Raven was such a great waitress! She was pleasant & took care of our table. I came here w/ my mom & nephew after a Paranormal Cirque 3 show in the Clinton Outlets. Food was delish but my plate needed a bigger portion. I ordered a 3 for $16.99. I ordered a coke, garden salad,& the cilantro- lime carne asada(seared steak topped w/ a drizzle of cilantro-pesto, minus the lime and pico de gallo. Served w/ flour tortillas, Mexican rice & black beans). My steak was medium well & not overcooked. My mom ordered 3 for $13.99. It was a classic margarita, potato soup,& an old-timer w/ cheese(basically a cheeseburger) w/ fries. My nephew also ordered a 3 for $13.99. He got a classic margarita, chips & salsa, & a big smasher burger( smashed burger w/ thousand island sauce,American cheese, diced red onions, pickles & lettuce) w/ fries. The Chiefs were playing the Cowboys on the tv screens. Ty Raven!

Ordered take out that took forever. That would not have been a problem if my food tasted better. I ordered the double smash burger. The plan was to eat one burger now and save the other for later. My burger was dry and cooked too long. It was an absolute waste of money. I was very disappointed. It's not hard to cook a burger. You only have to show me once why you don't deserve my business. Do better Chilis. Find a new cook!

Today I came in to restaurant at 2.45 pm and I asked with waitress for make sure I can ordered for lunch special menu. And she said "Yes" we checkout around 3.40 pm and very satisfied in service and food at here. All staff very friendly and pay attention with customers.

We each got rice and beans and four tortillas. This picture also shows the cast iron plate of our three proteins with peppers and onions

My son took me to dinner for Mother's Day. We arrived around 5:40 PM and had to wait for a table. We were told 15-20 minute wait. It was probably 25 minutes but they were very busy. A lot of families were there. We already knew what we wanted to order: the Fajita dinner for two and an order of bottomless chips and salsa with two sodas. The chips and salsa arrived with the drinks pretty quickly. Our waitress was very polite. The fajitas for two you had a choice of four proteins with three choices of protein chicken steak and shrimp. We ordered double order of shrimp and both chicken and steak. It also came with four flour tortillas each a side of rice and beans topped with some pico de gallo also toppings of pico de gallo sour cream and shredded cheese for your tortillas. We ordered several refills of chips and salsa while waiting for our meal to arrive. I asked for the chips without added salt and it was no problem. We both made our first fajitas with the shrimp the shrimp was very tasty and not over seasoned. Then we tried the steak which I was skeptical about being tender. I was wrong. It was deliciously tender and seasoned well. The chicken was also well seasoned and tender. The sodas were also unlimited which was nice. Several servers stopped by asking how everything was and vet willing to bring another drink and napkins. You pay at the table on a small tablet which a server helped us to log in as I have their app and I was surprised to find after putting in my number I had a free chips and salsa! So nice. And the price was $39.99 for the dinner the bottomless chips were actually free but normally $7.29 so our total was around $49 and you can add a tip but my son actually likes giving the server cash. I would definitely recommend the dinner for two and will return

First timings first, Chili's is definitely one of the better fast casual chain restaurants out there, which was made obvious by how busy it was this past Monday night when the restaurant was packed with people. The atmosphere is very chill and cozy but can be cramped at times when there's a lot of customers. The service was average, nothing spectacular or notable. Our server did look a bit overburdened at times which impacted wait times, but she was thorough in getting our order down. The food came out in an average amount of time, so it wasn't too bad. The food was OK for the most part, above average (7/10) but the prices were somewhat higher than I had remembered a few years ago. Granted, a lot of stuff has increased in price over the past few years, but I felt like the food was overpriced.

I cannot eat people are screaming. We got people cursing up here. They haven't asked if we're OK they haven't refilled my dip. Haven't asked if we want anything else the iPad is dead people are screaming to the top of the lungs. We have a lady behind the bar. I'm going to other customers and ignoring me.

Chili's in California is excellent, clean and fresh, so why is the food here consistently processed and uninspired?

Every single course was homemade and bursting with flavor, but the Hungarian Paprikash completely stole the show. The chicken literally melted in your mouth, and the rich, velvety paprika sauce was so incredible you'll be thinking about it long after you leave. And don't even think about skipping dessert! The Vlad the Impaler dessert arrived dramatically flaming like Dracula himself, and the kids were completely captivated. It wasn't just a show, it was absolutely delicious and one of the most memorable desserts we've ever had. If you're looking for a dining experience with exceptional service, that's as unforgettable as the food itself, this is it. We can't wait to come back!

Strawberry purée around the rim of the glass added a nice sweetness. We also got the jerk chicken and garlic parmesan dry rubbed wings. They were good, but I just wish they were a little crispier. However, the bartender was using her phone at the bar. She admitted this was unprofessional and was calling somebody that was late for work. We had a time limit to eat (due to a reservation at the table) inside or on the heated patio. It was cold so we ate inside. Our waiter Brendan was cool, knowledgeable and attentive. I ordered a burger, fries (came with it) I don't like fries I opted for a salad. My daughter in law got octopus and a pasta dish. My son a steak in chili butter sauce .Everything was delicious and the presentation was lovely. My son's only vice was the steak pre cut (it was new on menu) He preferred to cut himself. The ambience was low level lighting and relaxed. I had a delicious meal and a pleasant experience. I'd patronize this place again. Oh we had dessert too. They had tiramisu, we shared a lemon tart it was delish

The presentation of the main dish was nice, though the ricotta was hardly noticeable and the serving was meager for the price. The host was nice, but the waitress (Holly) was unpleasant. Not helpful at all and also bland, as if she doesn't care. We still tipped to be fair to other staff, but don't think we want to return to be waited on by her. As for cleanliness, watch out! They don't clean their upholstered seats, as it became plainly obvious on my clothes after having sat on the upholstered benches in the dining area. Now my clothes are permanently stained. All in all, I'd give it a 7.5/10 and take my money elsewhere.

" Y se formó la gozadera... Miami me lo confirmó... We walked in with no reservation on Valentine's Day (bold), and the manager couldn't have been more welcoming. Super friendly, got us seated quickly, and set the tone right away. That kind of hospitality matters. The vibe? Cool, modern, slightly moody -- perfect accidental Valentine's dinner energy. The service was on point all night. Attentive, smooth, and genuinely warm. Now let's talk about the moment that activated my Dominican DNA. I ordered the Sweet Plantains with Cilantro Aioli as an appetizer and when I saw plátanos on that menu? República Dominicana presente. . I felt seen. For my main, I had the Temple Salad and added a burger patty (because balance is important ). Fresh, flavorful, satisfying. My son ordered a burger with truffle fries and I am STILL thinking about those fries today. Crispy. Perfect salt. That truffle flavor hit just right. Those fries deserve their own review. And because it was Valentine's Day and I believe in celebrating myself too, I had the Pineapple Express. Divine. Tropical. Smooth. The kind of drink that keeps the gozadera going. From IKEA chaos to Prime BGR glow-up in under an hour. Great food. Great vibe. Great service. New Haven confirmed it.
