I went in and was seated immediately (11:45am) A waitress walked by my table and made eye contact 3 times. I assumed she wasn't my waitress. Nope, it was her. I ordered coffee while looking at the menu. She brought the weird looking substance in a nasty looking mug with lipstick and something else on the rim. 10 minutes later, when I finally caught her attention and pointed it out to her quietly, so as not to make a scene, she informed me that she would dump it out and refill it for me... WHAT??? Was also told that it was the only mug in the restaurant. I got up and left. I went to Twin Peaks next door. Good service and decent food. Me and my family ate here the other night on a Saturday evening. It was very busy but it didn't take them very long to seat us. Me and my children ordered the three appetizer meals for $11.99 and my husband ordered a full rack of ribs. The food was excellent, everything was very good, and came out in a timely manner for the amount of business they had. We were extremely satisfied with the service and the food. Would recommend this restaurant to anyone. Prices are reasonable considering the type of franchise. read more

Coming here on Father's Day looked to be a mistake but turned out pretty decent. We decided to eat at the bar and the bartender was one of the best I've ever seen (customer service wise). Everything came out pretty quick, the drinks were made to perfection and everything tasted as good as you'd expect from a chili's. Not a bad place to stop for a Sunday dinner and drinks. read more

Always hit or miss :/ Has one of my favorite dishes but I'm always disappointed with the cleanliness of the restaurant. For me, the food can be delicious but my surroundings have to be clean! This last time we sat next to a window and there was a dead fly in the window seal and 2 flies pestering during our meal. (Which I understand sometimes that is out of their control). Overall... We called ahead at 6:30 for a big party. We were told to be there at 8. We arrived on time and they said it would be another 20 minutes. We didn't get sat until 8:48. We only received half of our appetizers. We waited an hour and a half for our food and half of it was cold. Another 30 minutes to get our dessert. We spent a total of 3 hrs from start to finish. Got there and ordered before the lunch rush it took nearly an hour to receive our food and when we did 4 of our orders where wrong all the food was cold, the waitress was pretty good, no manager ever asked how we were doing!! Pretty disappointed. read more

We decided to give Chili's another try and have been there to eat three times in a couple of weeks. First thing that was noticeable is that the staff seems to have entirely changed. The servers are definitely more professional and friendlier. The restaurant is cleaner. Our food arrived in a timely manner and was consecutively better in the last three visits. So thankful that someone, whomever it was, realized that there needed to be some big changes made and made them. Giving a 4 star for now. Hoping to be able to give a 5 in a few weeks. read more

Will not go back took 45 min after the appetizer arrived to get our order I could understand if it was a difficult one but it was your fairly common chicken strips and fries and a order of 3 carnitas if that's what you want to call it tacos.. The kicker is all the good was warm at best ! read more

Very disappointed. Long wait time. We had a big table ( 8 people, 1 was a 6 month old that did not take up a seat because he stayed in my lap) I'll give them that. They told us it would be an hour wait due to not over crowding a section for the servers. We understood and wanted to wait as we are from out of town and here for a birthday dinner. After well over an hour and a whole half of the restaurant cleared out we finally called for a manager who got the hostess to immediately clean off a table in the empty section for us. Unfortunately they had ran out of the thing half of our table was going to order just a half an hour before they sat us. The food we did get was great and our waitress was a blessing, but pretty sure the hostess and a few servers were hoping we would leave so that they could just close up and/or not have a big table. read more

Slow service but i love how they cook the grilled salmon. Fresh, juicy and very tasty not over or undercook.

