I've been to this Chili's about 3 times now and each time was good. The servers are really friendly and never make me feel like it's a bother for me to be there, like some of the other restaurants near by (JLs BBQ especially). Anyway today I had a great experience! My server was so nice and her service was great! We didn't have to ask for a refill on drinks. The food tasted good and all, but one reason I couldn't give a full 5 is because their limes were very dry and looked a little old. I also ordered a chicken Tex mex bowl which was delicious but I only ended up with 2 very thin slices of avocado. It had also came with very little lettuce and an overly large amount of cheese. Other than those minor issues everything was fantastic! I recommend this place to go if you'd like nice customer service. It's also very clean inside as well. read more

Food: decent Service: poor It was nice to walk in and be seated right away. Once we sat down we waited about ten minutes and no one approached the the table, greeted us or took our drink orders. The manager happened to be standing at the front of the restaurant so my husband approached her and let her know we still had not had our drink orders taken. After that service got a little better, there were a few things forgotten with my order that we had to ask for again. My husband really liked his chicken sandwich. I got the ribs and they were just ok, but the chips and guacamole were very good. Overall the experience was just ok, the manager did give us complementary drinks which was nice. Unfortunately there are not many other options in this area so hopefully they get better with time. For now I would recommend sticking with their Tex mex options and you will be good. read more

I haven't eaten at chili's in some time since it's always the same old thing. Took my son to dinner here a week ago and they actually had some new and tasty looking items on the menu! I tried a flatbread pizza entree with chicken and avocado and it was delicious. While we waited for our food, we were able to try the digital kiosk which they now have at each table. It wasn't until I got our bill that I realized some of the games on the kiosk cost money. Overall I wouldn't say it was worth $35 for a small dinner for two and sodas. Service was sub par. Won't be playing the kiosk again if we return. read more

Chicken-bacon-ranch quesadillas: under-cooked. Just a few toasting marks. The tortillas were still almost white instead of toasty golden-brown like they should be. I ordered the extra ranch that comes with this. It really makes a difference with this dish. I didn't get that either. I don't think this was the order-takers' fault, she repeated it all back to me correctly. This was late in the afternoon between lunch and dinner rushes so I can't attribute it to that. The previous experience the missus had at this location was about the same. She had a steak, it was undercooked. She politely asked for a little more fire on it. When it came back it still wasn't right. Her broccoli was undercooked (are you sensing a theme here?) and tough. It should've been fixed when the steak was sent back but wasn't. Her friends order was also incorrect. The waitress was nice and did her job well. If you have an aversion to heat, like polar bears, snowmen and menapausal women then this is the place for you! My husband and I stopped by for quick dinner while we were on our way back to Texas. We ordered the 3 for $10 special which includes a drink, a soup, and an entree. My husband and I shared the meal. During our meal, she asked us if we need anything else and we asked her if she can refill my water and my husband's lemonade iced tea. She never came back. Instead, we asked for a to go lemonade iced tea drink when she came back for the check. I believe that the level of service should be the same no matter what the total bill is. Initially, before we got served, my husband thought of leaving a tip equivalent to a two people dining with two entree regardless of the cost of our bill. We were traveling through and stopped for lunch. The hostess desk in the front was very dirty and cluttered. It was not busy by any means but we were told to wait, politely though, and she cleaned off a table so we were assuming that is the one we would be seated at, but she continued to clean probably 4 more. I ordered a steak...A Char crusted sirloin, something I expected to be tender and flavorful. The steak was so tough I had a had a hard time cutting it. I really Love eating at Chili's, it is my favorite Restaurant. It is really close to our house. I love all their Salads especially the QUESADILLA EXPLOSION SALAD. I have 2 children and their selection for Kids is more than what most Restaurants offer. I like it that Chili's offers a Wide Variety of Food Chicken,Seafood,Salads, Sandwiches,Steaks,ect. Most Restaurants only offer one type of food. Chili's is always offering some great deals like 2 Dinners for $20. You can't beat that. Chili's is one of my favorite restaurants but this one in Pryor is the worst Chili's I have ever eaten at. This is the 3rd time we have eaten there and we had problems all 3 times. This time we ordered take out and did not get all of our order and the burger had grease dripping off of it. There was like 6 French fries in the container. The other time we went in and they did not have cream for coffee, took a long time to get service, Salad had to be remade and it took over 20 minutes to get it, they forgot to bring our soup, and we did not get drink refills. Service is slow getting a waitress to take your order or getting a refill for drinks. This Chili's was good when we first moved to Pryor a few years ago. I do not know what happened but I will not go back. Getting one bad service can be expected from time to time but to get bad service 3 times is not acceptable. read more
