Today I went to Chili's with my family for my mother in law's birthday. The experience was less than satisfactory. Our waitress dropped a beer that someone in the group ordered, that had splattered and went all over me. I smelled like beer the whole day. The waitresses apologized but didn't seem so sincere about it. She kept saying "I don't even know how that just happened". The manager was nice enough to come up to our table and comp the beer and the two appetizers we had ordered. When one of the people in our group stood up to use the restroom, he actually banged his head on the chandelier that hovered over the table. After just looking at it, the chandeliers are definitely placed way too low, and is a total hazard to anyone over 5 foot tall. When I went to use the restroom, the stalls were extremely narrow. Not that it was difficult to get in and out, but it could make anyone who is claustrophobic quite uncomfortable. On top of that, half the dispensers in the restroom didn't work. One soap dispenser, and one paper towel dispenser just didn't work at all. The handle on the inside of the restroom was very wobbly, which gives anyone a fear that it's going to break off and leave you trapped in the bathroom for a while. The food experience for our group was not great whatsoever. I ordered the Cajun pasta with chicken, which was quite good, but not spicy at all unfortunately. It tasted like normal Alfredo sauce tossed in penne and grilled chicken breast on top. It was good but wasn't spicy like anticipated, and it came with a piece of garlic toast that was burnt. Three people in our group ordered the same thing, sirloin steak, mashed potatoes and broccoli. They all claimed their steak was not cooked to their liking, the outside was really crispy, and just not that flavorful. The bacon bits on the mashed potatoes were totally fake looking and not crumbled fresh bacon. And the broccoli was way undercooked. Way too much of a bite when eating the broccoli. We had an elderly woman in our group that requested another vegetable besides the broccoli, so she ordered asparagus, which also came way under cooked. The last member in our group ordered a burger and fries, which he claimed were okay. Our appetizers were chips and salsa and chips with spinach queso dip. The queso dip was quite good, but the tortilla chips were horribly salty. The salsa was very salty as well. Overall, I liked my dish, but my group didn't care for their meals. And between the beer spill and my friend banging his head on a chandelier, I was not happy. But at least they rectified the situation my comping multiple things we had ordered. I ordered "It's Just Wings," a partner of Chili's called Brinker International, and the option to have the wings cooked well done/crispy was not an option. So I thought outside the box and called this Chili's, from which the order originated, to ask them to cook the wings well done. The call taker said they would pass on the request. I received the wings and they far from well done, they were cooked, but not to the well done request. Might seem petty, but that makes or breaks chicken wings for a lot of people! read more

This place was horrible. I will never come back again. The hostess Kaylee, brown hair in a messy bun was extremely rude. Chilies doesn't make reservations but it allows you to through yelp. So I called last Friday to let them know this Friday we would have a party of 12 at 7. I made a reservation on yelp at noon saying I have a party of 12 coming at 7. I called them in person, twice. And 15 minutes before our reservation I called and they said okay. We get there and Kaylee will not seat us. "Too many door dashers, we paused seating." Then she seats 4 groups of 5. As we continue to stand in front of the lobby. Next she's cleaning a table talking to her coworker and they look at us and begin to laugh. I politely confronted her and explained how I called and made a reservation multiple times for my boyfriends birthday and her response was "one of the young girls answered the phone". I explained to her how I am a young girl and I work at a restaurant and she said "relax". I never once raised my voice and was extremely polite. Kaylee should be fired. And the manager never came out to talk to us. I'm ashamed. This was the worst restaurant experience I have honestly ever had. Not even worth 1 star. read more

This has become our go to door dash for last minute situations during peak/busy hours. Every place else will be an hour wait or longer and Chili's is usually only 25-35 minutes. The food always arrives in time. They do an excellent job of getting the food to you as fresh as possible. We usually get the burgers and they have the option on door dash to get your topping on the side for no extra charge. We will do it for toppings that would normally get mushy like the lettuce and tomato. They come in a cup on the side and it's perfect to add on once you get the burger. Unlike most places serving to go food, Chili's has add holes to the tops of their to go containers. So the excess steam is able to escape instead of being trapped inside and turning your food to mush. It's about 10-15 minute drive once the dasher picks up our food and the fries are still good once we get them. This is not the case for most other places that are closer to us. We really appreciate the extra effort they put in to their to go packaging to make the food still taste fresh from the kitchen when you get it! read more

If it was possible to give zero stars I would. Simply put, this Chili's SUCKS!!! Very slow service, indifferent attitudes from the staff, and when you bring a problem to the managements attention they could care less. Chili's food, company wide, has been going down hill for a long time. However, poor service and indifferent employee attitudes is a direct reflection on the management. Just terrible. I used to love Chili's - it was pretty decent for a chain restaurant. But no more. The skillet queso was thick, badly flavored mush with some kind of mystery meat. There was no cheese in evidence. The server was argumentative when we told him we did not like the queso, but he did take it off the bill, replacing it with a charge for chips and salsa. The vegetables in the fajitas were an amalgam of totally uncooked and burnt with a very bitter taste. They brought the tortillas out 5 minutes before the actual fajitas, so the tortillas were cold when the meal came. And the accompaniments were just tiny dabs of things on a small plate. They removed the one thing that you couldn't get elsewhere in Western PA (Chicken Fried Steak). Without that, they're just another national chain with nothing that stands out and that uses too much salt. We used to eat here very often (I had the dukedom here easily) but I walked out the night I found out they changed the menu and won't darken their door ever again. read more

