We had a party of 12 here for my cousins 35th Birthday. For a Sunday I was surprised at how empty the establishment was. Not sure how long they have been open. I went here just to kill some time and I love the ambience. It was a very beautiful atmosphere. I sat at the bar and grabbed a couple of bites. I did enjoy the food. I got the fried Cornish hen thar was actually a really decent size. I love the bartender, the fact that he was able to make the drink that I wanted and it was actually really good not too sweet not too strong And the presentation was beautiful. I didn't realize that they had karaoke so I tried to stay longer to do karaoke, but there wasn't a lot of people there and I got tired overall I would definitely experience it again. The server came to our table nine times and ask what is our drink order after we placed the order the first time then we placed our meal order and the waiter came back and asked us. Did we get our food remind you we still have menus in front of us with water the server/waiter did not know what was going on very unprofessional. This was honestly one of the worst restaurant experiences I've had in a long time. We arrived around 10:35 PM (they close at midnight) and were seated by the hostess. After being seated, we sat for over 15 minutes without a single server acknowledging us. No greeting, no water, no "I'll be right with you"... nothing. Eventually, the hostess noticed we still hadn't been helped and said she would serve us herself, which should not have happened. We ordered two drinks and the Parmesan grilled oysters appetizer. The drinks were just okay at best, and the oysters were dry, which is unacceptable--especially for oysters. The overall vibe was that guest experience was not a priority. The staff seemed more focused on socializing than service, and it made the entire experience feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I would never return and would not recommend this place. Customer service training is desperately needed because the food and drinks won't matter if guests feel ignored. read more

After a long search for a place to go celebrate bt birthday, we decided to try Linq Kitchen and Cocktails. My guy made reservations for 9pm for 2/7/26. We arrived about 8:50pm only to find all the doors were locked. We could see people on the inside eating and drinking but there was no indication that a private event may have been going on. As much as we tried to get someone's attention, no one came to the door. I was really disappointed with this. If a private were scheduled we should have never been able to make the reservation AND/OR it should have been posted on the door. read more

This place is a vibe for sure. The day staff my favorite but I rock with the whole crew. They greet you as soon as you walk through that door whether you a new visitor or a return guests. They make you feel comfortable. I'm not much of an outta eater so I order my hookah and smooth beers and park the scene blowing my vapor. catch me during happy hour when they crowd is minimal. One of the best things that I can say about this place is that our waitress, Korey was very good, patient, and attentive as she did the best she could with us. She had no assistance as other employees were standing around gossiping or eyeing us as some of the party was complaining. This place was not crowded at all. One of the employees in which I take it that it was her birthday because she had on a ribbon with money on it had an attitude when we walked in, therefore she had one the entire visit. We had a party of 15 and were told that we could not put 2 tables together because the owner doesn't want the furniture moved (which makes no sense). So we had to yell down to the other table to communicate or call on our cell phones. Ridiculous. Upon ordering appetizers, it took a while for some of the food to come out. They were out of at least 4 items on the menu. Half of the party had to drink water/soft drinks out of foam cups while the other half had regular cups. It was stated to us that they did not have any more due to the previous party before us. We also had to eat off of plastic ware because all of the silverware was dirty..smh. I guess there was no one there to wash dishes. Also, when you are handing out plasticware at least make sure that is heavy duty. After several of us had to change our orders, the food and drinks were good. The ambiance was pleasant and it was nice and clean but there are things that need to be improved. This was by far not a good 1st time experience. I am not sure if I will be returning. Poor Lil Korey was very professional, and running around with no help. The place is nice but that's it . This place is Trash . Let me first start by saying we had a reservation for 20 people in advance . Just to paint the picture we actually were in the restaurant for 40 mins before six additional people walked in here but other than that the restaurant was empty. Taking a reservation for 20 people but not clarifying that the tables will be separated 10 to two different tables is crazy . When asked if we were allowed to push the tables together a call was made to the owner and she said "no " . So here we are celebrating a birthday sitting at two separate tables . The customer service was nice so I appreciate our server but the food was just mediocre . A lot of the sides were giving boxed and canned foods . Especially the Mac and cheese it looked and tasted like Kraft easy Mac and cheese . My flight pancakes came to the table half cook, half undone . My waiter was nice to get the remade but you could tell they weee undercooked the minute they hit the table and I only waited 30 mins for them . The ambiance is really nice in here but that doesn't make up for the lack of everything else . So if your just looking for a drink , good music this may be your place but if you're looking for good food , fast service and a place to have celebrations for a group of 20 or more it's a no but hey I'll try everything once but definitely didn't make the twice list .
