Horrible service, terrible food and just mediocre drinks.

The food was really good however we waited 45 minutes to be seated witch was expected.. when we were next up for a table 3 other parties were seated before us. Then we weee seated and went without drinks or anything for ten minutes at least. A table was seated right next to us and the server was right there to get their drinks as soon as they sat down. Love chilis food but will not be back to this location. We were not even offered a free appetizer for the inconvenience or anything. read more

Middle of the road ok eats. Been here too many times to count. Franchise owner does not partake in the rewards program. Our waitress waited too long to fill my water I started drinking husbands tea and sharing my kids Water. Other waitress tried to give us food (ours was already on our table) that was not ours. On way out we got bottlenecked a bit and another waitress said here is your tea without ice and the guy said I had a club soda. Mabe they have too many new employees? Or their training isn't great. It's basic but we are still in hopes to find a hole in the wall type deal. Desserts are expensive but good. read more

If I was an owner or manager at this Chili's, I would want to know what happened to us at this location tonight. We (5 of us) were on our way back from a road trip & stopped here for dinner. We arrived at 7:38pm and were told that there would be a 20 minute wait. We gave our name & phone number and received a text that we were on the wait list. We went out to our car to wait and never received a text saying our table was ready. We went back in at about 8:10pm to check on our table. The young girl hostess told us that she thought we were in the store, so didn't bother to text us. WHAT?? She took our phone number and watched us leave the store?!? And when she called our name and we didn't come, why didn't she text us? She then said that she didn't have a table for us. It was so unbelievable & disappointing. She didn't want our business! I've never seen anything so incompetent and such a lack of customer service at a Chili's before or anywhere else that has a wait list. She could have spoken to a manager to see how to handle the situation or sat us down with some chips & salsa, and we would have waited. Instead she went out of her way to make us feel unwelcome and unwanted. I would never, ever return to this Chili's again. It really ruined our evening. read more

Left Applebee's after they messed up my order. So I went to chili's. They were friendly and helpful but let another party take my order. Instead of reordering and waiting I got my money back and left. They did let me keep the soda- were very nice but not exactly an A game here either and an hour later- Applebee's failed , then Chili's BB failed and still no lunch. Back to work because I don't leave my customers waiting. Cheyenne is a joke for food! Lived here for a decade and the only good restaurants in Cheyenne are the Office, Metropolitan, R&B, Tjoes, uncle Charlie's, Wasabi, parkway pizza and the res TV basically suck. read more

It took 15 minutes to get a server to take our order. They forgot to cook 1 of our five orders. They never refilled our drinks. The sever did his best but was covering too many sections. Was not an enjoyable outing. Food was reasonably good but the service left a bad taste. I can't see my self coming back. read more

Thoroughly disappointing visit to Chili's. When I went in for dinner tonight my kids entrees (kid burgers and a grilled cheese sandwich) came out first, followed by my friends entree (a burger) I was told my entree (chicken crispers) would be out shortly. Shortly apparently meant it will come out when everyone else at my table is done eating. Since I was the only one with food I asked for a box which the waitress got faster than I got my food. When she gave me my box she went I got my check as well. She made no attempt to try to correct the situation and it seemed to me that she couldn't wait to get me out the door and on my way. As a new resident to Cheyenne this is the worst dining experience I've had since moving to town. I will no longer be visiting Chili's with my friends and family after this experience... read more

i have been to chillis many many times and have I never been this disappointed. I ordered the 3 for me and every time I got the crispers it came with fries and corn. this place not only had no corn with it and curly fries instead of regular ones. And honestly they were so bad Like Arby's bad. they must've stolen from them. I tried to order corn on the side and they told me it was frozen and I couldn't get it. they were not attentive. I tried to order a coke and they were out, my second choice was also out then i ordered a root beer which she didn't inform me that it wasn't free refills even though the drinks I was trying to order were. if they were out of regular fries I feel like they should tell you. they were out of everything it felt like and nothing was good, I had to ask for my salad and for my drink after waiting almost 20 minute. Ate here last night. Service was very good but can't say as much for the meal. Fries were soft, a little mushy and not hot. Full slab of ribs were enough but over cooked and dry. Not fall off the bone good. Corn was over seasoned on one side of the cob, no seasoning on the rest. Also very noisy when the restaurant starts filling up. We lunch December 10 staff was nice, food was good but I was disgusted how poorly the hostess With blonde hair and braces cleaned the tables for the next guest. She only wiped only the messy part of the table. Last customers had children with fajitas and there was cheese, lettuce, salsas, beans, rice and she wipes it all on the seats and from the seat to the floor never even swept the floor big mess off the floor before setting the next guest. The Waitress didn't pick up our dirty plates after we're done. To me it shows poor management where are the managers to ensure that the employees are trained on cleaning tables properly and picking up customers plates. It may sound petty but I was a waitress and it's all part of good customer service which everyone seems to lack now days. They have three people at the front door to greet you but nobody walking around supervising employees. read more

