I ordered the plant-based pancake slam with hashbrowns and a cup of fruit from Denny's through door dash at 1255 am and it said that my order will be delivered at approximately 129am. On the app it shows that the door dash driver is waiting for the order and shows that the time for delivery keeps getting later. It is now scheduled for delivery at am 227am. The food was not good and it was cold and I didn't get everything that I ordered. Will not be eating there again. read more

Was out of just about everything we first tried to order. Both ordered breakfast after nothing else available we wanted, only 2-3 tables used including us. After waiting about 20 minutes, I noticed our food sitting in the widows for pick up. After about 5 minutes I asked if that was ours, the server said yes waiting on eggs. 5 more minutes go by and I ask again for status of our cooling food sitting in the window. The server then asks the cook who looks confused, probably his natural look. Instead of making eggs the cook starts reading and working on orders that came in 10 minutes after ours. Stopped in on a Saturday night and seated promptly. Service was great and food came out quickly and hot. Kid had chicken tenders and bacon which he enjoyed with some of my hash browns and hubbys fries. Hubby had quarter pound cheeseburger with fresh veggies on it. Located right off Interstate 40, this restaurant provided a perfect place to briefly meet an old friend as we drove through the area at about 8am one Thursday morning. The waitresses were as nice as could be and didn't push us about ordering big meals. My husband had coffee and ordered sides of bacon and hash browns along with a small order of a specialty right now, blueberry hush puppies. I had to try the latter and found them dangerously good. They were served with a small vat of butter. This is a location I'll keep in mind when in the area again. If I could post this without a star I would! I live in California and my mother is elderly and by herself. I ordered the Thanksgiving turkey dinner for her to be delivered through door dash, delivery was not the problem. My mother's Turkey and stuffing was dry, she said the mashed potatoes were horrible... all she ate was the pumpkin pie and she liked that. Before writing this I tried calling, someone picked up and hung up. Super disappointed when I was trying to do something nice so far away. Serivce was amazing!! As soon as walked up to the front of the restaurant, the greeter was smiling (I could see her smile from afar)! She sat me down quickly, where I preferred and brought me my beverages of choice (fresh hot coffee and ice cold orange juice). I received my beverages with three minutes of sitting down! Like clockwork, my waitress (Sylvia) was there to take my order! My food came out fresh and hot and to the specifics I asked for (shelled eggs, scrambled, with the Pecan Pancakes)! She was serving two other tables and more guest where coming in and she was incredibly aware and ensured we all felt important and prioritized! Hello, I am Margaret and I was born in 1941. At 79 years of age, I have seen it all. Or so I thought. Today I came into your establishment hoping for a T bone steak for an early supper. Lately I have been dozing off in my Lazy Boy chair at 4 pm each day lately so I try to make the most of my waking hours. Today I stopped in to get this meal crossed off my list and I attempted to order the steak. I was informed you were out of them. I audibly gasped. Now I can adapt, but my trusty companion Rex had his heart set on the bone leftover. I usually leave quite a bit of the meat on there for him, more than I should but he's been nothing but the best dog I've ever had. One time I slipped before I got the no step shower installed and he somehow got out of the house to alert a neighbor. Probably saved my life as well as awarding a job to a local contractor. I guess the point is, you should have a chat with whoever does the food ordering. T bones are the finest entry on your menu and to be out of them is just shameful. It's like wearing a skirt above the knees or kissing on a first date. It's not ladylike so I assume it's a man handling that task. Next time Rex and I want a t bone I will be going elsewhere for my purchase. Your early bird and senior coupons are almost too good to pass up but I will be darned if I am going to risk life and limb and other people's lives and limbs (I'm too stubborn to surrender my license though I'm nearly deaf in both ears not to mention my reaction time is in the dumps) to be turned away and have to call my grandson to google other places near me that sell t bones. Came here for a great breakfast (since I had quite a high expectations after coming from Houston) with my mom & little sister. The service was pretty slow. I ordered the Ham & Cheese omelette and my sister got pancakes. The hot chocolate was pretty bland, there was no whipped cream on top. The pancakes were good. The Bacon was super dry.. The omelette looks like the Ham was cut messily, stacked on the plate.. they didn't even have the right cheese.. then the egg was just placed right on top. The hash browns were under cooked and not good. The bread was a bit overcooked. Overall, it wasn't a very pleasant experience and we paid $20 for the meal. Would I suggest this place? I placed an order online as we are just driving through and planned to stop to get gas. I went in to get the prepaid order and was told they were out of the ingredients to make 1 of the 2 meals I ordered. They told me that they "don't do refunds" so because I could not wait for the to make something else I ended up having to leave with the one burger that now cost me $25. I went in to place a Togo order and the older woman with the short pixie cut literally huffed in annoyance at the sight of me. She then told me to take my mask off. I drive all over the country and then go back home to my family, if a mask makes me feel safer doing my job then why is that such a big deal to some people? Our family of 5 is traveling across the county in an RV and stopping at as many Denny's as possible. We stopped at the Russellville location after a long drive and our server, Meeghaan, could not have been more patient and pleasant with our 3 kids. Not only was she very helpful when we ordered and even made a point of chatting with the kids, allowing them to tell her all about our trip. Passing along a review. My husband wrote directly to Denny's. Being a Dennys at a truck stop, a majority of your clientele are going to be truck drivers, many of them on a time constraint, or exhausted and wanting to eat a meal and get some rest. Tonight, I was one who needed to eat and get some sleep. I hadn't eaten all day and was looking forward to a hot meal. I walked in and sat at the counter. A young lady gave me a water and said the waitress would be right with me. There were about ten customers total in the restaurant. 5....10....15... minutes went by and I watched as waitstaff were talking to each other, talking to other people there. Numerous times I tried to get the attention of someone and I was either not heard or just ignored. I had finished my water, so now I was still hungry and getting thirsty again. After 20 minutes of being ignored, I walked out, and instead of a decent hot meal, I sat in my truck and had two lunch meat sandwiches on bread that probably should have just been thrown out. If it weren't for truck drivers, Denny's wouldn't get the food delivered that you serve, it would be a really good idea to actually treat the people who make your business possible with some respect and serve them in a timely manner. If you like rude waiters, sub par and cold food, waiting for 45 minutes not once but multiple times we visited. We are local and there is not much choice for late night breakfast here but we will go to the Waffle House from now on should the need arise. We always leave hungry. While portions are oversized most places this place is the opposite. Not into their huge bready pancakes so that leaves fewer options for fill up meals. I am not paying steak house prices for their "entrees" that taste like they were made a truck stop, which they are. Truck stop food is offended by Dennys. At least it fills you up and is good half the time. I will say the 2,4, 6 and 8 menu is a nice touch and I have had decent things on those and it's super nice to feed kids but Dennys will always be a last resort to me now because of the Russellville location. read more

The Denny's where I live aren't great so I was pleasantly surprised when visiting this Denny's. It's large and clean. I remembered a limited menu but now there's lots to choose from. I especially liked the fancier pancakes with fruit even chocolate. The servers have been good every time I've visited. read more

Stopped into Denny's tonight. This is the first time I've ate at a Denny's for dinner. This location is in the flying J truck stop. It obviously caters to travellers on the highway and the trucking community. The restaurant was very clean and the wait was non existent. Our waitress Crystal came over quickly and took our order and brought us drinks. She was very friendly and helpful. We put in our special requests and our food arrived quickly and tasted excellent.
