Haven't been here in ages to this location. Looks like they have the same booths since the 90's. All torn up and repaired with tape. The four stars were for the server Veronica and the cooks. We got the 3 for me deal for $10.99. Can beat that deal. It came with chips salsa, drink and a real quarter pounder. The QP was cooked like it was on a grill nice crispy the way I like it! Fries were very crispy too! Thank you to the cook and Veronica for their excellent service!

My wife and I love Chili's. It is our go to spot for cheap eats and tasty drinks. Our waitress was Veronica. She was suppose nice, warm.. but too apologetic. She apologized for everything that was not even her fault. I complimented get a few times just so that she could know that she was doing a great job. I minus one star from the Service area because we were not provide Abby flatware or napkins even when our food was brought. Other than that, she was great! We both ordered the "3 For Me". We both got the steak entres with a salad. My wife enjoyed it so much that she got and extra salad..lol. My wife ordered their monthly marg special which is green and I ordered the El Nino. We both agreed that they were delicious. The El Nino has a 2 drink ordering max. I definitely understood why one my wife did not drink the one I ordered her. I drank it. I was not messed up afterwards, but I definitely walked away with a nice feeling that kicked in a little bit later..lol. It is a GREAT drink. I minus a star from the Food area because we asked for medium well steak and it was well done. We will still go here regardless...because we enjoy Chili's.

I've seen at the influencers eating the triple dipper and wanted to try it for myself. It was a Friday night and we were seated right away. Our server was super sweet and attentive even though it was busy. Restaurant was clean. Our booth was comfortable and seated our whole family. We ordered the chips and queso to start and it was delicious. Thin and crispy chips, good queso and fresh salsa. I ordered the triple dipper obviously, with Nashville hot mozzarella sticks, chicken crispers, and southwestern egg rolls, served with ranch sauce. The mozzarella sticks had the perfect amount of heat, very yummy and crispy outside. Chicken crispers were great, tender chicken breast and crispy outside. The egg rolls were also yummy. I will definitely be back to order his again when I'm feeling that urge to eat very unhealthy but comforting food. My husband got the veggie black bean burger with fries and loved it. Fries were crispy outside, tender inside. My mother In law got the Buffalo chicken sandwich and loved it, my brother in law got the Alex burger and fries and enjoyed his meal as well. My husband ordered the flamingo freeze drink and said it was a bit too sweet. But the price was reasonable. Service was fast, food was hot and yummy. I almost didn't come here after reading other reviews, but I'm glad I did!

Stopped by for late night snack and their 3 for me is still the best deal in town. drink, appetizer and entree meals for an easy price. we had salad and chips and salaa to get us started. My watermelon ice tea was as refreshing as I remember it. The steak was tender. Mashed potatoes had smoky bacon bits. The burger was juicy and fried crunchy. For the quality and price, can't be beat. and you can pay on the tablet at table so it's easy. We got there late, just before 9pm and there were a decent amount of people thete on a weeknite so I think the secret is out. Good food and service for a good price. Definitely worth it.

2024 was not kind to American casual dining chains, as famous names such as Red Lobster, Buca di Beppo, and TGI Fridays all filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy during the year. However, there is one chain that is not only surviving, but thriving in this crazy economy. That chain is - Chili's. Their (Brinker International, Inc.) stock price tripled within the last year, and the main reason why this happened was the introduction of the "3 for Me" deal. The "3 for Me" deal is a value meal of a beverage, appetizer, and entrée for $10.99 (upgrades cost extra). On 12/13/2024, I came to this location with my buddy Steve to try it out. We walked in at around 11:20am and were greeted by the manager, who quickly seated us at a booth on the right side of the restaurant. The interior was clean and looked exactly the same as my last visit back in 2017. Our server came by to take our order. I got a soft drink, salad, and the Big Smasher Burger. Steve got the same except he chose chips and salsa instead of a salad. Our food came in about 10 minutes. The salad and chips and salsa were alright. The Big Smasher Burger, served with fries, was surprisingly decent. It was full size, pretty juicy, and flavorful. Comparing to burgers at fast food joints, this was definitely better. Service was good overall. Our server was friendly and checked on us a couple times to refill our drinks. The total, with T/T, was about $15. For a sit-down lunch, it was a great deal. I will return. 4 stars.

I always go to Chili's with my family, always order the 6 oz Sirloin, never disappoints! Employees are always chill/nice. Service for food is usually the same, typically like 10-15 min for main dish to arrive? Restaurant is always clean and has a bar/family vibe.

