Kaleb was our server the other night and this man deserves a shout out. It was my Mom, Mom's friend and wife just out for a fun night of catching up and Kaleb helped make our night memorable. He was attentive, fun, and observant...the only thing that prevents this review from being a 5 Star rating is that the rest of the restaurant seemed as if it needed a little help. I ordered from this Chili's a handful of times and the food is typically middle of the road. However this most recent time has been flat out bad. Ordered a sirloin, loaded mashed potatoes, and broccoli. The sirloin went from medium well on one end to raw on the other, the meat was very poor quality, the potatoes had a chemical taste, and the broccoli had a very mushy center in the larger pieces. This is a standard Chili's if I've ever seen one. The food is a little more expensive than I'd like it to be. If it was maybe 10% less I feel like it would be a more fair value. On this visit, I actually discovered that Chili's actually has chili. It is not something you normally hear about in their advertisements, but the chili is actually delicious. Typical Chili's. Run of the mill standard chain food. Was busy. Food took forever. Service was as to be expected. Had to ask numerous times for refills. Asked numerous times for condiments. We got what was expected. Was not my choice. I was simply along for the ride. Chili was definitely not homemade. Out of a can and tasted like it had been left on the back burner for hours. Food: nothing about the food was fresh. My guacamole/sourcream/salsa was all frozen when they brought it out with my meal. The shrimp and steak were overly salty as if soaked in preservatives. Service: Terrible. Our waiter ignored us unless we flagged him down. He forgot to bring our drinks out twice. He forgot to bring me unfrozen guacamole. He didn't offer to make things right, either. People that give this location two stars are being very generous. We have been here on multiple trips because our kids love their food. Every time we come here they have been understaffed. Loads of open tables but can't seat anyone else. Today, I don't know if the air is out or what but it feels like a swamp in here. Tables are sticky, floor is slick. I think we will take a long break from this place. Maybe with more help and better management they could turn this place around but it's gotten steadily worse every trip. read more

Got seated right away. Waiter is super nice. Blackberry tea is sooo good. I got the 3 items for 1 person, $10 deal. It's cold and rainy, so soup sounded really good, but I couldn't choose. I asked the waiter if he actually eats here. He said he does. I asked if he prefers the chili or the loaded baked potato soup. He didn't even think he instantly replied the loaded baked potato soup. He said people always complain that the chili is too salty. I can't begin to tell you how much I love and appreciate his honesty. That was awesome!!! As I'm writing this, they have just brought out my entree. Holy cats that's a LOT of food!!!! Okay, to backtrack a little, the soup was amazing. The bacon on top is so smokey you taste it in every bite. It's creamy, but not pasty like some potato soups can be. Now, I've never done the 3 for $10 deal. I expected it to be the standard soup and sandwich deal with half portions. Dude. I was so wrong! The margarita grilled chicken plate is HUGE. mmmmmm This chicken breast is grilled sooo nice. The premixed Presidential margaritas were terrible. When we told them how bad they were we were told that's just how they taste. Won't let this ruin my love for Chilis but I won't go back here again. Tonight my boyfriend and I had dinner here after a long afternoon of shopping and walking around. It was a pleasure to receive such great service from one of my favorite places to eat while on vacation. The food was amazing!!! But the dessert was heaven!!! We ordered the Quad Dipper for the main course, strawberry cheesecake for me, and molten lava chocolate cake for my love. It was so wonderful to sit in a restaurant, socially distanced after so many months not being able to do so. This visit made our vacation complete!!! read more

