is now alittle over two , has been at children's lighthouse since she was 4 months old.. they have nurtured her and taught her and loved her nonstop . She continues to grow and learn all the wonderful things I can't teach her while I work. She has friends and looks forward to going to "school" everyday. I had my children at the center for 5 months and am in no way related to anyone who ever worked there* It's bad when you do not know what to start with in a review... Maybe with some questions to those looking to send your kids here: Do you value your child's safety, or do you just need a place to send them while you work? Do you value honesty from your caregivers, or do you accept everyone lies so you are comfortable with it? Do you want your child to eat right, or just glad you didn't have to cook/prepare their meals? Well, if it is the later on all the above, feel free to send your child to Children's Lighthouse. However, if it is the former, STAY FAR AWAY! I cannot count on my hands and feet the number of times I was lied to while my children attended this facility. From their schedule, to diet, or medication, and paperwork, it seemed like I was always getting a different story. Without going into too many specifics, I would rather my mother-in-law watch them (and we all know how much mother's trust their mother-in-law). For the amount of money this place charges, I would expect at least a safe environment for the children, but they could not even guarantee us that. While they may win you over with their passcode entry, and thumb print system to sign kids in and out, it does not matter how much security you have when there is NO ONE AT THE FRONT DESK. I watched people walk in the door behind families countless times, not to mention one time I watched a kids leave with the wrong family. The only reason I am not giving a 1 star rating is because I have to give it to the teachers. They are tentative and loving, and my children miss them all. But when you fill a classroom completely to ratio (4:1 6 weeks - 18 months, and 6:1 until 3 years) how are they supposed to do anything but survive!?! In a nutshell... The staff is great, they're always on top of it. The teachers are warm. We feel very comfortable taking our son there. Though at the beginning he had a tough time going to "school" every day ("I miss mommy and daddy - yes we're that cool (JK!)), now he can't get enough of it. I like how the staff is always coming up with cool days ("Polar Express" day), makes me want to come in my pajamas, too. (Kidding, again.) This place rocks. And now her daughter works at lighthouse so Ill always know my kids are okay here. So glad that my boys love the lighthouse. I am beyond pleased with this center. I have been utilizing many different daycares centers for 7 years I am in the ARMY and move alot so I have acquired certain expectations for daycares. this is one of the BEST centers I have taken my kids to, very sad but once again I had to move and part from their wonderful services. this place is clean, friendly and ran in the up most profecional level, the Director is kind welcoming and very tending to the children and the families. I once made a small note that the toddlers room was warm and at the time I did her and her staff rushed to the room to make adjustments, My son who is 7 got dropped off and picked up from school, my youngest is 3. I just cannot say enough about this center other than to give my starts and highly reccomend it to anyone looking for care in a safe enviroment for their children. read more

I would've given this school a 3 if it wasn't for the owner.... This is possibly one of the worst ran schools I've been associated with. The owner, is rarely there yet sees and hears everything, which I'm pretty sure is illegal when it comes to audio in this setting. However everyone else who works there is phenomenal that includes admin and and of course the director. And whoever the new guy is, Mr. T I believe, is a fantastic assistant. I have 2 kids that have been going here for 9 months which is enough time to write a good review about our experiences. My 4-year-old's teacher is Miss Veronica and she is absolutely amazing with the kids. I am very impressed with the curriculum at this school. My daughter can count to 100 and is learning math right now! Mrs. Veronica really goes above and beyond the basics and tries to be as creative as possible to make learning fun and easy. My daughter looks forward to going to school everyday and enjoys weekly "homework" assignments which reinforces what they are learning in school such as writing letters, numbers, words, counting, drawing shapes, matching, etc... This classroom definitely prepares children for kindergarten! My 2-year-old is in the toddler classroom and has Miss Karen as his primary teacher. She is so loving and warm with him including with the rest of her kids. He had a tough time at the beginning (first time in child care) but Miss Karen has always been so comforting and gentle with him. She treats her kids as if they are her own, and always gives us verbal and written updates on his progress. Miss Sandra is there in the afternoon and she too is attentive to the kids as well. I've had no issues here and now my son is ready to go to school before I'm even ready to take him! Both classrooms do a lot of arts and crafts, music, have special guests (police officers, firefighters, animals...), holiday parties, and outdoor playgrounds. The classrooms are clean, organized, and well-structured, and all the staff members are so friendly and accommodating to our needs. I couldn't ask for more. read more