I've been to this Chili's a few times, and it was fine for when I was with a big group that wanted to eat fairly cheaply. This time, a friend & I needed a place to grab lunch to kill time during a car inspection and Chili's was nearby. It was a pretty awful experience...The waiter was a very tall, very ditzy kid who gave such bad service I felt like he owed me a tip for putting up with him. Not only was he super slow, but he bought us rancid spinach & artichoke dip. It smelled awful, but we tried it anyway. To quote my friend, "It smelled the way it tasted--like feet." Of course, our waiter was nowhere to be found, so we sent the dip back to the kitchen with the next server who walked by, and she was appalled by the smell alone and apologized profusely. I used to LOVE coming to Chili's. Great fajitas and margaritas. Coming in to this particular location tonight was incredibly disappointing. This place is absolutely FILTHY! Management should feel ashamed they allow their business to be so dirty. Everything is sticky. The floors were nasty. Our waitress was nice and polite but couldn't even bring back the item I asked for. The margarita I ordered tasted like it didn't have a drop of tequila in it. Of all the "like" restaurants (IE: TGI Fridays, Ground Round, Etc) I find the food and atmosphere at chili's to be the best and most different. A few of us stopped by after a movie and needed a cold beer as quickly as possible. I ordered the Asian chicken tenders with an Asian ranch dipping sauce. Wings are something chili's does well. Their sliders are phenomenal as well. Not much else to say except IMO Chili's does it right. read more

We stopped in for a few drinks last night, parking ourselves at the bar. The bartender was friendly, but was over extended. There weren't many at the bar itself (maybe 5 total, including us), but she had 3 high tops & 3 booths....all sat within 5 minutes. We (3 of us) had, between all of us, 4 bottles of beer, 3 shots, a rum & water and an appetizer. The bill was over $60! 1 shot of fireball was $7....for 1oz shots! So over priced! I am not certain that we will be back, as we are very rarely on that side of town. I know I was shocked at the price of everything. Meh. Stopped in for dinner before heading to an appointment. Was by myself. Ordered hot tea, they have only one kind - generic Tetley. OK, no big deal. I guess I was spoiled by Bob Evans and their selection of about a half-dozen teas. Entrée was Cajun pasta with grilled chicken. Came with a piece of texas toast. The pasta was overdone, the sauce was watery alfredo, and the chicken - although moist - was bordering on soggy, and it was quite tasteless. I would not recommend that dish, especially if you've had it at North Park Lounge where they do it very well. I was actually surprised how all aspects of the dish, other than the chopped green onions on top, were sub-par. Before the entree arrrived, the server asked if I wanted more tea, delivered another cup of hot water, then asked if I wanted another teabag. Um, yeah? And he had to go back to get it. My server was friendly and polite but not particulary attentive. Did not see him from the time my entrée arrived until I was done eating. Décor was nice and the place was clean. Maybe some of their other meals are better, but I would skip the Cajun pasta. read more

If this had been a local business, it would have received 1-star, but since this is a chain, it barely holds on to a 2-star. My family and I go out to dinner every Monday and for this particular week, we settled on Chili's, who we had never really an issue with. We were there about 5:30 on that Monday and were seated after about 10 min (there was no one else waiting for a table, just us) Finally after being seated, we sat another 15min before our waiter even came over to get our drink orders. At that point, we had already knew what we wanted, so we ordered our food as well to save time from killing ourselves from having to wait again. The food was the normal Chili's food, but slightly colder and more 'thrown' on the plate than usual. The waiter tried to be kind, but it seemed like he was waiting on more tables that he should have (either that, or he was going outside to have a smoke after each visit to our table). Overall, We were highly dissatisfied with the speed, quality, and customer service of this location. read more

This location is the best. I have never had bad service. Sarah is the best but we've never been disappointed with any server there. Its chili's. Its not a 5 star restaurant people. We used to eat at this Chili's location regularly but it started to go downhill so we stopped. We decided to try to again about two months and go and have either ate in or got take out at least 7/8 times since and every time it's been spot on and delicious! It's back to what it used to be. The chicken enchilada soup is amazing as usual! The fajitas are also great. The original chicken crispers are as good as they were years ago! My boyfriend usually gets a burger and is always satisfied. If you stopped going like us, I'd recommend you give it another try! read more

For what you expect from a chain resteraunt, its decent. Just don't go in there expecting it to blow you off your feet. The wait staff was okay, we could see that there were open seats but we weren't seated until a little bit after that, but it wasn't terribly long. All in all, it was an average experience, Ok food, Ok service, and Ok atmosphere. I only stopped here on a trip but I will continue to go to Chili's in my area. read more

