Horrible service! So slow! Took them 30 mins to get us a drink and over an hour to get our food.

There was a 20 minute wait with 6 visible empty tables. When we finally sat down we were ignored for about 13 min he took our drink order but would not take our food order at that time 15 minutes later he took that we ordered 2 for 20 we received our app after our food the food was ok broccoli was raw.its just not a worth the waste of time read more

This restaurant either has changed management or has a very high turnover rate. We sat down for 11 minutes before our drink order was made. We hear arguments in the back. I walked in and ordered a draft beer . They had about 8 or so draft beers on tap. I said give me a domestic . The waiter said there's something wrong with the keg . I said give me one from one of the other kegs . He said none of them work. It's a Saturday night . Wouldn't you think someone would fix it ? Wouldn't you think the waiter would know that different beers come out of different kegs ? Ok , just get me a bottle of Modelo. I waited 20 minutes for that bottle even though the place was not that busy and there was plenty of empty seats . I immediately ordered a second beer thinking I was clever, right ? Well that beer never came and I never even bothered to ask for it again . We both ordered burgers . They turned out good but don't even bother looking for condiments because anytime you see your waiter he is usually running off to do that moronic birthday chant they feel compelled to make us all suffer through . Eventually after ages trying to get his attention we got our check . Yep, he charged me for both bottles of beer. I waited again to only find him and his cohorts embarrassing some poor fool with the companies birthday obnoxiousness. We had to wait for awhile before anyone came to our table to take our order for drinks. We never got a refill until I caught the bartender's attention and we were sitting at a booth. The food was okay, but definitely not that great. We had to ask for silverware and napkins. The waiter never came back. Someone else took our food order and was very polite. Waitresses and waiters would walk by but never offered to refill our drinks. The restroom had a terrible smell even though a cone was setting on the floor. There was a long line of people waiting to be seated when we left. There were not that many customers when we were there. I will NEVER go back there again. I really do not wish to leave such a terrible review but it is however warranted. I waited tables and tended bar for over a decade until I got a corporate job I was waiting for. The service is terrible, just like every chilis in the United States only people who get fired from every other restaurant end up here. The first time I went here a long time ago it was ok. The second I got sick from the shrimp and had to push through my traveling over the next two days. This time the service was so bad it just made me laugh. The excuses are all too familiar." We are out of that" 20 minutes after the order. " we are waiting for corn" " it will be a while" corn takes a kitchen 90 seconds to 3 minutes to make. They didn't eaves cut my egg rolls I ordered to go. They had a to go line of 4 people and 6 orders on a Monday night. If you read this I implore you to just go to subway or red lobster down the way, either would be better. If this town just had a BJs brewery, or a chuys, it would be great, I will personalize love to open a restaurant here just to show them how to do it. I garunteed I will put all others out of business. Please do not go here, just go to the store and get some beers, a bottle of tequila, and some sour mix. Go to your hotel and hang with your friends. Nothing, and I mean nothing is worth wasting your time and money going here. Don't think it will be good or fun. We went to chili's yesterday afternoon they took about 20-30 minutes to get us seated with an empty restaurant. We finally get seated close to where the people that takes the orders types them on the computer (which not to mention the new girl who set us down rolled her eyes like she didn't want to seat us) and we sat there for a good 30-40 minutes waiting on someone to get our drink orders there was 5 people in the little room in the back who saw us but wouldn't come to our table to ask us what we want to drink instead they kept playing around yelling very loudly. 2 waiters asked us if someone has came to our table and asked for our order and we told them no and both ignored us (1 being the waiter who finally waited on us because he couldn't get anyone else to) but we didn't get our appetizer or silverware until after the meal arrived at our table. they didn't come ask us if we needed anything after we got everything to get someone to come over we had to flag them down! This chili's went down hill now to mention we paid almost $70 for two people you figured they would care about their customers bringing them in money. This was the WORST experience ever! read more

The food was decent but the service was just terrible. Took 2.5 hours to get my dinner. Sat at the bar and as people would leave dishes would not be cleared, so I saw people giving food orders with the last persons plates still in front of them. I can see from previous comments they must know this is a problem and really just do not care. To be fair it may not have been the young man's fault running the bar, he had much too much to cover to do any of it well. I eat Chili's for lunch every Friday. The food is always good but the service is hit and miss. I eat takeout from here at least twice a week. Again, the food is USUALLY good but the wait time and disorganization of the take-out section is beyond ridiculous! Your food is cold and sometimes soggy. We always have to reheat our food once we get it home. Your food will be clearly sitting in a bag behind the counter but it still takes them 20 min to hand it to you! For a small town like Pine Bluff, you really don't have too many choices of places to eat read more

