We really like Chili's when compared to other similar chains. The Greensburg location always has a friendly staff and has a welcoming atmosphere. We always start with bottomless chips and salsa. Get on the waitlist online. There is no waiting inside due to covid guidelines, at least that's what they told us. They took our number and we went back to our car. However, I saw groups of more than two just standing around inside waiting. The burgers here were very good. I had the old timer and my husband had the burger bites. I am a FOH manager and I must say we all have our bad days, terminations, and so on. The service was enough to feel ashamed for your company. My family and I have never left less than 15%. I had to convince my brother to leave something. Worse part is our hometown chili's is gone, so we were excited the food was good the service ruined it all. Updated review - I noticed that my previous review is 6 years old for this Chili's. My most recent visit has given me an opportunity to do an update. Husband and I had a pleasant lunch here. For a while, we had stopped coming here due to experiencing poor service. It was a nice surprise to have a friendly, courteous server on this visit. Sam was attending to a lot of customers, but he managed to make sure to keep checking on us. Our food was prepared quickly and more importantly, tasted good. Sam is the reason for the 5 stars. This Chilis is one of our favorites. Tonight we had excellent service and our food was hot and delicious. That being said we have had experiences that weren't as great here as well. It really matters who your server is. I tend to try to go on a week night over a weekend just because they have had pretty long wait times on the weekends, due to a shortage of staff. If we do choose to go on a weekend I always put our name on the list in the app so we don't have to wait as long once we arrive. Compared to other restaurants in the area the kids menu has a ton of different food options. This Chilis has a pretty relaxed vibe and TVs if you are a sports fan. We love meeting friends and family here for lunch, there is something for everyone. read more

I got to choose for Father's Day. So to Chili's we went! We live in Monroeville so it was a little drive but was a nice treat. We have always loved Chili's, there's just not one close to us. It was good for our kids too. They revolted at first but then all ate pretty well. Usually the mac and cheese is a hit but they didn't eat it too well. Our server Paul was wonderful. The shrimp tacos seemed skimpy. Barely a layer of food in the bottom. Tasted good but was more tortilla than anything. Kids loved the skillet quest and salsa. We will be back soon I hope! read more

This Chili's location will always hold a special place in my heart. I helped open this store way back in 2005. I was a host here for the first six months this place was open. You know..way back in the day when "would you like smoking or non" was the question I asked most when customer would walk through the front doors. Anywho, it looks pretty much the same as it did back. There are some slight seating differences than what I remember, but nothing too different. It seems like it has been kept up pretty well for the past 12 years (jeez oh man..has it really been 12 years? ..my god). The food here is on par with other Chili's locations. We ordered the endless chips and salsa like we always do. They were brought out fresh and were refilled before they ever got close to running out. I didn't get an entree because I had just eaten a huge chicken sandwich (see previous review)..but my girlfriend got the big mouth bites and said they were really good. Service here was really good. The servers worked together and things came out fast and everything refillable stayed filled throughout the entire meal. I'm happy this place has stayed open and endured for the past 12 years, especially with the way the industry has been going. I look forward to stopping here again in the future and boring my friends and family with all the crazy hosting stories I have from there from back in the day. read more

My wide and I went there for the first tike in almost a year. We were immediately seated since it wasn't busy but it took our waitress 17 minutes before she came and got our drink order. She didn't even ask us if we were ready to order our food, she just dropped the drinks off and walked away. 11 minutes later she comes and gets our food order. My wife got her order and after another 20 minutes she asks the cook if my food was ready. When she brought it out it was cold and you could tell it had been sitting for a while. Your typical Chili's that you will find anywhere across the country. Not much else to write about here. The food is standard, service decent, interior clean. The only thing that was odd about this place is that even though it sits along a busy stretch of road, it was almost completely dead inside. Not sure why that is. It was a little offsetting, but I still managed to have a good, quick meal from here. Loaded boneless wings were good, maybe a little more salty than I would have liked, but a great way to start a meal. I opted for what they call an Old Tymer with cheese. Your basic cheeseburger. The patty was thick and the toppings were plenty. The one thing that I like was that they give you extra pickles on the side that appear to be made in house. However the ratio of pickle to garlic clove was way off and I had about five full cloves of garlic to three pickles. They have something like a 3 item meal; a drink, a burger with fries and an appetizer. That's a better meal and more food than you'd get for a value meal at fast food. We love eating here. It's definitely a better healthier option than the fast food places around. The nachos and salsa are our favorite. Especially when they are fresh and hot. We normally order the fajitas and have never been disappointed. The table-side guacamole is nice, but the regular guacamole off the menu is just as good. Ok, it was 6 Pm on a Sunday night and the place was mostly empty. So, we arrived and were seated. 15 minutes later, our server arrives and asks for drinks. 20 minutes later, the wrong drink order arrives. 20 minutes later, the correct drink order arrives and they take my order. 40 minutes later, the server apologizes because our order (fajitas) are taking so long. 20 minutes after that, our food arrives. It was horrible. Who gets fajitas wrong? Food was over spiced with cumin and had almost no other spice than salt. All in all, a very, very poor showing. She came back and said she was going to have to clean off the table, which was fine with us as we atleast know the table was sanitized. My bf phone was dead and mine is overloaded and can't handle another downloaded app. I said we don't have a way to access the menu. After another sigh, now most likely directed at us, she said let me see if I can find a paper menu. ( I'm glad my parents didn't go here, they would have sat their for days looking at the QR code as a menu) Still pretty sure we were about to walk away and go somewhere else and any given moment,we were given 1 paper menu to share, given the times, we just took turns and figured out what we wanted. Ther restaurant was not busy even with social distancing. Sadly it took our waitress over 10 minutes to approach us and get our drink orders. Our appetizer took 30 minutes and the food came out 10 minutes later. One entree came out and was something different than we ordered, they quickly fixed that issue. This is about average for Chilis and is rather hit or miss with both food and service. We've ordered and received cold food or wrong items and we've had service and food that was beyond expectations. We started with skillet queso a favorite of my husband. It was cold and very runny. The waitress tried to tell us that it is served at room temperature. Sorry but we've ordered it enough times to know that it should be warm. The entrees came out only minutes after the appetizer so it seemed something was off with the timing. It seems that the serving size has become smaller but prices are higher. Make sure you sign up for the rewards program because you'll earn free food items.
