Plate with sides was sloppy and wet, rice was awful. Margarita was good though. My wife had ribs, which were decent. Service was decent, a little slow though overall. The restaurant was not clean, dirty napkins crumpled up under our table, food stuck to the table and booth seats, dirty fingerprints and food on the wall in the booth. When we first arrived they weren't busy at all, but within 30 minutes of our arrival, they were packed. This didn't upset the service and we were kept happy with drink refills and chips & salsa. I ordered the guiltless sirloin with asparagus and a side salad. The salads came just before the entrees (which I hate) but what made me give a 4-star review was the sirloin. Yikes. Service was awesome. I sat at the bar, and from what I could tell, Sharon had the whole bar area to herself--yet she handled it like a pro. Super attentive, friendly, and really helpful with the menu. I asked what most people usually order, and she gave me four solid options--then mentioned a new quarter-pound burger that just came out. Yo, that burger was fire. Great flavor, great deal--honestly way better than I expected from a Chili's. I haven't been to one more than maybe five times total between 2010 and 2020, so I wasn't expecting much. But this experience really surprised me in a good way. The bar area was clean, bright, and had a lot of natural light, which made the vibe even better. I'll definitely be coming back to this Chili's before I leave. And once I'm back home, I plan to try out my local Chili's just to see if the experience holds up across locations. read more

Food is always good at this Chili's location! Service is always fast and the servers, bartenders are excellent. Doesn't seem to be big turnover at this location. The only negative is, the place needs some serious updating... I don't like sitting in dining room because it's so drab! I don't go to Chili's often but decided to try this location in PCB and all the reviews here about slow service are true!!! Should have read those before going to this place and wasting our time. That would have saved us the trip. Anyhow when we arrived, they barely had one lady serving but it's not like the restaurant was busy or anything. There were only 5-6 people seated in there and for the most part, the place was empty. So you would think the service would be faster but no, that wasn't the case. We ordered the Presidente margarita, some appetizers, and then waited forever. Finally I asked the one server they had about my drinks and she says, "oh I'm sorry I forgot to put that in, what did you guys want again." This was ridiculous. After waiting for drinks, she forgot what our order was. Then she goes and hastily makes those drinks herself but she wasn't good. We also ordered their $5 jack margarita special and that one was the worst! It was nothing but sugar. She did a horrible job making that one, and unless you like drinking sugar lemonade, don't bother getting that special. The presidente margarita was better than that. After that, we waited for the food. Finally the food arrives and I ask her for some hot sauce. Then again, the waiting game begins. She starts taking orders from others in the meantime. When I ask her again about the hot sauce, she gives me attitude and says, "yes, I've told them inside about your sauce." I didn't like her rude behavior. She was slow and not nice. For appetizer, we went with their trio sampler, and got the sliders, chicken wings, and egg rolls. The egg rolls were definitely not fresh. They basically reheated the old ones and I ate only one of them and left the rest. The sliders were fresh and boneless chicken wings tasted not fresh either. We also ordered their Buffalo ranch chicken sandwich, which was better but the fries that came with it were stale and not fresh either. I was in the mood of dessert but after receiving poor service and crappy food, I wasn't going to spend any more time or money at this place. I don't recommend this location at all. Chilis used to be good but their food quality and service sucks now. Totally disappointed! They need to hire better servers who are personable and work on improving their food quality if they want to retain customers. read more

Normally we get pretty good service at this location. We arrived at 1115am and are greeted with there's only 1 server. We decided to go ahead and wait. I go to the men's restroom and it is dirty. Trashcan overflowing, paper towels on the floor by the urinals. This restaurant opened at 11am and already in this shape? We sit at our table until almost 1130 an no sign of anyone. We had a fabulous experience for a late lunch today. Food was hot and fresh. Ty was a great server, prompt, efficient, eager to please, and accurate! Crystal the manager was great about honoring my husband's birthday dessert and the staff signed a card for him which was a fun surprise! Crystal was also fantastic when we had about 5 cards with small amounts on each. Some managers would've grumbled at having to work with all that but she was cheerful, helpful, accurate and combined what was left on on card for us. I normally do not go to Chili's but the kids wanted to go. So we opted for the chili's near the beach since we imagined it to be "nicer" if you will. We go there and we're told it would be a 20 minute wait. Okay no big deal, everyone is short handed. 30 minutes later I inquired when we would be seated and I could see booths available. While we were waiting we could see how dirty and unkempt the restaurant was. When we were finally seated the booths seat was completely torn the entire length of the seat. After that we just walked out and went to Texas Roadhouse next door, which turned out to be excellent. There was no wait and the restaurant was well maintained. Whoever is the GM is for this Chili's restaurant needs to focus some attention on their establishment. As a local, I do not recommend to anyone. read more

Lesson Learned! My wife and I ordered Chili's to go last night. It wasn't ready at the time requested, not a big deal. When it was ready they had put all of our items into sealed plastic containers, bad move Chili's. When we opened the containers everything was soggy. Our onion pedals were soggy, the fries were soggy, hamburger bun and lettuce was soggy, the wings weren't fully cooked. There is a reason McDonalds doesn't put their fries in an enclosed sealed container. Heat turns to steam and anything that is sealed becomes moist. So we pretty much spent $50 and nothing was edible. In addition I was supposed to get chips and cheese for ordering online yet they charged me $6 for it. There has to be a better way to package fried items to go. Btw, the staff was great. read more

One of my daughters favorite places to eat and I'll be honest I rarely go. I'm so glad that I let her choose today! Let's face it every where is struggling with staff but from the moment we walked in, I was super impressed. Everyone was friendly and everyone was pitching in to help with everything! It's not on the menu. I knew they had the elements, it just wasn't listed as a item. One of my dinner mates got the buffalo chicken crisper without the buffalo sauce. A few mths ago I ordered delivery to my job for me & a coworker. The food was awful. My sandwich did not have bacon on it & his was melted to the point where the cheese was hard. The boxes were melted as well. Thought I'd give them another shot two nights ago. Big mistake. My mini burgers were dry, the added avocado was liquid & the fries tasted old. I requested mayo on the side, there was none. I will never order from them again. Once bitten twice shy. This falls on the kitchen staff as well as the to go host. I went to this chilis to have dinner. It was happy hour and when asked what kind of beer they had on tap to go with the pick 3 combo, it took our waitress 3 trips to the back to eventually tell me they had sold out their beer over the weekend and had no beer on tap. I asked if they could substitute a bottle beer for the tap beer and she said she did not know how to do that. I asked to speak with a manager. A manager came by and told me that they had no tap beer and there was no way she could or would do anything for me. I told her that that was unacceptable and that I would be lodging a complaint with the store manager as that did not seem a reasonable response when advertising a Happy Hour. Shortly after another person came to the table and said she was the store manager and said that she would not serve rude customers that were rude to her staff and refused to serve us and asked us to leave.
