When the place is busy/packed I could see a wait or a line for the bathroom. The one major downside...which is not Culturistic Kitchen's fault is that the strip mall is not easy to get out of and onto the main road (Jodeco Rd) especially if you're turning left. The parking lots for all the shops, which are great businesses, should be bigger than it is. Don't be surprised if, during peak times, you may have to park 1-2 doors down from the restaurant. Overall, I would go again. I don't go out to eat that often (there's food at the house ) but if I want a good cocktail and a light snack or try some of their regular food items, I would come again. I took one bite to confirm that they were, in fact, undercooked and disgusting. The manager then came over, and instead of apologizing or addressing the fact that we had been waiting for so long, he asked me why I bit into the lamb chop if I didn't want it. I explained that the waitress had told me to keep them and that she would take them off the bill. He responded with a nasty attitude, walked away, and then proceeded to yell at the server for about 10 minutes before she finally returned and removed the items from the bill. This situation could have been handled completely differently. A simple apology and professional customer service would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, the way management handled the situation made an already terrible experience even worse. I will never be returning, and I strongly advise that this establishment needs SOME WORK--and it starts with management.