I've tried eating here 4 times, every time we're told it's a 30 minute wait. Most of the tables were empty, apparently they say they are under staffed but clearly saw 4 employees just standing around not doing anything. Ridiculous. Wow chilis new sweet and spicy burger is to die for. Best burger ive ever had from a restaurant. It was hot and juicy. Service was awesome very attentive. Best expierence ive had at chilis. Recently my husband and I attempted to have dinner at Chili's in Cheyenne. We saw over half the tables in the restaurant empty or waiting to be cleared but we were told by the hostess that there would be a 15-20 minute wait for a table. We left and was seated immediately at Olive Garden which was much busier. Evidently Chili's is having trouble maintaining adequate staff. read more

As many times as we go here....usually about once a month this was our worst experience ever...We visited at 330pm...only 3 or 4 tables had visitors seated and most tables needed to be wiped down. We were shuffled to a corner table on top of other guests. We have occasionally had good service and good food here while dining in. However, whenever we order take out SOMETHING is always wrong. Whether it's cold food, they forget something or they enter the order incorrectly it's always something. This is so disappointing because Chili's is such a good chain and their menu is great! I think that's why we chance it. Tonight for example the lady at the take out area entered our order wrong. We had to wait for a manager to correct the problem plus wait on our new food. My husband asked if we could have the salad they had made incorrectly (not that we necessarily needed it-but still) and the lady told him they needed it back because they were going to throw it away. After waiting, paying full price for what we had and finally getting home, the salad that had sat there waiting for the correction was warm and the chicken was a weird fatty texture that was not edible (Feeling grossed out thinking about it). We went in during the whole Covid-19 so it wasn't busy at all. Our server Kenzie was absolutely the worst. My friend ordered a beer and I ordered an Iced tea. I got my Iced tea and asked for sugar packets and she gave me the white ones, so I asked her for the pink packets. At this time my friend still never got her beer. About 10 minutes later Kenzie comes back and mumbles something about them being out of her beer. She then orders a different kind of beer in the bottle and waits about another 10 minutes just to get it. I'm still on the other hand waiting for my pink packets of sugar to finally be able to have a sip of my Iced tea. This girl walks by our table several times too fast to stop her and ask for anything else. She wasn't very friendly and if I had paid instead of my friend she wouldn't have gotten a tip at all. read more

We waited for 70 minutes before asked about a substitute since they ran out. Then our meals were delivered to the wrong table and we waited again for it to be cooked again. Not the best chilis. Ordered a side salad and it came out so hot! I asked him to take it back. A salad is suppose to be cold and refreshing, not have cheese melting on it it's so hot. I also got the salmon and the bottom was so burnt and they drenched it in sauce almost like they were trying to hide something. It was not good. I've lived in Cheyenne for about 6 months now and have eaten here several times for lunch. I have always been seated promptly and been served relatively quick. They Have never disappointed me. I get that people have bad experiences occasionally but I've never experienced what others have commented about. I will confess I don't usually come for dinner because I don't like crowds or waiting longer for food. I fee it's a great lunch option though. Chili's menu is flavorful and has a nice variety. Really disappointed with our only experience so far at this Chili's. We walked in and gave our name for a table, but decided to sit in the bar table area instead as there was a long wait. We proceeded to start browsing the menus, when a server came up to us and very rudely started wiping the table down while we were seated in it, without saying a word to us, and walked off. Several more minutes went by and finally a different server came to take our order. We were mid sentence telling her we wanted two waters and some chips to start with, when she cut us off and asked for our id's. Mine was in my wallet, at home-which I told her. We were not trying to order alcohol of any kind, but she told us we had to leave. I work in a restaurant too, so I understand the need to check id's. Was just there. Was seated quickly. Waitress was wonderful and fast, very helpful. BUT we waited for over an hour and a half on our food. Our server went into the back to remind the kitchen staff of our meal many times. We were one of FIVE groups in the entire restaurant. Meals took far too long, was cold when they came out. Turned out we were waiting on a turkey sandwich of all things. This experience was very disappointing. My one year old niece was hungry and tired because of the long wait. Initially I could see why he was upset, because the manager came off as a pompous jerk off, and the older waitress in the bar acted more like a rude trucker. We ordered our food and a few minutes later the manager, Debbie Price came to our table and stated two of her servers complained about us and Manager Debbie Price needed to assess our alcohol intake.
