Great location just off I-75 and convenient to all shopping as well as many other restaurants. I ordered the Guacamole Burger medium that features jalapenos, spicy cheese, and bun. The burger was fantastic and well worth the price. The only negative at this place was that the manager decided to send the hostess home (discipline issue) and the service suffered greatly-poor decision on managers part. I placed a online order for curbside service. I arrived at 7pm and waited on my car for 10 minutes. I got tired of waiting so I walked inside. I asked the cashier Erica if they were no longer doing curbside? She said no because I get too busy and can't see the cars. Well that's odd considering that I was the only car parked in CURBSIDE PARKING, when I placed my order online I was asked what type of vehicle AND my receipt clearly states CURBSIDE. My husband and I dined at this restaurant on yesterday. We waited 45 minutes to be seated which was fine, we knew there was a wait. As we were being walked to our table another party stopped us and told us if we didn't have 3 hours to kill to leave now. Once we were seated we sat for over 15 minutes before our server ever came to our table. She took our drink, appetizer, and food order. We never saw our server again until we asked for our ticket. Our food was cold. The street corn was so cold the butter wouldn't even melt on it. My husband's tea was empty when they brought our food but no one ever refilled it. Our server was not working any other tables, we looked for her const so we could get more tea. When I did see her she was walking around talking with ear buds in. Not sure why this place has such bad reviews. My family and I have been coming here for years. Yes, there have been instances where we were unhappy but they are quick to resolve any issues. I've lived in the area for 8 years and every time I come my order is usually wrong or the waitresses are horrible. Most of the time it's a combination of the two. There is one manager, (I can't remember her name) a heavy set woman with short hair, that is extremely nice. Main reason why we keep coming back. The waitresses always blame the bartenders for the drinks coming out slow. They also gossip to each other and if you sit on the side wall by the take out, you can see them eating food off the plates. We ordered and received our drinks smoothly, however...that was the last time we saw our waitress, she never came the entire time we were there to refill our drinks nor, check on us. The worst Chili's experience of my life. The waitress was completely lost and paid no attention to our table. Drinks were sitting at the bar for 30 minutes, and she kept blaming the bartender saying the drink wasn't ready yet....YET we were looking at it....for 30 minutes. Went to Chili's with my boyfriend last night spur of the moment at the suggestion of a friend. The wait was bare minimal but it was a Wednesday night. Floyd was our waiter and he was phenomenal and attentive. It was almost like he read our minds the entire night. Before I could even ask for something he was suggesting it. LOVED HIM! He suggested the Hennessy Harvest drink which is now a favorite of mines. I'm not a Hennessy drinker but my boyfriend is and we both loved it. My boyfriends food came out before my food which was the only downside to the night. He was halfway finished with his food before I even got mines. The guacamole was bland but we mixed it with the salsa and made it work. He had the chicken bacon ranch quesadillas that were pretty good. I had the cajun chicken pasta. It was alright but chicken was chewy. I added shrimp at the suggestion of Floyd and that saved it. For desert we had cheesecake with a stawberry sauce. My friend ordered a mango lemonade, when he brought her drink out she asked him was it mango because it just looked like regular lemonade and his response was " isn't that what you asked for , taste it. " we then received cold pasta, one order had hair in the food and when asked to speak with a manager he got nasty again. I ordered take out this time visiting chilis. After waiting 10minutes (I ordered to pickup at 1) I received my order within 10 minutes then waited another 5 for my dessert. The food was room temp when I got where I was going. Overall I wish my food had been made within the time I was going to pick it up. I also wish my food wasn't just sitting there when I arrived and told to wait 5 minutes (yes I saw it sitting in the kitchen when I arrived not knowing it was mine). Who knows how long it was there. I ordered the honey chipotle chicken and Texas fries. Some of the chicken was a little over cooked. I like this chilis restaurant and I usually have good service when I visit. Today, my son, co-worker and I went to this Chilis, Mcd, Ga location for lunch. It was nearly 5 other customers so it was not crowded. For some reason, we ordered before a couple that was seated before us. The couple decided to leave after only receiving beverages. My son and I had to ask for our appetizers after waiting almost 10mintues. The server stated "the wait was long because he was bringing fresh chips." The chips were not fresh at all, in fact they were soggy, which made me believe they poured a few chips atop of the chips the couple had just eaten out of and left behind, instead of tossing them. How gross !! A caucasian female pranced around the back area near kitchen and bar only wearing a tank top with bra straps showing with jeans, instead of covering her exposed upper body. Sadly management did not address it. There were way too many able bodies standing around doing absolutely nothing. Especially when they lost business due to the unprofessionalism they displayed. My son and I decided to just pack our food up and we all left because the server constantly forgot to bring condiments, refills, to-go containers, and was not apologetic. This service was horrible to only have had a handful of customers. It was my idea to patronize this location and now I owe them another lunch because this was wasted time and money for certain. read more

Probably the worst experience I've had this Chili's ever. No organization of the host to Syria people were just coming in and getting sued by waitresses. Then had to put their name in. Then we did get seated after 20 minutes we had asked the hostess if there was a waitress or waiter that was covering the table because nobody had been by at all. When we finally did you get the order, was about 25 to 30 minutes after we had been seated. The food came out in about 1520 minutes later order to sell this one chicken one hamburger and the kids macaroni. Food was warm was not fresh. I tried the hottest thing on the menu and it really wasn't spicy, and theres no peppers beside food items on there menu.... so idk what I want.(please fix this for spicy lovers).... But the thing that got me is they had ipads on tables, and I was just tinkering with it, but they charged me for games... like 2.59$ (which I was just skimmiging through when sitting waiting for food......... but I had no window with no terms an agreement for touching it.)
