Obsessed with Chili's and especially this location! Every time I go the staff is very friendly and on top of it. The food is always good! I don't often see people ordering it but their chicken tortilla soup is one of my favorites. Also, getting the triple dipper is a must! When it is really busy it can sometimes feel a little crowded.

Crispy Chicken Crispers Combo was very good.

My husband and I had been back twice since Chilis reopened. Both times were excellent. The restaurant is run like a well oiled machine from the minute you walk in to eat and leave. The serving staff are excellent. They are happy, kind, caring and want to make sure you are happy from the moment you sit down. Tonight, we had the pleasure of being served by Kelsey. She was one of the best servers that we have had at any restaurant. She knows good service and how to treat people with respect and kindness. She regularly checked in to ensure that we were ok and got what we needed in a timely fashion. There was a man sitting alone and she showed him such care and concern. She's an amazing person and should train other servers how to treat people correctly. The food has been amazing both times we are there. First time, I had the smash burger and it was absolutely fantastic. So tender and delicious. This time, I had the crispy chicken sandwich which was crunchy and tender. The fries are very good but very peppery. My husband loved his half rack of ribs because they were so meaty and delicious. Not sure why some of the reviews are negative. It's a great restaurant with great people and great food. Check them out.

We ended up here on a Saturday night by chance. We had a party of 5 and a baby so we put ourselves on the online waitlist. Arrived and it said 5-10 more minutes, we were number 1 on the list. Watched 2 larger parties go ahead of us while our list still said we were next. Finally we asked the hostess. They had lost us or something. They quickly put something together but we waited over an hour total. The first thing I noticed was how miserable the hosts all looked. No smiles, barely a peep out of them. Luckily, our server turned it all around. She was fun and bubbly and fast! We got the sampler platter - those southwestern egg rolls are amazing! My spicy margarita was mediocre. My burger (I can't remember the name but it had avocado) was huge and delicious. Perfectly prepared! Overall, I would give it another shot but maybe not on a busy night!

Drinks and apps. Checking out the new Chili's from the bar. The staff is attentive and friendly and my friend and I ordered appetizers to enjoy at the bar with our drinks. Our triple Dipper was perfect. We enjoyed it and didn't take a pic. We loved the margaritas. I had the patron frozen and the spicy one - both great. My friend had the presidente and really enjoyed it. A perfect spot for a Friday night.

Me when they told me they can't make chicken tenders

Waited 35 minutes in an empty restaurant. Poor, rude service. The chicken tasted rubbery and microwaved.

Chorizo Cheese Dip - salty, savory, creamy perfection. We almost licked the bowl clean, no lies. Queso birria Tacos (w/ rice & beans) - I'm calling it right now: hands down the best birria I've EVER had. The corn tortillas were crisped to perfection. Plus, cilantro on the side? My sister got the chimichanga and liked it, but didn't like that it was only beef inside. She loved the plantains though! I was very excited to try El Sabor based on the several high reviews, but I was a bit disappointed. Maybe I set my expectations too high? The food was pretty good, but the meat to veggie ratio was way off for the fajitas I ordered. I ordered the trio fajitas (chicken, steak, & shrimp) and asked to only do the steak & shrimp, and to just do bigger portions of those two instead of having the chicken. There was barely any steak, and just a huge amount of peppers & onions. I don't mind paying $20 for decently portioned fajitas, but I was pretty disappointed that there was barely any meat. I would have liked more shrimp on there as well. I'm left with mixed opinions honestly. It wasn't necessarily a bad experience, just a little disappointing. Most folks seem to love it, so I'd say to leave it to your own judgment and give it a try!

It's a very lively space with a not-too-adventurous menu (great for less adventurous grandparents). It was dependable, comforting, and exactly what I wanted when I didn't feel like cooking but also didn't want disappointment wrapped in a tortilla. Now we've traded actual chicken breast for chopped chicken thighs, and somehow I'm supposed to pretend it's the same thing? It's not. Different texture, different taste, different experience entirely. The old burrito was a warm hug. The new one feels like someone saying "best we can do." And yes, I know the menu is massive and endlessly customizable. But sometimes people don't want innovation. Sometimes they just want the thing they've been ordering for years without it getting "updated." At the very least, give customers the option to substitute chicken breast for the thighs. Everybody wins: the thigh enthusiasts stay happy, and the rest of us can reunite with the burrito we've been missing. The service is always spot on and the atmosphere is great...now to figure out what my new "old standby" order will be. Decisions.....decisions!

For my main, I asked if they could add soy-chorizo to the mushroom and cheese enchilada and the waiter said they were not able to, which was a little disappointing. I ended up getting the enchilada with just soy-chorizo. It was tasty, but the soy-chorizo was a bit dry. My husband enjoyed the steak burrito, but found their hibiscus juice a bit too sweet.

The best one had to be the al pastor because it wasn't dry and had lots of flavor. I opted for the red morita spicy sauce, and trust it actually has spice and kick to it. The tacos are double layered, which is nice. Decent meal for a Tuesday dinner, their menu is pretty basic for a taco place. For instance, their only dessert is churros with chocolate sauce.