My 10 month old has been there since July of 2017 and we are both very happy! I have had a few minor issues, but each issue was addressed that very day. Ms. Millie and Ms. Cassie are great, and my little guy absolutely loves his teachers in room 1. I've picked him up every day since he started, and rarely is he ever fussing or upset when I get there. This tells me that his needs are being met. I get a daily progress report that tells me when he ate, slept, and got his diaper changed. It is a bit further than many other places that we could have our daughter attend, but it is worth the extra drive to see the progress that she has made. DO NOT, I repeat... DO NOT take your child here if you care about their growth, or education, or even want a structured environment. A couple of years ago it was good, and has recently dropped off. The assistance drop kids off at the wrong school, dont pick them up on time or a reasonable time frame. Not one person runs their books, they always try to overcharge. Only 1 teacher is certified. Never inform us of how our child is doing, we have to pry. Just know if you drop your child off... they will simply be a free for all, all day long. For the price they are charging, no way. The ladies there are nice for the most part, but they are chickens with their heads cut off. The lunches are pizza or hot dogs, they do have microwave pancakes or waffles for breakfast. read more

Where do I start? Well First off the School is Absolutely gorgeous and brand new! I love it! I knew this was the place for my baby the moment I walked in! Sorry for the the length of this review, but sending your child to daycare for the first time can be a very difficult transition that every parent must go through. My 2 and 1/2 year old son has been attending Childrens Lighthouse for 3 months now. We enrolled him close to their grand opening and were immediately impressed by the facilities. Compared to the other daycare centers, Childrens Lighthouse feels contemporary, clean, and well designed to accommodate a large number of children without being cramped. It was by far the best facility we had toured. You can tell that lots of thought was given to the design of the indoor spaces and large indoor open play areas, which were airy and well light with natural sunlight and decorated to gave a warm, friendly, welcoming and playful atmosphere. Separate large rooms for each age group ensures less distraction and more focus on learning and interacting with kids of my sons age. The outside facilities equal the inside in terms of design and expanse. Sand play yards, water splash features for hot day (my son LOVES this!), grassy lawns and the largest tot lots with shade structures (multiple) of all of the 5 different daycare centers that we toured. Kids can ride their tricycles around a huge yard and never seem to get bored. Saftey for the location is top notch. Biometric checkin (fingerprint confirmation) for pickup/dropoff, individual key coded entry pass codes for the parents and webcams to watch your kids play all day ensure the safety of the kids inside. Set away from the main street nearby and completely fenced in, you simply can't compare the facilities to anything remotely else in the area. The school is incredible. But even more important to us as parents were the staff, teachers and curriculum that our son would be exposed to. The center is family owned You will not find a nicer, more genuine hard working family who cares for the children's well being. We see Millie (the mom) and Rachel (the daughter) everyday when we drop off and pick up our son. The owners (Lees) are driven to ensure the success of every aspect of their daycare and it reflects in the incredibly warm, competent and caring teachers and staff that they have chosen to hire. My son was out sick for a week and they called just to find out how he was doing and to make sure he was ok. They probably have over 70 kids enrolled, but still found time to check in on my son. Extremely thoughtful. It did take them a few months to enroll enough children to implement their regimens and work out the "kinks" of scheduling, which we had fully expected. I understand Tim B. review of Childrens Lighthouse if he were to tour in October. When we toured, the location was in the final stages of being completed as well. I myself have owned 4 business and when it comes to construction and tenent improvements and dealing with subcontractors, unorganized chaos usually seems like the norm. That was 3 months ago and everything is in order and extremely well organized. They now have the right amount of kids enrolled per age group to provide stimulation and social interaction amongst the kids, which was my primary goal in enrolling him in daycare. The teachers and staff are excellent at communicating daily updates on the progress of my son (did he sleep? did he eat lunch? etc) and his social interactions with other kids. Even with all those important aspects (staff, curriculum, facilities, organization) of what I determined to be priorities at a daycare, the most important thing, and the thing that makes me and my wife the happiest is that my son loves it there. The owners, staff and teachers are always so welcoming everyday and my son feeds off of their energy and excitement. He is truly happy there. I can't wait to send my 9 month old there. It's been nothing but a extremely positive experience. Also, they potty trained my son, so bonus points for that as well! Thanks Millie and Rachel and everyone at Childrens Lighthouse. I toured this center in November and have been impressed every day since. My husband had been a stay at home dad for my son's first 2 years and I November he started a new job that made it impossible for him to tour the daycare during the week. He wanted to tour it and when I explained that the separation from his son was going to be difficult on both my son and husband, the center's wonderful director, Miss Jennifer, called the owner, Miss Millie, who agreed to give us a private tour on the weekend. When I told my husband he was ecstatic that he could see first hand where I was touring. My son is as strong willed and stubborn as.... me :-) He had a difficult time adjusting originally but the teachers all tried their best to calm him and offer suggestions to me so that drop off went smoothly. It took a month, but now my son is gleeful when we drive up, runs to hug his teacher when we walk on, and then turns to me and waves goodbye. The most comforting feeling in the world is knowing that at the end of the day he says "mama, fun at school" and tells me about the park and painting and snacks. And when I ask if he wants to come again tomorrow he lights up and shouts "Yes"! I know he is safe and I appreciated that they have gone the extra mile, even to the point of calling me to share in small successes like my son napping for the first time there after he had refused the first few weeks. And his lack of sleep was increasing his monster-esk attitude. Plus, the cameras allow my husband to see our son when he works long hours and doesn't get to see him for days at a time. I could not imagine anywhere else being as kind, thoughtful, and caring. They are truly amazing teachers who are helping to mold our little ones into the leaders of tomorrow through a well developed balance of curriculum and play. From my whole family.... We enrolled my 4 year old last year and I'm happy that we did! my daughter has learned so much and that was only attending 3 times a week. I like being able to sign into their cameras and check in on her whenever I want. The staff and teacher are all very nice. Mrs. Rebecca is a great teacher and my daughter just absolutely loves her. The school has implemented a kindergarten program and I'm very excited for this because the curriculum they presented will help my daughter soar in her reading and writing. If anyone is looking for a child care facility, I would very much recommend Children's Lighthouse. read more

