If a member of my own family were treated in this manner, I would seriously consider escalating the matter to the appropriate regulatory agencies and seeking legal counsel. The best for me is Whataburger in Lufkin. The hamburger was loaded with other things besides just the meat which were all fresh and delicious and the portion was good for just the traditional burger. The service also was very friendly, especially compared to some of the other places at Freddy's and McDonald's I had the deluxe burger shoved in a bag sideways so I took it out of the bag. Everything spilled all over the place and made a real mess. I will definitely come back to Whataburger!
