Dinner was okay. My husband enjoyed his chicken and waffles but also thought there was too much breading on the chicken. I requested my steak Pittsburg style med-rare, the cook didn't think he could do that. Well it looked pretty good but was more to medium to medium well. The hubby will eat it later for a snack. We eat at chili's in my regular location at least every week. I didn't understand why no one here wanted to go - that is until I ordered take out myself. Corn was soaked in water - maybe eating at 9pm isn't a good idea if everything sits all day. The Caesar salad was romaine and one crouton - no cheese. The paradise poor was so solidly frozen that it couldn't be cut with a knife. Ice cream melted by the time we could even try the dessert. Note to mgmt - when ordering take out, it's irritating to get food, like chips, with instructions to microwave since we may not have one handy. Didn't really matter because the chips apparently had been cooked in old oil since they had that burnt "almost rancid" oil taste. The margarita chicken was a weird flat triangular maybe chicken product?, burnt too, with less than a spoonful of chopped tomatoes as the topping. The rest wass equally inedible. Even though we were super hungry it all ended up in the trash. Is this store always this horrible? I though chili's was usually fairly consistent regardless of region but this was too awful to give it another try. read more

My husband and I have had date night pretty regularly at this Chili's since it opened. We have always had great service. However, this Friday evening 5-18-18 around 6:30 pm CDT was not a good experience. We sat at the bar and ordered drinks and waters while we decided what food to order. I needed to take medicine, so I reminded the bartender that I would like a water. After we waited a bit longer I said,"May I please have a water when you get a chance?" The bartender looked at me and snapped, "Yeh -- when I get a chance!" We were sitting directly in front of her at the bar the whole time we waited. There is no need to act that way to a customer politely requesting water. I would've ignored the fact she had her partially eaten chick-fil-A meal open and lying out on the back bar and her flip interactions with the wait staff. However, once she treated me so rudely I realized she may just be someone who isn't cut out for a job where it is important to be civil to others, especially paying customers with an increasing number of resteraunts from which to choose. read more

My first time visiting this restaurant here in Arkansas. We had terrible service! I ordered a margarita when we first got seated, she didn't come back till after 30mins saying they didn't have all of the stuff to make my drink. I ordered a beer and everything was fine . We ordered our food, we waiting probably an hour on our food . My mother's steak was re-made 3 times until they got it right . My sisters pasta was freezing cold & we had another steak that came with asparagus. They ended up being out out of asparagus and didn't even tell us until the food came out ! We where very upset with this dinner tonight the manager was nice enough to take one of our steaks off . Barely saw the server our whole dinner ! Very disappointed. read more

Food great. Somewhat friendly waitress. Could had been better with a smile or two. There couple hours, never saw a smile at our table or to anyone .need to get training how to deal with children. Had to keep asking for refills and extra napkins. When you have a 1 year old at a table and a customer orders full rack of ribs lots of napkins should be kept at the table. Regular Mac and cheese should be ordered as a side. A baby will waste more Mac and cheese then what will be eaten if have to order a full order of Mac and cheese. Exceptions should be made. Attitude for sure needs help. The half high chairs was really great. Wish more places had then. read more

Food was ok. Service was awful. We waited 20 minutes to be seated, which was fine. But after being seated it took another 10 minutes for our server to take our drink order. Ok not bad. After another 10 minutes we had drinks and a appetizer. Still ok. After the next 10 we receive our food but never another drink refill. Upon finally preparing to leave l ask for a towelette (I had ribs) and after waiting another 15 minutes I just give up and leave never seeing our server again. read more

Either Chili's has changed their original chicken crispers or this place just simply can't cook them right. I'm not a picky eater but the original chicken crispers are so damn good that is all I get there. But since they can't cook them I don't go anymore. Sure they have other good food, appetizers and desserts, but this one was my favorite. So sad read more

Chili's isn't my favorite and only went here because someone had gave me a gift card. And to their credit it was a Friday nite at 7 pm when we went, so they were busy. After a 30 minute wait to get seated we waited another 10 minutes before we saw a waitress to take our drink order ,and then 15 more minutes before the waitress brought us our drinks and took an order. The food came after a surprisingly short wait. The food was fair, Ordered a mushroom cheeseburger and the menu stated that they cooked all their burgers well done and if you desired pink let them now however I did not ask for pink in my burger it was pretty raw in the middle. The place could use a good cleaning as well, the floor was slippery with a film of grease on it. I believe if I am ever gifted another gift card I will pass it along to someone else and not waste my time read more

