Obsessed with Chili's and especially this location! Every time I go the staff is very friendly and on top of it. The food is always good! I don't often see people ordering it but their chicken tortilla soup is one of my favorites. Also, getting the triple dipper is a must! When it is really busy it can sometimes feel a little crowded.

My husband and I had been back twice since Chilis reopened. Both times were excellent. The restaurant is run like a well oiled machine from the minute you walk in to eat and leave. The serving staff are excellent. They are happy, kind, caring and want to make sure you are happy from the moment you sit down. Tonight, we had the pleasure of being served by Kelsey. She was one of the best servers that we have had at any restaurant. She knows good service and how to treat people with respect and kindness. She regularly checked in to ensure that we were ok and got what we needed in a timely fashion. There was a man sitting alone and she showed him such care and concern. She's an amazing person and should train other servers how to treat people correctly. The food has been amazing both times we are there. First time, I had the smash burger and it was absolutely fantastic. So tender and delicious. This time, I had the crispy chicken sandwich which was crunchy and tender. The fries are very good but very peppery. My husband loved his half rack of ribs because they were so meaty and delicious. Not sure why some of the reviews are negative. It's a great restaurant with great people and great food. Check them out.

We ended up here on a Saturday night by chance. We had a party of 5 and a baby so we put ourselves on the online waitlist. Arrived and it said 5-10 more minutes, we were number 1 on the list. Watched 2 larger parties go ahead of us while our list still said we were next. Finally we asked the hostess. They had lost us or something. They quickly put something together but we waited over an hour total. The first thing I noticed was how miserable the hosts all looked. No smiles, barely a peep out of them. Luckily, our server turned it all around. She was fun and bubbly and fast! We got the sampler platter - those southwestern egg rolls are amazing! My spicy margarita was mediocre. My burger (I can't remember the name but it had avocado) was huge and delicious. Perfectly prepared! Overall, I would give it another shot but maybe not on a busy night!

This Chili's franchise restaurant was recently remodeled and reopened, and my husband really wanted to check it out. The interior of the restaurant has a more open layout. Our seating hostess and waiters served us on time and spoke nicely with us. The menu includes many of our old favorites and some new foods: appetizers (e.g., wings, queso, and fried mozzarella), salads, soups, fajitas, chicken crispers, burgers and other sandwiches, quesadillas, steaks, pasta, ribs, a few desserts, sides (e.g., mashed potatoes and Mexican rice), and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Most of the foods are very high in calories, and a few healthier options are available. My husband and I ordered our usual appetizer, the skillet beef queso with tortilla chips. For my main course, I ate the half rack of baby-back ribs with sides of fries and cheddar mac and cheese (very cheesy!), and they tasted delicious. My husband ate a chicken fajita. He described the chicken as "tender" and "good."

Servers are incredibly kind and go out of their way to make sure you have a good dining experience. Food was just what it should be at a chilis - good for the value. Will be returning

Drinks and apps. Checking out the new Chili's from the bar. The staff is attentive and friendly and my friend and I ordered appetizers to enjoy at the bar with our drinks. Our triple Dipper was perfect. We enjoyed it and didn't take a pic. We loved the margaritas. I had the patron frozen and the spicy one - both great. My friend had the presidente and really enjoyed it. A perfect spot for a Friday night.

Me when they told me they can't make chicken tenders

Waited 35 minutes in an empty restaurant. Poor, rude service. The chicken tasted rubbery and microwaved.

My friend recommended the black bean dip, and it was quite good. I'm a guac/salsa & chips girl, but this was a nice change. It was flavorful and had a nice smoky kick from chipotle. Sadly, this is another Mexican place that has eliminated the free chips & salsa. For my entree - a Mad Mex bowl with shrimp. The grilled corn was a great addition. The faro was a bit thick with the other items, but the grilled peppers & onion, with fresh cherry tomatoes, avocado, and shrimp were really good. I did ask a server for some salsa, and she brought a small ramekin of this *fabulous* pineapple habanero salsa that she said was her fave, and I quickly saw why. Excellent stuff - the pineapple really sings with a zip of citrus & heat. Yum! My friend got his usual - the crispy Baja tacos. The 3 tacos were crammed with cornmeal breaded & fried tilapia, slaw, avocado, cilantro, and topped with a zingy chipotle aioli. The only negative to me was the flour tortillas; I'm a corn tortilla girl. That dish came with rice o & beans. It was a TON of food. We each ended up taking food home. It was a nice lunch. Service was ok. Next time I come, I'll either try their signature burrito or - my friend's sister's fave: the wings (at a Mexican joint?!?). My friend - who has been coming for years - thought the prices had gone up on the menu. Almost $18 for *tilapia* fish tacos is definitely a bit much. Still, I would try it again. Love the decor inside. The place is huge. Great for big parties.

Some things that I wish were a little smoother include: - not placing us with a baby directly under a strong cold air vent - faster service for both drink refills and getting our food out, this took extremely long on a weekday evening Overall we had a decently good time and I'd consider coming back for happy hour or late night happy hour, but it's unfortunately not high up on my list for a regular meal based on how long everything took.

The filling is already super flavorful, so you don't necessarily need extra toppings, but I like adding extra onions and cilantro. For me, a lot of the salsas were extra spicy, so my recommendation is to taste them before putting them on the taco. The ones I got honestly didn't need any extra added flavor. It's 2026, everyone can do tacos these days. If you can't accept that, you can't accept America as the melting pot it is. Land of the umarginalized kinda marginalized... still marginals, but less so. Huh? Whatever. Onto the food and reasoning for myself wandering the shockingly perky streets of Pittsburgh. In no way do I assert that the people of Pittsburgh are percilicious. In fact the opposite. I simply mean I'm shocked by how many restaurants and bars there are down the two lanes of street in the entire city. I shan't disclose too much of myself or my doings but I had some business to attend to. Notice I did not say to take care of. Because I wasn't there for that. In fact, I shouldn't even have been there. I was, in a sense, brought to entertain. There is no shame to it, I will call it as it is. A corporate dummy sent to use his striking swagger and suave to keep others content as they do dealings of mediocrity. Fine by me. You know what else was fine by me? These tacos. Got a variety of them. All were actually really good. Taco shells were actually texturable and the creations were not overwhelming or insistent - yet they were different enough and worked well in complimentary and contrasting ways. What was more fantastic is I sat in silence the entire time as the four attending with me - of whom I'd not call colleagues or acquaintances - more so, people I share in work with; As they gossiped until their tongues fell out of their mouth. Luckily, I was not tasked with the "project" of picking them up off the ground. Instead I hit back a light Corona in order to fit in to the atmosphere and fit in to my role as a collaborator. See you later? Probably not. My days in Pittsburgh will always be minimal, but if you're in the area would definitely stop in. You'll have a pleasant time and a tasty meal.