Came here on Veterans Day and had a solid experience. The service was great. The food was above average. The Triple Dipper ended up being my favorite--do not skip the deep-fried mozzarella! Totally worth it if you're feeling some chain restaurant food at an iconic American brand.

So my beautiful wife and I always sit in the bar area, of every Chili's location, because she's a wheelchair user. The bar is the only place in a Chili's where she's comfortable, because the rest of the restaurant isn't very ADA friendly. We always enjoy the 3 for me deal, usually getting the 6 oz sirloin steaks! Our server today, was an absolute amazing young man named Marvin. He was super attentive, kind, friendly and helpful. The great review is based on how great the service was, and how amazing the steak and the rest of our food was cooked! I hope Chili's will recognize this young man and his outstanding service, for their customers. Overall: 20/10

Chili's is fairly standard across the board so the worst I was expecting at this one was small portions and a cold potato soup, both of which have happened at another Chili's in East Contra Costa County which has since closed down. Neither happened here, which is great. Something I noticed was that this Chili's more than any other I've been to gives me this "hangout that all the locals go to" vibe when I came in. Maybe it was my imagination. The only thing I ever order at Chili's nowadays is that $10.99 three for me smasher burger. It was good here as it usually is at any other Chili's place. The waitress gave my family and me drink refills when needed and checked in on a relatively consistent basis. I wasn't a fan of our empty bowls and appetizer plates not being taken away before the entrees were delivered. Having that much needed extra table space was... y'know, NEEDED. I'm not sure why they didn't take the empty plates and bowls when it was clear they weren't being used anymore. The mini molten cake (or cheesecake, if you prefer) that you pay like $3 to include with your three for me meal was quite good here - I think better than the one local to me. For one, they actually put the chocolate syrup that hardens into a shell here. I like the shell and hitting it with my spoon. My local Chili's didn't do that the last time I was there for whatever reason. Anyway, solid experience with the only shortcomings being the lack of timely table bussing and the fact that I don't like driving here but the latter is a me thing so whatever.

So after reading the reviews over the past months, I came to chilis with high hopes for the 3 for $10.99 smash burger deal. I came in alone and the hostess wanted to seat me in the bar. The place was only had like 7 booths filled with plenty of open tables. I told her I want a booth away from the blaring music from the bar. Funny, as I sat, I heard the couple next to me just stating how loud the music was. So I order my smash burger, my choice of sides was their house salad and I an ice tea. I was feeling good that I'm having a sit down lunch at a clean restaurant for the price of McDonald's. The salad came out and it was wonderful. Ice cold lettuce and simple toppings. Now for the discouraging part. My burger and fries came out. Fries were only look warm and very over seasoned. And for the burger, it was smashed alright, including the bun. When I picked it up, grease just dripped from it, grease all over my hands, goatee etc. I forced myself to eat it and finally only half way through I gave up. See how much I left behind in the pic. Two stars were for the service and ice tea and salad. The main course was less than Zero Stars.

I wanted to share that Chili's has a special offer of $10.99 for 3items on their menu. It comes with a drink, soda or lemonade, sides of salad or soup, and a choice of their old-time burger or their big smasher burger. The burger also comes with French fries. This meal is a lot better than any of the burger joints you see. Price-wise, you just can't beat the value of this special meal. They also have a lunch special offer that includes their burger. The service at this location in Concord is very good. The person serving us is so kind and helpful. She asked us if we wanted a refill on our drinks whenever she noticed they were going low. I will check out the items on their menu next time and enjoy their meal.

I've been on a Chili's kick lately, really taking advantage of that 3 for me smash burger deal for $10.99. But I was getting a bit tired of getting the same thing, so I saw a YouTube reviews of this Smokehouse Combo deal here at Chili's. The big combo that I was gonna share with a friend was $26 bucks, but you get choice of 3 main dishes, 2 sides and garlic bread. I get a free drink cause I joined the club thing. One of the main entree's was the half rack of ribs, so we got two of those and the Chipotle Chicken crispers. They did look pretty good on the You Tube. Then we got 2 of the Roasted Street Corn cobbs. That should be enough to feed the two of us. The drinks came out fast. They really worked on getting the service better here, but they may because we got here near opening at 11 am, so it wasn't so busy then. Then it was a little while for the food to come out, kinda expected with the ribs needed to be heated and the chicken fried. I know that opening all the food is cooked fresh! The big ass platter of BBQ food arrives. Holy moly that's a big platter of food! The two racks were stacked on top of each other next to the Chipotle Chicken Crispers. The street corn looked good and roasted. The garlic bread piece was a bit dinky, but that was the only thing I'd say need a bigger portion. My least fave was the corn cobs, the corn was way over cooked and kinda too soft. The flavor was good though. The most fave were actually the Chicken Crispers with that sauce I liked. The chicken was hot, crisp and moist inside, not like some of the reviews mention hard and dry. The ribs were good for a chain restaurant that doesn't specialize in ribs like a real BBQ rib joint. Cooked well, not very smoky, but a good sauce. This platter combo is actually a good deal if you order 3 half racks, that's 1 1/2 racks of ribs for $26, plus all the sides! But after tasting the food, I might get 3 orders of those Chicken Crispers! Those are boneless and pure meat! I used the tablet thingy at the table to get my member discount and pay for the food, no prob, went right through. Emailed the receipt to me and we outta here! I'll get this BBQ combo platter again!

