One of the few places you can get great food and great drinks. The cup of bacon and the fried cheese were both great starters. The fried cheese is very different from your other standard cheeses or mozzarella sticks. The cheese is much more firm with a light fry. The cup of bacon is fatty, salty, with a tiny bit of sweetness. The ricotta gnocchi bolognese has some amazing fresh gnocchi. The bolognese sauce was okay so it's a fine dish but I probably wouldn't get it again. The duck poutine has delicious fresh fries that end up crisp topped with tons of cheese and gravy. The place is laid out with plenty of tables and booths plus a sizable bar in the center of the restaurant with seating on both sides. I went solo and decided to sit at the bar where they had three bartenders that would rotate with all the customers making it very efficient and great coverage. The food was very inventive; not your typical fare even for a bistro. I started with the lobster tater tots that were served with ranch. He had the perfect amount of seafood flavor and a super crispy outer; I would recommend. Next, I had the ginger pork and crispy rice dish. This had a large helping of pork that did well with the Asian flavors and that crispy rice for texture; I would recommend. My final was the miso butterscotch tart. You can't go wrong with a dessert that has butterscotch, Biscoff, marshmallow and miso. The only criticism I could make was that the tart was pretty loose, but that did not take away from the flavor. To drink this place has lots of beer taps, a good selection of wine and plenty of interesting cocktails. I chose to have a couple beers and they were both very tasty. I would like to come back with additional people so that we could try more of the menu items. Reservations definitely recommended, it is a very popular local spot, especially during happy hour. A decent selection of beers, local and commercial. The Caesar salad is pretty darn good; I wish it had (or if you could add) anchovies, but the pork belly is a really nice twist. The dressing is good, and just the right amount. The "Devils on horseback" bacon wrapped dates were super tasty, just a touch of spice and just enough sauce to add to the flavor and not overpower it. It is a busy place, the staff is friendly, but super busy. Food did come out pretty quickly, and there was no time for waitstaff to hover. Easily, EASILY the best restaurant in the entire area. We had an absolutely amazing experience at Atmosphere Gastropub. We were immediately greeted and seated and needed a high chair which they accommodated quickly and without issue. Our server was amazing and provided excellent suggestions on all of our courses and drinks. The food and drinks were truly superb. They have an excellent selection of local craft beers and an excellent whisky selection too. We had the bacon wrapped dates which were so delicious and flavorful. They're covered in Sambal which had just the right amount of heat. So so good. I had the bugolgi steak sandwich with a side Caesar salad. Wow. So much flavor. The steak was perfectly cooked and the sandwich was truly bursting with flavor. The Caesar salad may have been one of the best dressings I've ever had too. My wife had the burrata caprese and it was excellent. The basil pesto and balsamic reduction were insanely delicious. We both had perfectly mixed drinks too. I had the smokin' cherry old fashioned (no picture, i was too excited) and my wife had the Laviation. Both drinks were clearly made by mixologists who knew what they were doing. I am the type of person who gets the same thing on the menu each time. I'm not sure if I could do that here. Everything was so incredibly delicious, I really want to try ever. My husband and I have been here at least a dozen times (maybe 2 dozen) since we moved to Monument in 2024. We usually just sit at the bar because the service is so good and everyone is so friendly. The staff remember us and make us feel welcome. Everything we've eaten here is very good. They have the best Caesar salad of any restaurant!! The ginger pork with rice is my favorite dish, as is the tuna tartar and bulgogi fries. My husband is partial to the prime rib sandwich and lobster Mac and cheese. We never have room for dessert which is a shame because they look amazing. Lastly, I am allergic to peanuts and I have never had any issues when modifying my order - not one mistake ever! During our (my wife and l) trip to Denver for the week, I took some time to visit my buddy who lives in Colorado Springs for his birthday. He and his girlfriend met up with us in Denver, and I wanted to repay him for an amazing time in Colorado. We kicked things off at Top Golf, then hopped between a few pubs before ending the night