The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! Rude, uncaring and inappropriate employees and managers I've ever seen. I ordered a to go meal online and from the minute I called to confirm order and ask for a simple modification to picking up the order it was an argument with both employees and managers. Always telling me, "well it doesn't show on our receipt so...or online orders don't always come through correctly " I had to wait over 15 minutes for them to remake my order because the online system didn't have the order come through correctly on their side. No apologies, no understanding on my wait. Just "oh well." Then when I finally had it and asked for my money back I got a "well it's going to take 7-10 business days to go through so." Then while I'm arguing with the manager to get said money back and letting them know I now have no time to go anywhere else, my food comes and he's just "here's your food do you want it now or not?" From the manager no less. Along with a few other remarks he made to me as well. Used my entire 30 minute break waiting on food I had pre-ordered for a specific time so that I wouldn't have to wait. The managers could care less. I will NEVER give Chili's my business again. If I could have given them zero stars I would. The worst experience I have ever had with my family in my entire life. First off no one greeted us at the door, there was no hostess for 10 mins. Secondly the appetizer came after our cold entrees. Our daughters drink was never brought to her. Then there was a job interview at the table right next to us. Our check was also 16 dollars over priced when we orders the 2 for 25. This is a chain restaurant, so I'm sure just about everyone is familiar with the basics. They have pretty good food at reasonable prices. The chicken tortilla soup is pretty damn solid, and the Southwest Smokehouse burger is my go to appetizer at Chili's. I actually tried a bowl of their chili on a recent visit, and, surprisingly, it was just okay. I've gone here twice with large groups. They are far from accommodating. They only have about two indoor tables that can seat more than the average bunch. Each time we've had to wait unbearable amounts of time just to be seated. The second large group visit led to us being seated at a table that was only half lit(by a dim bulb at that) which was inconvenient for an attempt at enjoying each other's company eating out. The beer section on the menu mentions asking the server about bottle and draft "local options." Of course I didn't hesitate to ask my server. Without skipping a beat she informed me that they had Sam Adams and Bud. I quickly exchanged a look with my wife and gave in to that classic Holy City local Samuel Adams Boston Lager brew! I thought this was a fluke so asked on the next trip and was promptly given a similar answer. This place has good food, but overall is very middle of the road. The time before that my food was a great temperature but it was overly seasoned (extra spicy) Drinks: My last experience I ordered the Hennessy Harvest which is the $5 margarita drink of the month...it was watery. The time before that I ordered the same drink and it was perfect, so much so that I had a second one. I wish I could give zero stars and I never write reviews for any restaurant. I ordered $48 worth of food through DOORDASH today including the Honey-Chipotle Crisper waffles shown in the picture. When it asked me for the Dipping sauce, I figured it would be what's shown in little 2 oz cup that's on the advertisement picture. I picked the ranch and received no honey chipotle or drizzle of ranch on my waffles. All I got was dipping sauce of ranch. Everything else came out fine except MY food. I called the restaurant and was told a manager was busy but he was coming and stayed on the phone for 20 minutes. I just hung up because there is no way a manager could be that damn busy to not pick up the phone and just listen. I have dine-in before several times and I know how it's supposed to look so I'm just shocked how the cook didn't understand the ticket nor did the person that bagged the food up. On their menu, they charge $22 for a full Rack of Ribs, which is market value at an above average place like Chili's, but when you order a Full Rack of Ribs, it is 13 bones. I ordered two Full Rack of Ribs, I should have received 26 total bones; I received 16 bones; 10 bones short, bringing Chili's price for a real Full Rack of Ribs to $35.75, almost double market price for a good Rack of Ribs. If it is not a Full Rack of Ribs, do not advertise it as a Full Rack of Ribs; that is false advertisement. If you are not going to give a Full Rack of Ribs, you need to lower the price to around $14 for 10 bones, to be within the normal price range. We ate here twice because we were too exhausted to find a decent local joint or venture into downtown and my friend like their salad/rice bowls. The servers were prompt and friendly - though it was kind of amusing that they seemed puzzled by our vegetarian preferences. I guess that's not too common in the area? The meals were ok. Better than Applebee's but nothing I'd ever have a craving for. I ordered shrimp tacos and the quesadilla salad. Like many things in life, the real items didn't look as spectacular as the menu picture. They tasted alright. One downside to note if you're an asthmatic or air sensitive: they asked us if we wanted smoking or non smoking. I was surprised that indoor smoking was still allowed in restaurants. So this may not be the place for you if you're picky about air quality (or it's your cup of tea if you're a smoker). You do have to walk through the bar area to get to the restroom too. read more

