I enjoy food at Chili's but the service is terrible! I used the Ap to reserve a place in line, and it told me to arrive in 15 minutes. We drove 30 miles! When we get there, they said they don't use the In Line Ap! There will now be another 30 minute wait. Empty tables are everywhere but the kitchen is behind so we can't be seated ! And the only seating they offer is in the foyer with no AC. WE LEFT! read more

If you want your food cold and extremely poor service, come here. Service is not even mediocre. Waitstaff has no sense of work ethic or service. Save yourself the time. Literally. We arrived on a Monday at 1240 for lunch on the road. Yes, I've lived in Del Rio before, so I understand things may be a bit slower. However, we needed "another minute" to look at menus with 2 kids and 2 adults. We got 9 extra minutes before server came back. Standard order taken at 1250. Waiter back at 1256 to ask if I wanted soup and salad together or soup first (false choice, more on that later.) Server arrived back at 107 to tell us that they were out of kids pizza crust. We Reordered chicken nugget replacement. Assistant manager (?) back at 1215 to say that they ran out of my soup and would I like something else. Btw, now 25 mins past order time and no food on the table. I told her that "I'm sorry, you lost a customer and we would be leaving. We need to get back on the road and your process is broken for service." She offered no charge. I said that we still had to leave. She offered to bring us items already done. Semi complete order brought out at 125pm, to go. I asked for utensils, but they didn't have them in the normal place (the bar) and brought some out at 128 from what I assume was a storeroom. Food in the car was good. It shouldn't take 3 follow up visits after the order to confirm what is available in the kitchen. It shouldn't take 35 minutes for food (salads, nuggets, and flatbread) to arrive. I have a feeling that the kitchen staff was not at fault this time. Thanks for not making me pay, but I'd rather just have my time back with less hassle. Obviously, won't be a return customer. read more

Very poor service. Worst service I've experienced at a Chilis. Staff was undermanned and the staff that did exist didn't seem to put in the effort to overcome the shortfall. They either need to hire more staff, learn how to motivate better the existing staff, or close on nights that there simply isn't enough staff to provide quality service. Unfortunately, this particular Chilis gives Chilis a less than positive reputation. read more

Usually pretty good, especially around these parts, but when someone says no cilantro they mean no cilantro not okay I'll wait 30 minutes for you to recook the meal. Manager acted like there was nothing she could do. A slight discount would of seemed appropriate. read more

I gave this place another shot in hopes that my first two experiences were flukes. No such luck. The place was virtually empty yet service was horrible. The waitress never came by to check if we need refills we literally had to wait 10 to 15 minutes for anything that we requested such as ranch dressing etc. They got the order wrong as well. I live in Delrio and I can tell you that service is definitely an issue in a lot of places here however this place is exceptionally bad. I won't be back. read more

This place probably has the worst service out of any place in Del Rio. Host told us the wait was 10-15mins, took over an hour. Once we were finally seated we waited for over 30 minutes and couldn't even get beverages, multiple people waited for service while the waiters stood around. Chili's in Del Rio Tx has one the best staff I have seen in my 39 years of travel as a federal employee! During the hunting and fishing season it can get a bit busy, but the staff works hard to keep the orders coming. read more

We have eating there a few times. The food is Chili's typical stuff, nothing to complain about there. Service is hit or miss. Been there a few times and had good service, and been there a few times and had bad service. But with that said I think all the wait staff in Del Rio could use some training. Not a good experience tonight. Got seated promptly, which was great. It was a slow night so I figured we'd get our food in no time. Sad to say, we never even got a waiter or waitress to come to our table to take our drink order after being seated for 25 minutes. We proceeded to leave since it seemed like we weren't even there. On our way out, we asked the hostess where the manager was. She told us he was in the party room with a group of people. Sure enough he was, looked like he was having a great time too. Action reflects leadership, which I guess is why the waitstaff didn't have any sense of urgency. Too bad cause we were a group of 5, who tips pretty well. The health dept. needs to check out the woman's restroom. Water all over the floor. 2 toilets filled with t.p. was not happy with service and had to get manager as was charged for 2 entrees that were not ordered. hey its Chilis. lets not get too excited or hostile. the food was predictable for up scale chain which is what they are. service was AOK. and food was fresh hot, on time and pretty good. not a bad value to the prices paid. I will say they do offer a pretty darned good bacon cheese burger and folks were raving about the mini burgers as well. I'd go back there if I'm in the area again. read more

Credit Card Users Beware!!! Dined in on May 18, 2017, my bill came out to $21.00 tip included girl who waited our table added an additional $7.80 tip. A work associate that also dined in with me had about $8.00 added to his tip. Did I mention we paid on the kiosk. Called the manger and advised that the girls said she must of added it by accident. Average Chilis. Was packed on a Tuesday at 6:00 in DR. Seems everywhere is. Nothing better or worse than expected. Was predictable.

After hearing how bad the service was I waited 2 years before going. It's better than a few place in this town but can use some work. Our waitress was very friendly (thankfully), but she did need some work on checking on us an so on. The food was great, but dang that place needs to be cleaned. Smells like nasty feet, there is food all over the walls & the chairs an tables do not get wiped down properly. They really need to clean the place. read more

Disappointed with last nights dinner at Chili's. I ordered the trio of ribeye and shrimp, typically the food is served on a black iron skillet super hottt however I still received my meal on a black iron skillet but warm...it was probably ready but just sitting under heat lamp waiting to be served. My cheese, salsa, guacamole and sour cream were not cold but a little warm. You could tell by cheese being melted on the actual serving tray. Our waitress was overwhelmed with orders she barely even came by our table but she was hustling. I have to say it wasn't the best service or quality of food. read more

Everything was great tonight!! The food was good and the place is very clean. The staff is nice and funny.

We've been frequent customers at this Chili's and generally had been pretty pleased. There are certain long term employees there that excel in making a good impression and provide good service. Unfortunately, none of those were working yesterday. We arrived for lunch around 1:00 and told there would be a 5 minute wait. Okay. We noticed a number of empty, dirty tables which should have clued us in. We were seated and the server took our orders. She brought us water shortly after. She came back about 10-15 minutes later to explain that the drinks were slow because the bartender was having to also serve the tables in the bar area as well as making drinks. She genuinely seemed apologetic. After 25-30 minutes, she came back to tell us our drinks should be arriving soon. By then we were done and told her to cancel our order and we left. While we were waiting, the table next to ours asked for the manager and we overheard their complaints that they felt untended as their drinks went unfilled and food arrived cold from the kitchen. read more

This is the second time I have been to this place; I don't think I will going back to this place again. Both times I have gotten sick seeking medical treatment from eating here, the shrimp must not have been fresh and they must not change the greese for their onion strings. Chili's is always hopping! I love walking in and feeling the fun and excitement in the air. I ALWAYS have a great time when I'm at Chili's. The waitstaff are always fast and friendly, they make me feel at home. They have delicious food I crave and a fun atmosphere I can't resist.