at this spot, just before heading back to Denver. Out of all the places we visited in Colorado Springs, this pub was by far my favorite and it's my buddy's, too. The service was outstanding, and the overall customer experience was top notch. We sampled some beers and ended our night with a couple of expertly crafted Old Fashioneds. I'm fairly new to whiskey, but this was the second time I've had such an amazing Old Fashioned. The first time was on a business trip to Annapolis, Maryland two weeks prior to this trip. I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth the drinks were none of that harsh, gasoline-like taste my wife always jokes about when I have Old Fashioneds back home in Texas. Even though the ice wasn't crystal clear, the flavor was exceptional and made for one of the best whiskey experiences I've had. As for the food, I'm not a big seafood eater, but I've been trying to expand my palate. I'd never had lobster before, but my buddy convinced me to try the lobster roll, and I'm glad he did. The lobster was fresh and didn't have that overly fishy taste or smell you sometimes expect. The pub itself had a great vibe and the layout was well designed, and there were plenty of TVs, offering a 360-degree view of all the action. I can't wait to come back and visit again! read more

I had resisted coming here thinking it was going to be too upscale for a std lunch. Decided to give it a try snd so happy I did! Yes, they are upscale for lunch but the food makes up for it. We had the lobster rolls, crab cake sliders, devils on horseback fig and goat cheese appetizer, cannoli dip and snickerdoodle for dessert. The lobster roll was perfection on a local made bread, lots of lobster in a light mayonnaise. The crab cakes were good but a little too much bread to crab ratio. The devils on horseback was good but I would ask for it without the hot sauce. It overpowers the fig and cheese. The dessert was over the top. The cannoli dip is a deconstructed cannoli. The dip was perfection and the cookie to dip was sweet and perfect with the cream. The snickerdoodle cake came out piping hot and perfect with the cold ice cream. Really enjoyed my stop in for dinner here. A short walk from my hotel and worth every step! The place was busy, but the patio was completely empty?when I showed up. I took a seat out there as the evening was just wonderful. Initially, I worried about no one coming out for service since I was the only one out there. That didn't last long at all! Thankfully, Tanner came out and that started my culinary adventure here! The menu is online and the current beer selection inside on a chalkboard inside. Some have complained about this, but for me it was fine. WiFi service is free and robust here, even on the patio. And the staff knows the rotating beverage menu very well. Say what you like and they'll get you there! I started with an app called lobster tots and Tanner suggested an Italian cider on tap. Excellent! Well, you have to get the tots. They're amazing crispy and full of flavor. Crazy good. You could just get a bunch of the apps and have a blast because the selection is so unique and varied! I may do that next time. I ended up getting the crabcake sliders for my main and a side of fries. The sliders were so, so yummy. Wow! And the fries were awesome. You know a good fry when you taste it and these were solid! Perfect with the crabcake sliders too. The ranch for dipping was fresh and had a wonderful full flavor too. Other folks came out to the patio and I have to say I heard zero complaints about anything. I also learned that the sliders were a pretty new menu item- well okay then - they're a keeper! Seriously, if you're a crabcake person or a slider person, these are for you! I just loved the patio vibe and the evening weather was perfect. Oh and worried about getting servers to the patio? Not! One of the really great things I experienced was the way the entire staff worked to take care of everyone! Tho Tanner was my main guy, everyone who worked the patio looked out for each of us. I loved that so much! I ended up with another Italian cider and 'got talked into' the snickerdoodle cookie dessert. Uh huh, like I needed that! But it was amazing. It's served fresh and soft with a scoop of ice cream in a fresh-from-the-oven cast-iron mini skillet. Great presentation of a fantastic dessert! If you like truffle mushrooms then try their chicken truffle sandwich it's amazing! Kale salad was a bit tangy and their lobster tots were pretty good. Not a bison fan, my 11 year old daughter enjoyed their bison burger with bacon jam. Kids corn dog nuggets were a little too crispy for my son and they were very nice to make another bath for him: he is particular about his food, so