It's been really hit or miss with this place. The long waits can be discouraging. The food is the same as every other chili's although sometimes here it's already cold when you get it. We have had pretty decent service most of the time. The kiosks they keep at the table are entertaining for the kids when they are working. It was the manager that really stood out to me. After my wallet fell out of the diaper bag she held on to it for me and returned it which was a great relief. read more

I came here to eat their chicken fried steak, but was very disappointed that they did not offer it anymore. So I ordered the half rack and sirloin then they tell me they're out of ribs. Chili's is usually a good place to eat but when I got my food, it was terrible. The food was gross, the fries were stale, I didn't get straws or napkins, I got two sides and and both were wrong, I got undercooked food, the chips and salsa tasted gross. And my son got the Blue Lagoon drink which was a dollar more and it is supposed to have Swedish fish, which is the ONLY REASON he gets it. Why would I pay a dollar more for a drink that didn't come with what he wanted. Chili's is terrible and I probably won't be coming back for a while. read more

This place has seriously hit the skids. After checking in with their app and arriving I was told I was the third person in the queue. After several tables had been seated I was told I was still third. They were out of the first two items I ordered off the menu. It took 30 minutes to receive an appetizer. I shared the triple dipper with a friend and one of the two Big Mouth Bites that came with it did not have meat in it. Seriously! A tiny bun with no meat in it. The manager of this place really deserves the axe. This is mismanagement at its worst. read more

I have never really had a bad experience at Chili's until tonight. This was my first time at this location and will never be back. They had a wait but we were seated pretty quickly since it was just my husband and me. After we got our drinks everything went down hill. It took our waitress 15 mins to come back and get our order, we got a 1/2 order of cheese fries and I got a salad with my meal. It took almost another 15 mins for the fries and 5ish mins after that to get my salad. We then waited another 45 mins for our food. We didn't even get our food until we had asked for a manager (who never ever bothered to show up.) Our waitress (who maybe came to check on us 3 times the entire time we waited) proceeded to tell us the kitchen had gotten back up which is why our food took so long, mind you 1/3 of the place was empty. To top it off my husbands beef fajitas were burnt and my grilled chicken was super dry. I have always really liked Chili's it's pretty much our go to place to eat, but we will never go back to this location!!! read more

Heard this Chilis had new manager, so decided to give it another try. Bad idea. Sunday lunch time. One of us ordered soup for her meal. It came 15 minutes ahead of the rest of our food. I ordered shrimp tacos. Shrimp and rice cold. Sent it back. Got it back with shrimp still cold. My husband ordered chicken crispers. Hot on the outside but not on the inside. Gross. No sign of a manager. Glass between bar and other dining area smeared with something. Yuck. read more

Business Lunch -- A Trainee was following the waitress, which was fine. At some point the trainee took over and did a good job. The atmosphere is conducive to a business lunch as well as personal. My guest asked if the water was RO, to which she actually knew the answer, and said yes. Chili's got points for having RO water. For those of you who live in Odessa, you'll know what that means. The food was very good, however it was stone cold. My guest had soup before the main course, to which the soup was cold. He sent it back. When they brought the main meals (BBQ sandwhiches with fries) both were cold so that not even the Pepper-jack cheese on them was melted. They made it right. I know the wait staff can't 'handle' the food before they bring it out, so it is really the kitchen's fault for putting it out cold in the first place. I'm not inclined to go back, because it was a short lunch period, and I didn't really have time for it to rewarmed -- twice. read more

We drove for 6 hours to visit family and after a long day we decide to go eat we walk in at 9:20pm a total of 8 adults with 2 high chairs, I inform the hostess of how many and right away she made a ugly face and told me to hold on, I then saw her go speak to someone (manager) and I go inform her 4 more will be coming, then the manager herself made an ugly face and rolled her eyes. She then tells me it will be 45 minutes to an hour. I go let my family know of the horrible customer service and we sit there thinking of what to do, they proceed to sit 3 different groups (2 top, 3 top, & 5 top) we make a decision and decide to leave. I go let the hostess know and I ask for her manager, she then tells me that lady she was talking to was her, I reply "the one who rolled her eyes" she tells me oh she rolled her eyes, that's just how she is. The customer service was horrible, the hostess was rude, and so was the manager, no wonder the employees act like that, the manager is their example. read more
