I come here very very often the last two times I have been here I have had trouble with either their food or their customer service. Last time was a customer service. This time half the food was un edible too hard or too rubbery to eat and half was customer service. I've probably been here over 50 times and they've been great 48 times just recently. This was my first visit to Pour Decisions & it did not disappoint! I ordered a 'new to the family' Reuben - which was amazing! A double-decker & the flavor was spot-on! I requested a free grilled jalapeño - which went along splendidly with that sammie. A mighty tasty margarita, as well! My mom asked for basically a deconstructed mushroom Swiss burger, and altho it didn't come to the table as ordered, it was made right within seconds! Our waitress was just amazing! The French dip has that perfect meat-to-au-jus ratio, and the mushroom and Swiss hits the savory-salty balance just right. Wide appetizer menu too if you're in the mood to share or graze. The staff are fast and friendly. The atmosphere is warm and relaxed. Outdoor seating available when the weather's nice. TV if you want to catch a game, but it's not overwhelming. Little cup of ice cream at the end. Small touch, but it's the kind of thing that makes you want to come back. This was our second time here in a month !! Menu options are plentiful and we liked it the first time, thought we'd try it again. Jason was our bartender. A tad quiet at first, but then easily added to our conversations. Very friendly & attentive for service. Last time we had the burger, which was delicious and this time we ordered the grilled chicken sandwich with fresh cut fries !! Again, delicious and well seasoned. We kept the jalapeños on the side. We made the BEST decision when we ubered here during our layover while delivering a load... J.P. Was our server and he was amazing. Great recommendations, great hospitality and even better people. STELLAR is the word. The drinks were good, the beer was cold, and the food was AMAZING. The chile Verde Mac and cheese was, my GAWD soooo good. I wish I would have gotten some to go, because the little leftovers that we had had were even better the next day. The vibe was very family friendly, with a comfortable atmosphere, clean restrooms and good music. Kudos to the kitchen and the wait staff. My wife and I were on a travel trailer trip from Texas to California, and stayed a night in Cheyenne, partly because my nephew, Christopher Kilbourne, who is stationed at F.E. Warren AFB, lives there and we wanted to visit with him and his family. I suggested we meet up for dinner somewhere and Chris recommended Pour Decisions. Excellent, clever name for a bar and grill, by the way. I checked Yelp reviews, and was impressed with the 4.5 star rating, all of the reviews I read, and the fact that the owner, Ron G., responds to virtually every review, which I think is really impressive. Every owner/manager should read customer reviews and respond to them. When we arrived, the place was packed, every table occupied, which is a great sign. But it only took about 15 minutes for us to be seated. I had the cheesesteak sandwich, my wife had the prime rib, and Chris and his wife had hamburgers. The food came out in a timely manner, and was absolutely delicious. My wife said the prime rib was the best she's ever had. The waitstaff was friendly, attentive, and professional. And, of course, the free ice cream was an excellent touch. I highly recommend Pour Decisions, and would absolutely return if ever in Cheyenne again. I can't imagine what could have caused a few people to rate this place one star. Some people are just jerks. My recommendation: ignore the jerks and give Pour Decisions a try. Just traveling thru Cheyenne and found this little gem of a place! Service was great (Jocelyn) was super sweet! Food, well, all made on site and AMAZING!! No bags of Frozen food thrown in a fryer. Best fried mushrooms I've ever had! And the blue cheese dressing, full of yummy chunks of real blue cheese. Finest dining I've ever had in a 'bar and grill'. Great place to stop. Large beer menu, full bar and great atmosphere. Every table was full but the food came out decently fast. They bread their chicken strips in house and the side salad was the size of a full salad in other places. Plus your meal comes with free ice cream! My daughter and I stopped in while visiting town and had a fantastic experience. We split the bacon cheeseburger and fries, and they were excellent. I sat at the bar and the service was excellent! For lunch I had the spaghetti with extra sauce and 2 grilled jalapeños. Outstanding! It was a lot and I was glad I didn't a side salad.