I went to the restaurant recently 1/13/17 and experienced a 40 minute wait to be seated. Because it was a Friday night that was not the concern and should be expected from one of two chain restaurants in the city. The service was exceptionally slow and the mere ordering of the meal took almost 40 additional minutes. The appetizer chili fries was incomplete had no scallions and when asked to supply the scallions they came with a white substance surrounding them as if they had been chopped on a board with cheese or something else on it. Water was never refilled and there was no NO attention to the guests. We were a party of 6- As the food finally arrived after spending close to 2 hours seated, most of the orders were incomplete, uncooked, over-seasoned, and rather pathetic. The dry rubbed ribs had a thick layer of what appeared to be salt and other spices that when shaken made a pile of spice on the plate-absolutely unacceptable. The corn was frozen in the center which was sent back. At our table alone, orders had to be sent back, readjusted, and finally refused. For this to be one of two restaurants in the city it seems as though attention to detail, customer service and quality would be the order of the day. This visit was not my first yet consistently the worse experience in my dining experiences. I will refuse to ever go to this Chili's again and however I do hope that you will get your service together, transform or close. this place sucks!!!! i never had my order taken, until my friend karli finally pulled this guy aside because he never listened to me!!! my food was lukewarm, and the waiter sucked!!! he was nasty and very shady and stupid, and he visibly needed to take a bath. michael scott said that chili's is the future of america's business. this one chili's is clearly not the future of america's business!!! this chili's wouldn't even hold a candle to the one in scranton, pennsylvania!!!!! i do not even have words to describe just how much i hate this place!!!!!!!!!! this place is such a bad memory. i am extremely upset with this establishment. bye felicia. -sean read more

I live in this town and i stay away for a while because of the horrible service, management and long wait times. However, i go back with hopes of a better experience, but sadly, no. Visited Chili's last week for lunch. Server was nice but you could tell she has not been properly trained. Inconsistency is Chili's biggest problem, second is POOR MGMT!! With Garfield's rest&pub re-opening i believe this Chili's will suffer!!! The food was so so but when my wife showed problem with ticket to server she went to inquire & mgr gave her a response that was laughable & wrong. we didn't choose to make a scene about a dollar but it was the principal & if he would've read menu properly he could have fixed it. In the end we just decided this Chili's in Pine Bluff, AR is just worth going back to until they fix it, starting with manager & proper training of staff!!! read more

When it first opened it was wonderful... the staff, the service, the food. I suppose that's true of all things new. Now? Well, unfortunately it's hit or miss on WHAT during your visit is going to turn out to be unsatisfactory. After my last visit I finally decided to not return. My last 4 times there, of two of those it took them so long to get the food to our table we were already ready to leave, and the other times we had no clue where our server had gone to (and it wasn't busy and we were a party of two). I've never had a problem with the food itself but it could be the best food in the world but the service leaves a bad taste in your mouth. I, for one, choose not to take the chance again. Not only was the service particularly terrible on the slow Monday evening that I attended, I received an alcoholic drink (Deep Eddy's Texas Lemonade) with NO alcohol in it. After kindly notifying my server, he returned about 15-20 minutes asking if the manager had ever arrived. Another 15-20 minutes later, a man arrived to my table and didn't say a word to introduce himself. He just stood there staring at me and my friends. I explained to him the situation and I had only drank less than half of my drink because I was trying to drink from the bottom to see if there was any alcohol present. He listened to me inattentively before scolding me and telling me that I had already drank half of it and that I still had to pay for it. It was literally a sprite with a lemon wedge in it for $7. My fiance and I usually like this place, but after our recent experience we will probably never go back. As soon as we walk in we notice that the original hostess was not there, guess it was her day off. Well, this new hostess sucks. She sat us at a table where we knew a high chair couldn't fit, so she ended up having to re-seat us at a different table. This is where it gets gross: We saw three German Cockroaches run along the wall beside us before we even got our food. After the third roach siting we told the hostess about it who then proceeded to kill the last one with the bottom of the cleaning spray bottle and then stomped its guts into the floor right where we were about to eat. She told the manager and he came over and acted like it was no big deal and said, "Well, we just sprayed for roaches yesterday, so I guess it stirred a few up, and "You just don't know what kind of stuff people bring in here." WTF??? So we both ordered the triple dippers and I'm about to puke everywhere b/c I'm too worried about the german cockroaches crawling on the wall next to my baby's head. My waitress forgets the BBQ sauce I asked for and takes forever! and she never refilled our drinks once while we were there. They were obviously understaffed, or waiters were screwing off when they should have been working. When I went to the bathroom I walked right past the kitchen and I almost threw up again. It literally stunk and after that I couldn't get the smell to go away. It permeated the whole restaurant! Bathrooms, filthy! The whole place was dirty and dusty. Somehow I manage to scarf down my triple dippers which were sub-par to say the least. The waitress doesn't give us back the correct change but rather .34 cents more than we should have gotten back. It must have been 20 minutes AFTER we were through eating before we even got out of this place. We gave here a two dollar tip and walked out. She's lucky she even got that! read more

I have only been to this place a handful of times and do not plan on going there again. The staff is rude and seems like they don't know what they are doing. DO NOT go in to that place on a Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday unless you plan on getting waited on by lazy, forgetful waitresses. One of which LITERALLY just sat at a table, I had no idea she even worked there until she went to the cash register to continue to stand around. The food is mediocre at best. The crowd is questionable, We witnessed what I suspect was a drug deal then 2 people being pulled over in the parking lot followed by police trolling the area. I was afraid to finish my food thinking I might get stopped by one of these officers. Apparently I am not the only one that feels this way as I have seen them on the news a couple of times these passed months.