The food sucks The sliders were definitely overcooked the onions taste like they were cooked and they old grease the hot honey mozzarella sticks taste like they were cooked hours ago before the lunch rush and just sit to the side under a warmer and then when ordered coated in the disgusting hot honey The chicken tenders they taste like they were under fried. The batter was just really salty and not tasty at all and the Shirley Temple they really need to check their soda machine. read more

I apologize for not posting pictures, I left my phone at home... Anyway we came to celebrate a birthday and the whole Chili's Crew came out to sing HBD :) they truly make it fun and knows how to make it special. The restaurant was very clean, the food was hot and delicious, we had pasta, triple dippers and a burgers, everything was delicious and hot!!! Great atmosphere and super good customer service by Brianna and George !! We appreciate you guys and thank you for tonight !!! We waited 30 minutes when the woman told us it was 10 and then we watched two others, who were after us, get sat. She completely ignored us as well. The management needs some work especially because there was multiple empty tables and no one to help us after we decided we should do something about it. read more

I usually order To Go from Chili's since we usually do not have the time to dine in. My go to is the 3 for Me (Appetizer, Entree, and Drink). You can also upgrade your Appetizer and Drink options to premium options. I go with Chips and Salsa for my Appetizer since they give up a good amount to go. The Smash Burger for $10.99. And a Fountain Drink. There are a lot more options, but i usually go for the burger because it's pretty filling and usually is on point with flavor. The only thing with ordering to go, especially if you get french fries, if you don't get your order quickly your fries will be on the colder side and not crispy. read more

never can go wrong with chilis. my first time trying the triple dipper and it was soooo delicious. i got the nashville mozzarella sticks, eggs rolls, and chipotle honey chicken! this can honestly feed two people but i was so hungry i ate the whole thing. wished that the place was a bit less sticky tho. ambiance was nothing special. other than that the servers were accommodating and sweet! read more

First time going in, took at least 10 mins for someone could tell us what drinks we wanted. Never gotten them asked us what we wanted to order, got our food in 28 mins and yet no drinks. Asked the waiter about our drinks looked at us weird and took him 15 mins to come back. When we asked for the check give him a 100 since our food was $55, I only got a $30 back not sure if he tipped himself but should've at least let us know. NOT WORTH THE WAIT, TOOK MY MONEY AS WELL!! 0 stats, This chilis place sucks. read more

We were seated quickly and the server who admittedly was only like third day of work was very attentive patient kind and thorough. It was a hot day so we immediately wanted water and drinks which was fulfilled by the server fairly quickly. The food was okay yet filling and a good value. read more

We rarely get to go to Chili's since closing our local venue, but we had a craving for the egg rolls so we drove to the closest one Service was fine, nothing to sing praises or complain about. We got mozzarella sticks, a sample platter, chicken strips, and a "3 for me" dinner. My steak was very well done which made me feel like it was just sitting in the back already cooked waiting to be served to anyone. And everyone likes fast service, but we placed our order and it was on the table in less than 10 minutes, which tells me most items in the menu sit in a warmer waiting for service. ( Reminds me of a McDonald's burger patty waiting to be put together for a Big Mac order). read more

Used to go to chilis a lot but stopped after hearing it was going under. Decided to stop by and was not disappointed! Really fast service with super sweet staff. We got the triple dipper with wings which were just ok. I'd say stick to the iconic items in it. We got the 3 for me and that was perfect! I'd recommend only one person in the party getting chip's because of the free reliefs!! Also if you're not a big fan of salty things skip the Nashville hot topping add on. read more

Can I give NEGATIVE five stars .... Coz the service at this location would be lucky to get that rating!!! Table behind us was seated 10-15 minutes AFTER us & they were served their drinks appetizers & meals BEFORE we even received our appetizers!!! Called the manager over & the entrees came BEFORE the appetizers. Drink refills at the very least??? NOT!!! Eating here was WORSE than being served at MCDONALD'S!!! Is that possible?? It almost felt criminal asking where our food is!!! Needless to say I DONT ENCOURAGE this branch be patronized unless you enjoy being ignored & service worse than the local homeless shelter or soup kitchen!!!! read more

