We're from TX so of course we always look for a TX Roadhouse when we travel but this was by far the best experience ever! They asked where we were from & when they found out my husband was here for work for the next few years the manager brought over free steak seasoning & free app coupons! We've never felt so welcomed! Food was great & our waiter was fantastic!! 10/10!!

I went to Texas roadhouse for the first time ever. I was pretty impressed. In my opinion, Texas roadhouse was just a steakhouse and their steaks were not anything to write home about, but I thought overall was pretty good and affordable. The loaded fries were really good. To me the rules were just rolls with butter, but they were pretty good. My waitress was friendly and informative about the menu offerings and size of dishes. The restaurant was busy, but that did not limit the level of service I received.

Extra Honey Cinnamon Butter and the rolls.

Man o man! Love me a great steak!! Arriving here from the PNW to see my niece walk at her graduation today! So proud of her!! And at her request was to celebrate with Familia & Friends at the Texas Roadhouse! This place was hippity hopping and crazy packed- which already is a great sign. We were greeted by several of the staff and super friendly, as I'm sure they understood the wait times be seated may have been frustrating for some, but not us. Go with the flow and you'll be just fine. Once seated, I ordered the NY Steak Strip, and asked for it be smothered in mushrooms- so yum! My sides were the loaded mashed potatoes and Mac n Cheese. What a great trio combination. And of course, ya can't go wrong with them honey buttered rolls!! Been ages since I've had those, and delighted that it did not disappoint. All in all, the service was great, the food was superb, price was reasonable, and the wait was long where they had to coral us from one location to the next to where we were constantly in the way, but like I said, a special occasion requires a little patience. As always, enjoy & Happy Eating!!

Always one of our favorite as we travel the Countryside !! Getting some things fixed on the Coach, so dinner tonight was Texas Roadhouse !! Easy enough and we find the food consistently good. Walking inside... you instantly smell the smokey BBQ & the hot rolls ! It's 4:00, the line for seating is out the door & around the parking lot ! A very good sign !! . We walked past everyone to go sit at the bar.... not crowded and they have sports on most of the TV's. Country music videos on the center large one. It sets a very nice ambiance for eating a meal. We ordered beers and told our Bartender, Tance, we are not in any hurry. He was attentive, checking on us every now and then but not over bearing. He got us a basket of hot rolls as we looked over the menu. Ohhhh, they are really good. . My husband ordered the rib eye combo with ribs, sweet potato side & salad. I ordered the NY Steak with regular potato & veggie (broccoli & carrots). Both steaks were cooked to perfect temp, but we did find the BBQ ribs dry..... they were over cooked. They don't look it by the picture... but they were. My veggies were also perfectly cooked.... firm, how I like them. Overall.... We think it's always a sure bet with consistency & flavor. We will be in another location before we get back home to Florida !!! ENJOY !!!

Delicious juicy steaks done exactly as ordered! Our family of 4 stopped at Texas Roadhouse in Cheyenne for dinner in Aug 2024 after a very long drive. We were very hungry and felt lucky to be seated though the parking lot and the restaurant were packed. This was just the beginning of our luck though :) We got an absolutely delicious food and received an exceptional service by our waitress Taylor. Even writing this review makes me nostalgic and wishing to go back :) We ordered Rattlesnake Bites for appetizer to share and we also got generous portions of house salad and delicious chili that came as a choice with entrees. I asked for blue cheese dressing for my salad and was surprised when Taylor offered to add crumbles as well! This is that "going extra mile" that makes the place to stand out! Thank you! For entrees we all got steaks (see below) and each was very flavorful, juicy, and perfectly cooked to the heat level ordered! They were just perfect and outstanding! We highly recommend Texas Roadhouse in Cheyenne if you are up for perfect steaks, exceptional service, and all that at a very reasonable price! Appetizers Rattlesnake Bites - fresh, flavorful, and delicious! House Salad - generous portion and good combo of greens, etc. Chili - excellent. Entrees 14oz Fort Worth Ribeye, smothered 16oz Fort Worth Ribeye, smothered Fillet Medallions, smothered Andy's Sirloin Steak

Good food good service easy parking loud atmosphere so if you like quiet dining this is not the place. Try deep fried dill pickles.

Ask the Community - Texas Roadhouse

What makes Texas better than a local steak house?

Great question Sam! We like to think the fact that we hand cut our steaks in house each day fresh. We also make a majority of our sides and salad dressings from scratch fresh each day. And you can’t forget the fresh baked bread with honey cinnamon… Read more

My second time here, and it's continuing to impress!…read more My husband ordered the Cowboy Grilled Cheese, which he LOVED. When I tasted it, I found it quite straight-forward and satisfying. Warm pulled pork and melted cheddar inside a perfectly buttered and pan-toasted envelope of thick-cut white bread. The real star was the bread: impossibly light and airy. Yum :) I ordered the Chicken with Kale Pesto Sandwich and specially requested it on a croissant bun. Wow. The grilled chicken breast was absolutely moist and juicy! The bacon was thick, the pesto fresh, and the croissant bun the perfect combination of crispy, chewy, and buttery. Since I'm a saucy sandwich kind of girl, I ordered extra mayo and hot sauce on the side, which I mixed together to slather on each bite separately. And yes, it was GOOD. The Padre's Hot Sauce, apparently made by a local man (whose daughter happened to be our server today), was a revelation. Both the mild "Yellow Jacket" and hot "Bodacious" are made through a lacto-fermentation process that results in a luscious, complex chili flavor without the harsh vinegar edge that you get with most hot sauces. My hat's off to Mr. Padre for your delicious and painstakingly created hot sauce and to Paris West for featuring this superior, locally-produced artisanal product! I'm actually grateful that their espresso machine was on the fritz today, because I would not have otherwise tried their drip coffee, which was a special edition small batch dark roast, whose name escapes me. It was fantastic. And we culminated our meal with dessert: carrot cake for my hubby and Orange & Sugar crêpes for me. I found the carrot cake unpleasantly cold, dense, and barely carroty, topped with uninspiring cream cheese frosting and untoasted pecans - pass. The crêpes, on the other hand, were wonderful. Perfectly thin, uniform, and tender. With a thin brushing of orange marmalade inside and, be still my heart, a syrup-poached orange slice garnishing each folded pancake. I think a nice dollop of homemade whipped cream would've sent this dish over the top, but then I can be an over-the-top sort of person, so maybe don't listen to me :) Long story short, it was a fantastic mid-week brunch, and we will be back soon! I hope you'll join us :)

Honestly, this place is so bad. We tried it for a second time because we wanted to give them a…read moresecond chance. I ordered the short rib ravioli, the pasta was undercooked and the gravy sauce was so thick, I could barely eat it. My husband ordered a steak which was overcooked and chewy, with an old tasting flavor. The potatoes were fingerlings fried with no seasoning. Cocktail and brussel sprouts were good. Overall, food was not good and too expensive. I would not recommend unfortunately.

Paris West - Overly lit and chairs are too short. Our table had two bars in the way of our feet so they had to go on top of it. Kind of awkward.
