This place is a bit of a hot mess. We stopped by for a couple cocktails before we returned to our hotel for the night. We were the only people at the bar, yet the counter was dirty with food remnants of previous diners and nobody stopped to wipe anything down. A diner requested to speak with the manager because he had "his worst experience ever." The staff was completely hidden away somewhere as more people came and sat at the bar. This was extra weird. I get that this is Chili's and ones expectations shouldn't be too high, but this was even lower than low expectations. The place needs a good scrubbing. The staff needs a lesson in attentive customer service. The two stars is simply because it's hard to mess up a Jack and diet. read more

My wife and I haven't been to chili's in years. Since we were pre teens. Our experience at thus chili's was awful. We were sat at a table that really wasn't cleaned. There was wrappers and napkins all over the floor. The ceiling was dripping on us cause it was probably 60 degrees in there. We ordered chips with salsa and guacamole and queso. It came with bean dip instead of queso and the salsa was tomato paste. We got our food and I love to cook and I can tell that the fries were off. Weeks or months. So dry and cold. I went to the bathroom and they were not clean at all. There was dirty toilet paper in the stalls and in the urinals. There was a quarter inch of dust on the TV above us as well. read more

Went to the bathroom and as I walked through the dining room I was disgusted. Place was filthy. Food all over the floor. Empty tables that hadn't been cleaned off. Our waitress was great - bringing refills, checking in, etc. He had a chicken cajun pasta which was delicious. I had some quesadillas which were just ok. I've been coming here occasionally for years but the food was just not great this last time. Even the chicken fingers were dry and overcooked. Plus I got the mango habanero ones and they just slapped some jelly sauce on there and it definitely sat in there too long because hen they were also soggy. Idk the margaritas were okay. Spent a 100$ for a family of four with the tip and it just wasn't worth it. The service was stellar our waitress was awesome. The menu has also downsized considerably since Covid I guess. The rice was the worse rice I have ever had. It was old, hard, crunchy, and not fit to eat. My sons fries were also old and cold. Neither one of us ate our sides. We went here as a large group of 18 people on Thursday night. The waitress that we had, I forgot her name, was awesome as she was attentive and we never had to ask for refills. For Service she would have gotten them 5 stars but then that is when things just went downhill. The building is in need of repair. My mother-in-law went to the bathroom and was shocked to find that one stall had a shower curtain for a door! Where they had moved the tables to accommodate us were sever dirt buildups and broken tiles. Very bad maintenance in this location. The good was just O.K. You could tell it had set too long and the fish was dry around the edges from being cooked too long. The meat that I received for the combo was very small and not worth the price. If you do not mind the maintenance issues this would be a good place to grab a drink and relax but if you are looking for a nice place to take a dte please go somewhere else you and your date will appreciate it. read more

I haven't sat down here for a meal in a long time, so this is my review of their to-go service that I've used more frequently. The food is your typical food from a chain restaurant. It's usually prepared well, although today, my grilled chicken was gummy and they did not include my side of rice. I would love for them to use their designated to-go area instead of the bar for pick-up orders. When I pick up my food,I experienced the following: 1.No one is at the bar so I have to ask another employee to get someone to help me. 2. When the bar is crowded, the cashier/bartender doesn't always realize who is waiting to be served, so you'll be looked over unless you are waving your hands or sending a smoke signal. There is nowhere to stand so you will be in someone's personal space waiting for your food. Their system for takeout just seems terribly inefficient and I have experienced this more than once. The employees are actually quite nice but I won't be going back any time soon due to the subpar service. read more

We have been using the curb service every few weeks and the service has been great. The food is always ready a few minutes before the promised time and they have been very prompt at getting the order to the car. The 2 for $25 has been a good value. We had Ami as our server and she was awesome! Very informative and helpful with menu choices. We camped out in the booth for awhile after we were done eating and she came over and still checked on us and kept our drinks refilled. Good food, great service. Clean too! Absolutely love this place. Great host who got us seated as soon as they could. Server was super nice and always attended to us generously. The food was great, we've been multiple times and have ordered different foods and everything on the menu is just wonderful. We started with out favorite apps, south west egg rolls & chicken enchilada soup. He didn't complain about the soup, however the egg rolls were just ok. Seemed to be old & mushy. On to dinner. My husband had some combo special with ribs, chicken tenders & jalapeño sausage. It came with fries, corn on the cob & bread. The corn was terrible. The ribs were ok. The chicken was good. The garlic bread was the best thing on his plate. I had Honey Chipotle sirloin & shrimp. There "honey chipotle" was tasteless. The garlic mashed potatoes were cold & the asparagus was completely dry with nothing to flavor it. Nothing at all. Not butter, not even steam. Utterly tasteless. I requested some garlic butter, it didn't help. The entire plate was less than lukewarm. The only saving grace was the cook on the steak, it was actually what I asked for, medium.