10 years ago you had to wait for a table, today you can sit without a wait - why? Food quality has gone down, the place is dirty and no one cares, it's no better than fast food without the value. Too many better alternatives opening up, Chili's clearly decided to maintain prices but drop quality and decrease portion sizes. read more

When we lived in Orlando we visited Chili's almost weekly for a fair priced decent meal. We have visited this Chili's 4 times and haven't been back since our last visit 2 months ago. The service was terrible every single time we went. We had different waitresses each time and the restaurant was at most half full. I had dirty silverware, drink floaters, wrong food, cold food, and inattentive waitresses. I ordered the Cajun pasta and the garlic bread was burned at the bottom. The plates looked dirty. Our waitress seemed like she could care less. I've eaten at Chili's all over the country, and had varying experiences at all of them. I've been to this Chili's twice over the past 4 months, and was disappointed both times. The first time I went with a friend for a little after work drink and dinner. The service, if you can call it that, was horrible. We saw "our waiter" maybe twice. It took us 3 hours to eat a couple of burgers and drink a couple of margaritas...not because we were being slow, but because that's how long it took to get everything and not have things messed up (during this time we also had to flag down other servers to find our server because they were MIA). Anyway, that was a bad experience, but my husband and I decided to give it a go this past week for dinner. The evening started out well enough, and we were introduced to our two servers (one was in training...still haven't figured out which one, though). We started off with drinks and their southwestern eggroll appetizer. I order their Skinny Patron Margarita, which has tequila, sugar-free triple sec, and lime juice. Let me just say that I've had a lot of "skinny" margaritas from a lot of different places, and what they served me was an abomination. It shouldn't be that hard to make...it only has 3 ingredients. When they served it to me (in a martini glass) I took a sip of it and had to resist the urge to spit it back out. After swallowing that disgusting mouthful, I could only utter the words "That was disgusting." I let my husband try it and he agreed. All you could taste was that sugar-free triple sec...and that artificial sugary sweetness is awful on it's own. Ironically enough...when it was brought to us by one of our servers, they assured us our drinks were going to be delicious because "the manager made them himself". After that drink, I think the manager should leave well enough alone. Anyway, during this time one of our servers noted that I did not like my drink and so brought me a replacement (made by the bartender) without me having to ask. I give the server props for that. However, if the other version was super sweet, this version was super sour...it tasted like sucking on a lime. Also, while I was tasting the second version (and giving my husband a taste), I got to listen to the server's rendition of their talk with the bartender and manager. Apparently the bartender and manager both said "well, what did she expect? She (me) ordered a diet drink, and she can't expect it to taste good like a non-diet drink." First off...I am not a child and I know damn well what I ordered and what it should taste like. Second, why are you serving drinks that don't taste good? Third, it was completely unprofessional for that server to share that conversation with me. Plus the server followed up with their own commentary on my likes/dislikes. I didn't end up drinking the second version and actually became convinced that it was just a glass of lime juice. At this point in time I just wanted to leave, but our food arrived then. My husband ordered just a regular burger and fries, and it was all cold when it arrived. Not cooling down...it was cold. However, he was hungry and I wanted to leave, so he ate most of it. I ordered the grilled shrimp tacos, which were also cold. On top of that (literally), the slices of avocado that come with the tacos were rotten. Not overripe...they were rotten. I could hardly see any green on them at all through all the black. I sat staring at them a little while wondering how anyone could justify serving something that looked like that, and then I finally just took them off. Our servers didn't say anything...didn't ask us if we liked our food...nothing. The tacos were cold and bland, just like the rice. The dish also came with beans, but the spoon they brought with it was dirty and had stuff caked on it. So I ate the beans with a fork, or at least tried to.. The only good thing about the night were the eggrolls, although I guess it is kinda hard to mess up something that is fried. We will NOT be going back to this Chili's. There are lots of other chain restaurants in that area (Applebee's, TGI Friday's, etc.) and next time we will be going to one of them. read more

Waited 35 minutes in an empty restaurant. Poor, rude service. The chicken tasted rubbery and microwaved.

Things were ok cocktails, cheese curd app was really good. Steak and chicken entree were good. I would say the main improvement would be the timing. Everything was very slow but it didn't bother us. read more

I haven't been to chilis in a LONG time but always loved it! Unfortunately, I was severely disappointed in the food on my recent visit with some friends. I had two margaritas (which were pretty much all ice and I had to ask for more salt because there was practically nothing on the rim) and I got a bacon cheeseburger. The bacon cheeseburger looked great but had absolutely no flavor and was kind of tough, this was very sad to me as they used to have one of my favorite burgers! We also got tableside guacamole and that was ok. The saving grace was our server who was so sweet, patient, and awesome! I am not planning on returning anytime soon. read more

When I called GM to tell him he asked me if I wanted to file an insurance claim as if this is a daily occurrence.