Okay, hear me out--$10 for a smash burger combo at Chili's? Why the heck would I go to a fast food joint in this economy? I'd rather pay a couple extra bucks and get something that actually tastes like it was made by humans, not a robot on an assembly line. The burger is perfectly smashed (not in the sad, "I forgot to thaw the patty" way), juicy, and loaded with all the right fixings. Plus, it comes with a side that actually makes you feel like you're getting a real meal, not just a sad handful of fries that come with a side of regret. In today's world of overpriced fast food, Chili's is a refreshing change. I'm here for the value, the flavor, and the fact that I didn't have to wait in a drive-thru line for 20 minutes. So, skip the fast food--your taste buds and your wallet will thank you. read more

I rushed in to ask if they were still taking orders, and if they could seat 2. Guy said let me ask the kitchen. Came back about 3 min later and said yes. I told him I needed to get my mom out the car, he said ok. Just as I got to the door, with my 81-yr old mother, he comes out and says the kitchen just told him they took their last order. What??? Why didn't you tell them you just asked, and we were on our way in? That was so low. My mother is on a walker, it's cold, and you had me get her out the car and get to the door, only to tell me we can't order? That was the purpose of asking before I got her out the car, into the cold!!!! How low. Never again will I come here. read more

I love chili's but tonight was a mess - food looked like they dropped on floor - I asked for no cheese due to allergies specifically told waitress 3 time no cheeses please ,it came out with cheese I put food to side 20 min later they noticed I didn't touch food ,asked if everything was OK I said there's cheese on my order ,she said oh I'll take care of it ,20 min passed daughter was finished with her food I asked waitress please cancell order they said kitchen forgot to put in .. It's OK I get it short staffed but making a customer wait 40 min for messed up order is bad service read more

We had a large party and Navil, the manager, took incredible care of us from start to finish. He made us a priority, found seating that worked perfectly for our group, and checked on us multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed. Come here all the time but today was one of the best! I arrived earlier than my son (who got off work later than expected) and Destiny made sure I was taken care of the WHOLE time (mind you, I had about 3 margs before he showed up! ) He finally arrived & we ordered (we also joked about how my son was imaginary and might never show up lol!) Had the best time, good food & great laughs... but Destiny is what made the experience. Plus, she makes a mean Long Island!! Can't wait to come back & see her again! I came for this Hennessy marg that I always get from chilis but my bartender Renee made me the best one I ever had. Gave me a Great experience. She's so sweet and awesome, really hard working and I seen her cleaning tables and working hard whole time I was here what a gem. Coming back more to see her soon !! read more

Service (Veronica) is what stood out at this Chilis during our birthday celebration for my 23 year old this week (8-12-24). My daughter loves the Chili's cocktails, and chicken crispers. So she chose Chili's as our family get together spot to celebrate with 21 of us. Yes a party of 21, with no reservations (they dont take reservations, even for large parties) and NO PROBLEMS! I was pleasantly surprised, that VERONICA, was a true server, and offered great customer service to me and my guests. With such a large group, I was nervous, but there was no need to be with Veronica at the helm. 20 orders and twice as many drinks, and there were literally only 2 mess ups. One from the kitchen, easily fixed, and one from the bar, fixed, but a little delayed. You get what you give. I was pleasant and graceful to Veronica, and she in turn, was the same to us all. This was an affordable, fun, and overall good experience for me and my family! A GREAT TIME AT CHILI's, had by us all. Thank you Veronica for taking such good care of us all. read more

Went to this Chili's location last night. I ordered a strawberry lemonade and I had finished half until I realized there was an ANT inside. We also got a side of wings and they were undercooked and squishy. Had a bad stomach ache all night. I was being super nice about it but felt like my feelings were completely invalid when talking to the manager after all they could do was give me $24 refund when the bill was $90. I feel like an ant being inside my drink should have been enough to give me a larger refund. Also, I had left to the restroom and accidentally forgot my purse/wallet inside the stall. Some weeks ago after having a disappointing lunch at Chili's in Concord w0ith a good friend I left a scathing review. This week he suggested giving this Chili's another shot, so we did. We arrived shortly after opening at 11:00 am and were seated quickly. The same waitress that served us before served us again and this time she was training a new person. As to my surprise the cook must have been a mind reader as my very generous patty was perfectly cooked as I like it, not red but not over cooked... just right. Other than having shredded lettuce instead of my preferred leaf lettuce this burger was heaven on a large bun. This visit to Chili's in Concord was the complete opposite of my last visit. If future visits are as good as this one I'll say Chili's in Concord has redeemed itself, but right now we'll have to shoot for 2 out of 3 to find out...and yes, there will be a 3rd visit here. read more