This place was great when we first enrolled 3 years ago. Then about a year later it started to fall apart. The teaching staff is great. The problem is that the company treats them So bad that they never stay. The staff is very inconsistent and understaffed in general. There have been countless children removed from this facility by their parents due to this and various other reasons. We tried speaking to corporate, but that didn't seem to change anything. The staff reported back that the ownership will run it how they have been if they want to. Just horror stories of how the owner treats her employees. There are plenty of other daycares out there, just choose somewhere else. read more

My grandchildren attend Children's Lighthouse Daycare. I am grateful for the care the staff (I have encountered), is providing. WE LOVE THE CHILDREN'S LIGHTHOUSE. All the teachers are very friendly and treat myself and my children like FAMILY. My children, 5 & 3, never want to leave when I pick them up everyday! They love the food, they love the teachers, they love the playground, and they love being there most of all. Giving me peace of mind. I love I can trust my children to the Children's Lighthouse Learning Center! Thank you all for all your hard work! WE appreciate everything that you do for me and my family. I've never had a problem here. The staff is always courteous and attentive to my children and to me. They do such a great job. 5 stars is a very low rating. I was really excited when my son started at this school since it was fairly close to our home and the facility was beautiful. Unfortunately I am not as happy now that I have moved my child back over to Kinder Care. My son was constantly getting into trouble at this school for aggressive behavior (which he never had before) and I was called on a daily basis. Between my husband and I, we had to come pick him up several times and take him home which was not easy since I am working in Hemet and my husband only has a motorcycle which does not work with picking up a child. For the amount of times we had to pick him up, I was quite angry that I was even paying the school for their services since they were not being used half of the time. My son would come home and say that the kids and teacher were mean and he would cry every time we drove to/by the school. The school has cameras in which parents can log in to check on their child and the one day I logged in, I saw one of his teachers holding her legs on him trying to force him to nap. Now that he is at Kinder Care, they have informed me that he shows no signs of aggression and I have not gotten a single call in regards to his behavior. They say that he plays well with other children and the teachers have no problems with him. I hate not giving good reviews, but I was not very happy with the school. In our search for a preschool there were many choices in the area we were looking. So my wife and I decided to give Lighthouse a look, and we took a tour. We could not be happier. I have waited months to write this review, because of the other reviews i have read. They could not be further from the truth. Its weird...it kind of sounds a lot like some former employees just trying to hurt this business. Our son has shown a great degree of growth ever since we enrolled him into this school. All the staff are great, friendly, and very professional. We want to personally say that our choice to enroll or child into this school was one of the best decisions we have ever made. read more

I love this school. Miss Veronica is better than I am at taking care of my son lol She disciplines when needed and keeps all the kids in line. My son loves going to school which I never thought would happen. He doesn't even say bye to me anymore. I have to remind him that he needs to give his mother a hug! Some days he runs into class before we are even down the hallway! I can't pick him up before 330 because if I do he gets upset that I'm picking him up too early and he didn't get enough time to play. He's very high energy and she has somehow gotten him to sit down and learn addition and subtraction and he's not even in kindergarten yet. My youngest started in the infant care room and is now in the toddler room and is starting to be more social and I can see his personality developing in a very positive way. I never have any issues when I pick them up from school and I do not worry about them at all during the day. I can honestly say they enjoy it here. Very low teacher turnover! The same people who were there when we started over a year ago are still there in the same classrooms! read more

My daughter went to this school for all but two days before she came home with bruises and scratches on her face, turns out the TA, snatched a cookie from my child's hand in midbite and in turn scratching her face around her mouth! I immediately pulled her out, filed a police report and will be taking other measures! As this could have been a teachable moment for my child the teachers assistant instead decided to aggressively enforce her lesson on my child! She is now traumatize and keeps saying shes in trouble because of the cookie! Stay far away from this place. All they had were negative things to say about my child whom never been to a day care so we was learning the ropes and for some reason was always hungry after their so called "provided snacks and lunch" read more