always a hit or miss. Ambiance - A+!!! Loved the Friday night live music! Service - A+!! Our server was on her first or second day of training, but her trainer was close at hand, and they both did a great job! All concerns, like the need for a menu with larger print and a watered down tasting cocktail, were quickly rectified! Food - B+ Not gonna lie, the very original, and creative menu drew us in to select this restaurant, but we were actually a bit surprised with how bland more than half our dishes were! Kind of disappointing. I love cooking and enjoying complex dishes, so if you're a nerd like I am, here's our party's collective two cents: 1) Goat Cheese Jar: Chevre mousse / San Marzano tomato jam / basil pesto / crostini. My favorite of the night! Tomato jam could have been flavored a bit more, but it did work well with the creaminess of the cheese, the brightness of the pesto, and the crunch of the crostini! 2) Grilled Fish Tacos (3): Grilled Barramundi / Nixtamal Corn Tortillas / Chipotle Smoked Cashew Salsa / Shredded Cabbage / Avocado / Micro Cilantro. General feedback, they were a bit boring! :( The sauce and the seasoning on the fish were the biggest let downs / areas for improvement here. But the fresh ingredients were top notch! 3) Shrimp Tostones: Smashed avocado / plantains / mojo onions / queso fresco / Cajun shrimp / micro cilantro. Again, needs some flavor improvement! The avocados just need some salt and pepper. Plantains were a bit tough to cut through. Queso fresco looks nice, but it doesn't add any flavor. An astounding dish? No. But did we finish it? Of course!! It was still tasty, just not impressive. 4) Ginger Pork & Crispy Rice: Ginger roasted pork / crispy sushi rice cake / Thai peanut sauce / maple-soy glaze / carrot / scallion / baby arugula / white miso viniagrette. SO DELICIOUS! Loved the balance of salty to sweet. 5) Ricotta Gnocchi Bolognese: Hand-rolled ricotta gnocchi / San Marzano tomatoes /pork / beef / sherry / mire poix / asiago. I was so excited to try this dish! However, it came out on the colder side, and it was as if they ran out of salt in the kitchen! The tomato sauce was so bland! Definitely at least some salt, fresh, garlic, pepper, something! This was one that we didn't finish. 6) Cast Iron Snickerdoodle: Cinnamon sugar cookie / bourbon vanilla ice cream / dulce de leche. It was delicious! But again, kind of boring! :( couldn't taste any bourbon and the carmel had very little flavor - it basically just added more sweetness. Cookies were warm though! We were staying at Great Wolf Lodge and turned to yelp after being underwhelmed by their food offerings. So glad we did! Phenomenal meal. Initially a 1-hr wait when we walked in, we lucked out when a party didn't show and sat down and were quickly served. Plenty of wine options by the glass and we enjoyed some Pinot Gris and a sparkling rose. Kids macaroni and cheese was actual pasta rather than the Kraft that many places try to pawn off. Bolognese had what tasted like homemade pasta and a pork/beef based sauce. Yum. Wife devoured her burrata. For dessert, the snickerdoodle skillet came and was gone in less than 90 seconds. We moved to Monument 3 weeks ago -- and we have been here 6 times. At first we came for proximity to our hotel (and how fast we could get and get back to the baby), but we kept coming back for the high quality food, service, and great cocktails. Happy hour is the best and if you come here, you should come for that. We basically ordered 80% of the happy hour on our first visit and our total bill didn't hit $100 until we tipped 25%. The sauce they came with was quite good. The crab cake sliders were pretty good too but had too much bread. Taking off half the bun made them worlds better. I was very underwhelmed by the beer. I tried a flight and they had some richness but mostly tasted airy, like too much CO2 in them or something. All in all, very okay. read more

The truffle fries had a delicious white sauce served with them and I dipped my fries in the sauce. The sauce was superb. The fries were crispy and had a lot of black pepper spice plus the truffle flavoring. I am hooked. One of the best burgers around. My daughter had the bulgolgi fries. And judging how she devoured them in record time with nothing but crumbs left told me how good they were. My wife had the brussel sprouts with the eggs. Her only complaint was that a little more sauce was needed on the brussel sprouts. But with all that she loved the food. The service was excellent and prompt. Two big thumbs up. During our most recent visit (9/12/23), we tried a couple of new items - lobster tots (delicious, highly recommend) and the ginger pork and crispy rice (it was good to try once, but I wouldn't get it again).