I came here for my bday and I got to say I've never had a waiter be so unprofessional... she came got our order and never came back to check on us... right after she got our order she went to a table not to far from us and hung out with other waitresses to talk and laugh... I had to get up to ask for our drinks at the bar because our order had already arrived, and I had to get up and get salt and pepper because she was to busy hanging out... needless to say i didn't leave a tip for such bad service read more

I had not visited this chain for about two decades and now I know why. There was almost zero servers and it took 30-40 minutes to get food even during a non-rush period. The food was ok but nothing to rave about. The staff seemed indifferent. Had to flag down a manager to get drink refills as our server disappeared completely. And then they expect you to do-it-yourself to pay the bill. The hostess was unable to process credit cards so I went to the bar. Even McD's has better service. I would avoid this location for sure and sell the stock. read more

I have always loved Chili's since I was little girl. I love going to the Concord location, because I always receive prompt attentive service. You also can't beat their monthly drink special for $6 and their happy hour. My last visit I got the carne asada meal which included an appetizer and drink for $16.99. The asada was tender and flavorful. You also can't go wrong with the Triple Dipper. I always sit in the bar area which could use some updating but always clean. I will definitely be back for the food and awesome service. read more

I got mad love for this place. I always enjoy coming in here! Food are always great. It gets the job done. If you are on a budget this place is a must they have great options with decent prices! I don't know about other people but our server Sheena was hilarious and very sweet! We enjoyed her company! I hope I see you again when I come back. We ordered overload chicken fajitas and chicken margarita. Chicken are never ever dry just one sitting I could devour it ok maybe not my boyfriend is always there to finish up my food so it's okay lol Potato soup was so creamy and cheesy loved it! My steak was disappointing, it had more fat than meat and while I understand it's Chili's and not a steakhouse, I was expecting a bit better. The mashed potatoes were bland and could definitely use more seasoning and the broccoli was surprisingly over salted. The frozen margaritas were decent, definitely on the sweeter side, but still enjoyable. Overall, it's a good spot for a casual family dinner with solid service and mostly tasty food. Horrible service. I'm sorry you're short staffed but then limit the number of guests inside. Don't allow everyone and say it is fine and leave them waiting for 30+ minutes. The plates were disgusting and had food on the bottom and sides that didn't come from our meals. Please avoid this chilis. It has gone really downhill. I had that blonde older server who took our order and didn't come back till 30 minutes later to just say that it should be out shortly. I asked for a drink refill while I wait and she never came back with the drinks. Just brought the food and brought the check 10 minutes later because we didn't even eat our food in fear of getting sick. They obviously didn't wash the dishes throughly or correctly because there was something on my sisters glass too. Really went downhill since a couple months ago. read more

2 stars for the mediocre food and the slow slow service. Every time I decide to give this place a chance I end up being disappointed. If the food was outstanding I may be ok with slow service but if u wait forever for mediocre food the experience is less than enjoyable. I might as well of stoped by a fast food restaurant atleast I would of gotten my mediocre food quickly. read more

PROS: The food is delicious, the portions are more than adequate, the servers are usually on top of things, and the price is reasonable. CONS: The floors are being swept around you while you're eating, and the table kiosks that they want you to use are gross. They aren't getting wiped off after each patron, and it shows. I eat here about once or twice a week. read more

Asked to speak with a manager because the employee kept telling my food was ready that she was going to grab it and 20 orders later I finally got my food but COLD and he NEVER came out to talk to me. Make sure to check your order if you do a to go order. This is the second time this location has forgotten one of our meals and when we called to try and make it right all we got was ringing. That's just poor customer service. So we aren't getting our Salmon but this location won't be getting our business ever again. read more

This was the worst experience ever had at Chili's The food tasted so bad manger was rude took my kids food away while she was eating mind you she's 5 yrs old. This is my favorite place to eat when I get my CHECK every two weeks. I love their Fajita Trio, you got to try it. Don't forget to order chips and salsa, I love it. Last time the chips weren't well prepared, but I still will forgive these little mistakes. The service is great, I love their staff!! read more

Been at least 20 years since we've been to a Chili's; no particular reason. Probably be another 20. Just not that impressive, but you do get what you are paying for, so it's not a jip. The server Stephen was top notch though. And... the Molten Lava Cake is still excellent. read more
