Came here for a drink and the famous triple dipper and wasn't impressed but kinda knew that coming in. I've seen the triple dipper on social media and decided we would stop in because we weren't very hungry but wanted a drink and app. The drinks were good! Delicious and strong! You only need 1 drink to feel good. The triple dipper we chose the honey crispy chicken, BBQ bone in wings and mozzarella sticks. The honey crispy chicken was the best option of them all, they were so crispy and the sauce was amazing! We loved those and would order those again! The mozzarella sticks were underwhelming, not very stringy and advertised and just plan tasting, the wings were disappointing, the BBQ sauce was not very good and super sticky. Overall the experience was underwhelming but we didn't have expectations going in. It's chilis after all. Would come back for the tenders and drinks though. read more

Honestly don't ever even try to order from here. No matter what it WILL FAIL! No matter if it's from their website or door dash, something is twisted and they don't communicate at all, every experience is made me hate them more and at this point I would post daily to make sure everyone knows how terrible they are. I told my daughter, I wanted to visit the Chili's in Interquest, b/c I hadn't been to one in the Springs probably in 4-5 years. Pleasantly surprised this one is a new Chili's very nice interior & clean. We sat in the bar area & were greeted by the bartender she was very nice & attentive & she had bright hair & I can't remember her name . I should have written this when I was out there 3 months ago....ooops! We ordered the queso sample w/ salsa & bowl of enchiladas soup & tasty margarita a pretty blue aqua w/ a gummy shark . We all wanted to visit Dom the GM but she was on vacation , KUDOS you have great TEAM & we enjoyed our visit . All the food was hot & delicious & we had a pleasant dining experience! 27 July 24 - my oldest son invited us to lunch at Chili's and we went to this one which is the newest in Colorado Springs and is very clean. He ordered the baby back ribs with asparagus, and French fries. My husband got a huge bacon cheeseburger with French fries and I got the grilled chicken with Mexican rice, chips, pico de gallo and corn on the cob. Our meals were all delicious and service was fast because we got there early. This is the best Chili's in Colorado Springs and has lots of light and is very clean. read more

We had a hankering for Burgers and Fries after a day of shopping for guns. Chilli's was close so we said "why not?" We had the Oldtimers Burger and Fries Meal, which included a salad and a big plate of chips and Salsa and 2 drinks. Thanks to our amazing server SHELLY, we got a deal for $10.99 each, by signing up for their Rewards Programm. The Burgers were super juicy and HUGE with a bunch of toppings and a the steak fries were piping hot and crispy. We had Texas Cheese Fries, Chicken & Cheese Quesadilla, a Buffalo Chicken Sandwich & Ice Tea. The atmosphere, was so relaxing and comfortable. And finally, the service. Our waitress, was a gal, by the name of TATUM. She was very welcoming, extremely nice, very knowledgeable of the menu and took care of all our lunchtime needs. While here I walked to the front to hear yelling and terrible behavior from in the back. I assumed this woman to be the manager, and I was appalled. How could you treat your staff so poorly. 7 months Pregnant, needed to get out the house and just relax for dinner. Waiter was nice, host was nice, wasn't crazy busy. They have a mushroom swiss on the menu, my favorite. Husband and I placed our orders and about 15 min later the waiter came to apologize. They didn't have any mushrooms. My husband and I looked at each other an laughed. The one thing I wanted they didn't have. I was offered a different meal, or maybe bacon(ew) I hate bacon. I said it wasn't an issue I'll just take the burger without mushrooms. Swiss and onions will be fine I really wasn't craving anything else. I asked maybe could I get a mini dessert? Waiter said yea I think so, let me make sure that's okay. I saw the mini molten cake on the kids menu which looked tasty. Waiter comes back to tell me the manager said no because the price of the mushrooms vs the desert doesn't equate. This is poor management. You placed more value on the cost of the mushroom vs desert rather than customer experience. You rather inconvenience the customer and make them alter their food to accommodate your justification that the mushroom costs pennys compared to a free desert. So not only did we wait longer, I didn't get want I ordered, you also made us feel like you valued the desert more than us as a customer. Like I said, poor management. Completely detached from reality and takes no accountability for the inconvenience, shouldn't be in customer service. Bacon maybe similar in cost but the customer still loses on multiple levels while you try not to lose anything. mushrooms cost maybe a dollar. That dollar, now gives you a bad review. Your welcome. This location has been struggling with service since they opened. Been here several times and has been short-staffed every time. Tonight was no exception. The floors were dirty and tables were not bussed. Seated promptly and greeted promptly. Food order 90% accurate. Server didn't check back very often. When we were getting ready to leave, we were sort of abandoned to pay our bill on their desktop touchpads. But ours didn't work. It took a while to get the server's attention. While we were here, we saw a couple sit at a high top and leave a short time later. Food consistent with other Chili's. Service needs work. read more

I want to say the wait staff were GREAT....however, the food was sooooooooo bad. I ordered a lunch special hamburger. I asked for medium rare. The first one delivered was burnt....yes burnt......and the second was well done.....how can this happen, when you specifically ask for medium rare. I go to this location often, and have never had such poor quality food. I took the burgers home, and the dog had her meal, as it was only fit for a dog.....sad case......not sure I would ever go back to this location. My family and I have been in colorado springs since I was tiny. I'm 31 now and they opened this new place. And I was excited but every time i've gone i've been disappointed. very disappointed. They take too long and the food comes out cold. no integrity! Why is the restaurant empty? But it takes you twenty minutes to sit someone? It makes no sense. God forbid I start talking about the take-out/pick up. Don't know if your cooks are turtles but it's pathetic. I decided to interview to see if I could make a positive change but now I see why the employees are the way they are. You are not flexible, but you are concerned about turnover rate. To keep reliable constant people you have to treat them like people. To all customers and future customers. Avoid this place and spend your money somewhere else even if it's a different chili's, just not this one. This Place will continue to have a high turnover rate and will probably shut down eventually because it's inevitable. Thank you but no thank you've lost a customer and a reliable worker. I haven't been to a Chili's in years as in the past it was often a huge disappointment no matter the location. However, we decided to give this relatively new Chili's a try and we were pleasantly surprised. This restaurant is bright, open, and clean. Our server, Casey, was attentive, efficient, and friendly. The food came out promptly and was hot & fresh. The dishes were nicely prepared/presented and not overly salty (which is typically my biggest issue with Chili's). The whole experience made me rethink Chili's. We will definitely return to this location down the road. read more

If I have to exit my vehicle after 15 minutes of waiting outside (even after checking in through your link) and walk in to retrieve my cold food and have nobody even acknowledge the fact that I've been waiting outside, there's something wrong with your system. New location, same old Chili's. Giving this place a chance every couple of years always fails. Whether it's raw chicken, cold food, poor service, etc. Chili's always fails. I came today to get my usual. The food was decent. The service is good while I was eating, but as soon as I paid the check, I no longer had a waiter. I finally had to flag them down 15 minutes after I paid the check. We did let the waitress know that we were on a time crunch (needing to leave when she checked in about 30 minutes in). We were told the General Manager would come speak to us as the food had still yet to come and we had now asked for the food to go. Our waitress was very kind and brought us complimentary chips and salsa but once the food came out we again said we needed to leave and pay asap. The GM was still nowhere to be found and we asked on several occasions to pay.