Been eating Chili's for many years and this was pretty disappointing. Food took to long, when thru two baskets of chips and sauce before served. Had to ask for napkins and silverware. Fajitas came but had to wait for utensils and tortillas. Flavor of fajita meat was bland. Took about 15 minutes to get our water. All in all pretty bad. read more

Stopped here while on the road traveling. First off the people were very friendly but the service not that good. The bartender was not behind the bar when we sat down but the manager was. He started washing glasses and chatting with another at the bar prior to even greeting us. he then asked us if we were helped, which obviously we were not since there was nothing in front of me. He asked if we wanted a drink, and after a conversation about what IPAs he had, I asked if i could try one. He said that they do not give samples. Surprised I asked why and he said the independant owner did not allow that. It is the most absurd policy I have ever heard of!! He recommended an "IPA" to my friend and is was a wheat beer so he has no clue about beer. When I told him she did not like it, he said he would get her another and dumped the 20oz beer down the drain. When I told him how ridiculous their policy was, he seemed to agree. Its very simple, if you wanna sell beer, people need a shot glass sample to determine if they like something. It's not that difficult. The food was crappy so if there are any other options in this town, i would try them next time. read more

Chili's is my favorite restaurant and has been for a while now; I am a rewards member and try to visit at least once a week. The food is great as well as the atmosphere and overall experience of the restaurant. I am saying this because for me to leave a one-star review at my favorite restaurant is wild; however I would leave zero stars if Yelp allowed. Our experience at Chili's in Russellville started out great: our server was great, the food was amazing, and our drinks took a little bit but we did not complain because it was during their busiest hours. Toward the end of our night, a staff member by the name of Haley was unnecessarily rude. Time and time again, she came to our table and told us to quiet down; and at one point she threatened to have us escorted out of the premises for being "too loud". I did not understand what she meant, as the restaurant was full of people on a Saturday night and she was asking our party table to be quiet whilst everyone in the restaurant was chattering and the people at the bar were yelling watching the game. I looked around and noticed we were the only table of color; I am not sure if this was the sole reason, but I stand firm in knowing this played a part. I left a review after making our payment letting the restaurant know that we felt racially profiled and treated unfairly by the staff, which has never happened at any Chili's I've visited. If you want to enjoy food and drinks, I absolutely recommend Chili's; however, if you're Afro-Latino, or just Afro.. or even just Latino.. you can drive down I-40 for about 35 extra minutes and visit Chili's in Conway instead. read more

This was my second time eating here at Chilis in Russellville, first time was bad but not bad enough to write about in a review. Mostly lack of management and staff not knowing where to seat us, I had to write a review this time to warn other customers about my experience, we waited 35 minutes to be seated, another 15 to get drinks delivered to the table, ordered the two for $20 deal, the server brought the wrong appetizer, the fries were cold, the ribs were rubbery and gross, the chicken crispers were so tough I couldn't cut through them with my fork, I asked for the manager, was greeted by an extremely rude woman who basically said I was wrong for my food being old and cold, never again will I go to this joke of a restaurant. Apparently since they serve 1000 customers a week (what the older woman manager told me) they don't have time to provide us with decent service. Chilis you need to get a better, friendlier manager, until then I will never come back and will continue to warn my friends about this Awful place. read more

Saturday afternoon, around 3pm, place wasn't really busy but had a few tables.. Was seated very quickly, our extremely loud waitress took our drink orders & brought those, said she'd be right back for our order. 15 minutes later as we are sitting there looking around for our waitress, another sweet lady knowing we were getting a bit frustrated, took our order. Approx. 4 minutes later, our extremely loud waitress came sliding into the table, slammed her hands on the table & said she had been out back looking for a broom. Said she'd get our order in asap. Food came out, we sat & ate... As usual my husband finished before me, the waitress who originally took our order (not our waitress) cleared his plate as our waitress was no where to be found. She also came back a few minutes later to refill his drink. Our waitress finally made an appearance at our table, knocked into the table, (my husband & I were playing trivia), picked up the little handheld thing we were playing on, turned it over so that she could see it, and proceeded to ask my husband who took his plates and that was her job. She then asked if I was still eating plainly watching me eat. She was loud, rude & offensive to us. To say the least, she received a tip of $0 & if we do decide to eat there again...