This place barely deserves one star. I'm a local and my boyfriend and I have tried to eat here at least 5 separate occasions and every time we have left BEYOND disappointed or have left to go across the street to Texas Road House. The management is by far the worst I have ever seen and this location is understaffed. I will never eat at this location again. I chose 2 stars because I haven't gotten my food yet and I'm giving Chili's the benefit of the doubt that they can't manage to screw up a cheeseburger. This is the most understaffed restaurant I've ever been to. 2 waitresses and a bartender are covering the whole restaurant on Labor Day weekend. Also, it's hard to find a floor this greasy outside of an adult movie theater (I assume). My husband love Chili's, and tonight was the first time we tried the one here and had a terrible experience! First, our entrees were brought out before our appetizer and soup. Then, when the appetizer finally came out, our wings were cold and undercooked. We asked for new wings. We were finally told after this long wait that they made my cup of soup and it got dumped out and now they're out of soup. They still tried to charge us for the soup as well. And to top it all off, they apparently have this new partner server program where they are supposed to help each other out and that was a disaster. The only nice thing they did was give us the wings for free, but we were there a lot longer than we planned to be. And oh yeah, the "Ziosk" they have at the table to pay your bill with didn't work. This Chili's has really declined over the last few months. This use to be one of our favorite places. We went in last night and received horrible service and food. It took forever to get drinks, and food. Then after we got them, there was no follow-up. We ordered the new loaded fajitas and were so disappointed. The steak was not just rare, it was practically raw. There was so much grease in this dish that the food was floating. They pour a queso cheese sauce on the fajitas, so it made for a horrible visual appearance. It was a unappealing mix of grease, blood, and white cheese. It was nasty. It tasted nasty too. the waiter never came back to see if we needed more drinks or to check on the food. Thank goodness you can pay for your meal using the table kiosk. We paid for our nasty meal and left to go home and eat Ramen. Save yourself the trouble and eat elsewhere. read more

Seated at 5:45 and got our dinner at 6:30. Ordered the chicken and shrimp mix dinner. The plate was loaded with bell peppers and onion to make it look like we were getting a lot. The server was not attentive and did not tell us about the long delay. The lava cake was good I would recommend going elsewhere to eat. read more

After we order, long story short... we had to ask for refills, chips etc. Chip refill came out with our food because "they needed chips in the warmer" whatever that means. the guy that brought us our food, was not friendly. Our server was friendly BUT NOT a good server. we didn't see our waitress after we got refills. after we at, we waited and waited for our bill. No one came, so I took it upon myself to look at the tablet on table. I seen my total and I left cash and we left. As I'm pulling out the parking lot, my daughter tells me the employees are looking out the door. I roll down my window and and look at a girl, that we didn't see to begin with, and she says VERY RUDELY, Ummm we need you to pay your bill... I say, I left cash on the table, did you even look. She then yells inside "oh you left cash on the table" and then says "oh, sorry it fell on the floor. Theres no way, it fell on the floor. It makes me mad that I was accused of not paying my bill, all because our server knew she didn't bring us our ticket! I wish she would have been just as concerned about her customers as she was the bill! This was about 1.5 hours ago and I'm still fuming. Well... I'm not even sure what the 2 stars would be for. Here currently and been seated almost an hour 1/2 .... no food. They were not serving water because they said it had coke in it. This location has terrible hostess service. It's so difficult to get seated. Tables are all stacked with dirty dishes and no one cares to get you a seat. Food is good and servers are nice. After waiting for 'no reason' we left. read more

Went in around 9pm, restaurant closes at 11pm. I was on vacation with my mother that I only see once a year. The manager which was our waiter was either very rude or very tired. We ordered patron margaritas and when she brought our cups with ice she ended up dropping my mothers cup on the table, spilling the ice on her. This lady didn't even have the decency to apologize to my mom. All she did was grab the ice and throw underneath the next table. Terrible dinner! Thanks Panama City! read more

Love Chili's, however this location has their share of issues in need of addressing. Have visited several times for to go during lockdown. Orders are rarely right, incorrect bill, and wait times much longer than promised. Had to return to restaurant once for missing items and were still given the wrong items. After restaurant reopening, I visited again for to go. Waited in my car as per their request with multiple signs. Waited 20 minutes past time order was to be ready, was never greeted by staff. I then called restaurant to be told to come inside for order. Order was called in and was not informed to this new rule contradicting their signs. read more

This has to be the worst chili's I have ever been to. During the hour that I was sitting there our waiter came up to us 4 times.... 1 to get our order, 2 to bring our food(had to ask for a refill at this point after 20 minutes), 3 to ask for our dessert which I had to look at him to come and 4th time to bring our dessert. It was absolutely terrible service. Also within our time being there, we saw two couples walk out because they were waiting for someone to acknowledge them so they can be seated after waiting for 10 minutes.