Everyone at this location is great and very personable. The bar staff all make my frozen strawberry margaritas different ways, but they are all delicious! Very attentive at the bar and throughout the restaurant. I have never had a bad experience at this location. There is one older gentleman waiter who is amazing. I wish I knew his name but when we get sat in his area I'm happy because he never lets your drinks run out and always keeps the chips and salsa coming. I've chowed down at dozens of Chili's, all across America. Usually, I have a pretty good experience. Unfortunately, this was one of the bad ones .. First of all, the place was deserted, and it took nearly ten minutes to serve me my table side guacamole. When I commented about the wait, the server replied with, "well, it takes time to cut all this stuff up fresh." Boo hoo, I guess the gauc is about the only thing on the menu that isn't frozen and popped into a microwave. At the same time, my frozen margarita wasn't frozen like I ordered it, so I had to send it back for another one. When it finally arrived, I was a little disappointed with its funny (dare I say funky) aftertaste. Maybe a margarita machine that hasn't been cleaned in a while? Perhaps, it was the water that was used to mix the drink. I took a sip from my water glass and almost choked. Unfiltered fish swill would be a better description. Of course, I was served the wrong sandwich when my main order arrived, no big surprise there. I should have bailed out then and cut my losses, but I waited for them to redo the correct entree. That was a big mistake, since a thunderstorm had rolled in. By the time I was done eating, the power went out. Our waiter, Richard, was also spectacular- he conversed with us about the charleston area, since we're visiting, and about our home mountains. I haven't been to one of these in a long time, and my boyfriend and I aren't fans of chain restaurants. We needed a bite before he flew overseas for work. Surprisingly we were very pleased with this establishment! Especially for a chain!. I noticed they had many new things on their menu. He ordered avocado on his burger and we were pretty sure they gave him a half of an avocado! He was very happy. He also really liked the quesadilla salad. I had fried pickles which we both liked, (he doesnt like them typically) and the chicken enchiladas. The rice and beans had real black beans, not just mushy refried - yum! The chicken enchiladas were a bit less spicy than I like but I'll just get the green Chile sauce next time. for drinks he had a top shelf long island, and I had the patron margarita. Went to Chili's tonight with a house guest from out of country. I had somehow never been to a Chili's in my adult life. Pleasantly surprised by how broad the menu way. I got the chicken- ranchero tacos which were great. My husband got the regular tacos which were just --- regular, and salty. The queso wast-totally awful and tasted like it had been re-warmed several times. Our friend got the shrimp and steak and it looked delicious and was prepared just the way he asked. Service was 4/5 simply due to speed to greet us after we were sat, and we were craving an appetizer. Overall, 4/5. I haven't been to Chili's since I was a teenager and my wife and kids have never been, so we chose to go her for a different experience than usual. Chili's has changed a lot since I've been there. The restaurant was pretty nice inside. My kids quickly zeroed into the tablets on the tables. There's games they can play on it, if you pay. (I disappointed them when I wouldn't.) Our sever was really great. Answered our menu questions well. Honey-Chipotle Crispers and Waffles is what I, my wife, and oldest daughter all ordered. We didn't realize that we all got the same thing until it arrived at the table. It's chicken strips on top of a little Belgian waffle, with bacon, jalapeños, and ancho-chile ranch. It is served with fries & honey-chipotle sauce. Your meal comes with four of these little chicken strips and waffles and the first one is very good. After that it quickly becomes way too sickening sweet. They are also offered as an appetizer, which would be better than a entire meal of it. If we end up going back I'd definitely try something else in the menu. All in all my family liked the lunch we had there. read more
