I stopped at Chilis in Russellville Sunday around 4PM the place wasn't very busy . We got seated right away but was never acknowledged by the waiter. He was three tables away waiting on people who already had their food and never even looked in our direction just kept walking off back into the kitchen. After 20 minutes we got tired and walked out and had a great meal at Sumos down the road. With all the bad reviews on here including two years back I would think the manager would want to walk the floor and see what's going on as you see at most other establishments. read more

Went in and sat for 25 minutes without ever being acknowledged, tried waiving done a server multiple times. We drove 30 minutes to get here from Clarksville. We decided to walk out and leave after almost 30 minutes of literally 0 service. When we walked out nobody said a word or tried to remedy the situation at all. Sat down at the bar at 9pm on Friday. We waited five minutes to be acknowledged. Two associates stood ten feet away one staring at her phone. There were no other customers sitting at the bar. Had to wipe down the bar myself. Another one folding napkins or something behind us. Ordered Vodka Tonics and the tonic was old and stale Tasted like dirty water. Charged me for it even after I complained. The food was over salted. An employee stood two feet in front of us for ten minutes washing glasses at the bar and never even looked up or said hi. Very awkward. Poor service, below average food. No focus on the customer. Avoid this Chilis. read more

Went two nights in a row and there were issues both evenings. The first evening, they quoted us a 20 min wait but we waited 1hr 8 mins for a table. We had a good experience except for that (and our margaritas coming out in the wrong glasses and without the garnish because they were out). Night two, two of us had hair in our food. All I can say is WOW. In an hour, we couldn't get burgers and fries, didn't have anything to drink half the time we were there, and then got charged $47 for a burger, wings, and chips/salsa because the waitress was confused about what check went with what. A tear rolls down my cheek as I try to relive my experience with this Chili's from a few days ago... however I will push through. It was a cool, overcast evening as a large group of friends and I approached the eatery, looking to relieve our famished selves. Once we entered the doors, we were told that our wait would be about 10 minutes, though we had already called ahead in order to prepare them for our arrival. Heartbroken but undeterred, my friends and I waited the 10 minutes as stated by the staff before we tried our luck again. To our utter horror, they told us that it would ANOTHER 10 minutes, and furthermore in a rather snotty fashion. We decided to take our business elsewhere, tails between our legs, feeling lost in this cold, cold Chili's-less world. We spent 1 hr 50 min in this place last night for two adults and one child to eat. We were seated promptly but everything else took FOREVER. Appetizer took 25 min. Had to ask for napkins. Finally got my food, wife received part of hers and son received nothing. Her food was nearly cold by the time the rest arrived and rice was not cooked. Son finally received his. Had to continuously wait for drink refills. Decided to get our dessert to go and it took forever. We were over charged but I was just ready to get out of the restaurant and just paid it. If you have a group over 4 I do not recommend to many times I have stayed over an hour to get my seat and something has went wrong! Today for instance we sit for close to two hours and I go to see my place and it says oops something went wrong I go in and speak to the person at the front and he says it's because you have 8 people and he continues to sit multiple people down! Fries tasted like old grease. One entree was wrong so they were going to fix it. Took forever and we finally asked to have it brought out to go. Waited some more. Finally got it. Had to wait for the dessert to come out to go. Go to pay--they had charged us for an extra meal. So our food was bad, wrong, slow, and they charged us extra.
