We were greeted in a timely manner and were able to put the kids orders in when they took our drink orders ( thank heavens) After close to 1 hour after our food orders were taken, we were served COLD food! Honestly, if I could give 0 stars I would. Worst dining experience in a long time. Came for a late lunch yesterday (Sunday 5/15/22) with my family and from the beginning, the waitress was somewhat rude and hard to find. We finally ordered and that was it. We sat and sat and sat. No waitress returned. Appetizer was brought over by some random server who proceeded to basically toss the plate on the table on top of all the silverware and napkins. Then after waiting a LONG time more, my husband's grandmother (who is 90) had to call some other random server over to ask where our food was. He didn't know, didn't go check for us either. So when the food FINALLY did come, it was all cold. The corn was so soggy like it had been sitting in water all day. The ribs were dry and tasted old and reheated. The chicken crispy things did not look or anything like the photos and were greasy and cold. Dry meat and missing ingredients for the fajitas (ordered 3 meat, only served 2) the cheese in the quesadillas was cold and dry, was not melted at all. When my mother in law asked for a refill, the waitress decided that it was more of a priority to go over instead and take an order from a table of 8 behind us. HORRIBLE experience. I visited this location with my children and its not properly suited for outdoor dining. We only stayed to have dinner because it was my sons request for his birthday. I would expect more from large food chain. I recommend an inclosed tent and heat lamps and proper lighting. We are nearing November and the nights are cold. read more

They have you park in selected number parking and they come out to your car. You don't have to leave your seat! Bravo to this management staff or corporation who thought of this brilliant idea. For a while it had seemed like they were short staffed and there was always something off, either a long wait time to sit or a long wait to get the food but these last two times we've visited everything was on point. Today my family decided to order Chili's through UberEats and we were surprised at how fast our order came. On our Chili's order my dad had his cheeseburger and I had sliders and I was impressed at how good they tasted and Dad was very happy with his cheeseburger. Since it was Cinco De Mayo today my mom had fajitas and she was happy with the way they tasted but the only thing she disliked was having the fajita meat on the bottom of the box and I don't know why Chili's did this but the food was good. OK, we have a been here for a long time because we didn't care for the food but we decided to give it another chance. We are so glad we did because the food was the delicious! The recommendation from our server angel was cherry blossom Margarita and it was awesome. If you look at the pictures you'll see The food is really appealing as it is but to taste it was awesome. The jalapeno chedder sausage is a must have. Great rib eye, chicken strips& the guacamole was really good. The street corn is so good if we didn't have so much food I probably would order another 1. Clean your bathrooms... not sure when they were cleaned last... gross!! Caked on black stains on the floors... someone should be bleach scrubbing the toilets and the tiles nightly, and clearly they are not. There should be an option for zero stars. To say the service here sucks would be the understatement of the year. The hostess gets props for seating us promptly but it was all downhill from there. We understand that dinner time on a Saturday night is busy and a slight delay is completely understandable but this place went above and beyond to disappoint. After placing our food and beverage order we waited for 25 minutes and didn't even get utensils, let alone beverages or our appetizer. Side note - our server passed through our section at least 5 times after taking our order without even checking in to see how we were doing. I've been here so often I have lost count! What keeps me coming back you? The price.You simply cannot beat a decent $22 dinner for two that includes two full sized entrees with two sides and an appetizer. If you are a My Chili's Rewards member like myself, you are first to hear about their promotions and occasionally you will receive a coupon to score a free dessert or appetizer with your meal. As a member, they send you a coupon via email for a free dessert on your birthday. I have tried pretty much everything from their "2 for" menu. My boyfriend on the other hand always orders the same thing: Crispy Honey-Chipotle Chicken Crispers®. They are elevated chicken strips hand-battered in a type of seasoned, buttermilk breading, deep fried, then coated in a sweet and spicy sauce. It normally comes with two sides: a sweet corn on the cob and fries. However you are permitted to change up your sides to other choices from their sides menu list. You also get an appetizer to share with the "2 for" deal. Our favorite appetizer to order are the Texas Cheese Fries. You get fries placed in a cast iron skillet topped with a melted 3-cheese blend, a generous helping of crispy, applewood smoked bacon, jalapeños slices, and garnished with fresh green onions. It is served with their house-made ranch. We've tried other appetizers like their tortilla chips and salsa but I'm not a fan. The chips are strangely paper thin. I prefer a tortilla chip with more heft and substance. Lol When it comes to this place, because the food is so ordinary, I try to venture out and try new things. You will rarely find me ordering the same menu items during two consecutive visits. I've had everything from the Crispy Honey-Chipotle Chicken Crispers® to a sirloin steak. I love the Crispy Honey-Chipotle Chicken Crispers® as much as my boyfriend does but lately I've been ordering the Classic Sirloin 6 oz steak. It's seasoned and topped with melted garlic butter and they cook the steak just the way you like it. The steak is served with loaded mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli but as with all their entrees, you can change your side to something else from their sides menu. The last time I ordered the classic sirloin steak I got it with a side of broccoli and fries. The broccoli was a little overcooked. I appreciate their menu and how it clearly states the calorie count. This allows you the opportunity to customize your meal and go for the healthier options. As far as their desserts are concerned, the selection is limited but my favorite is the Skillet Chocolate Chip Cookie. A big chocolate chip cookie, that is large enough to feed two people comfortably, is baked in a mini cast iron skillet, then topped with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream and a generous drizzling of hot fudge. Unfortunately the cookie tastes like the processed, pre-mixed Pillsbury cookie dough that you can purchase in a tube at the grocery store. Those who have experience cooking this type of cookie dough know that sometimes the cookie is prone to burn and overcook faster than freshly mixed cookie dough. Such is the case with the Skillet Chocolate Chip Cookie they serve here. Often it's arrives a bit crispy and overdone on the sides. While other times it seems like it's a bit underdone in the middle. I think this is not only due to the low quality of cookie dough but because when you bake in a cast iron skillet you have limited visibility to the bottom of the cookie therefore it's not easy to check for doneness. When baking with a cast iron skillet you need to rotate the skillet halfway through the baking process to ensure an even bake. I doubt this busy restaurant kitchen has the time to do that step. Despite the aforementioned, I am a sucker for a la mode anything! Therefore the sweet, melty, gooey goodness hits the spot. You can simply eat around the burnt or underdone parts. Lol They certainly put enough vanilla ice cream and chocolate fudge on there to somewhat mask the flavor of the overly processed cookie and of it being overcooked or underdone. As far as their beverages go, I've had their margaritas. They are pretty good and not too watered down. They have a pretty good Happy Hour menu. There is plenty of parking and it's located next to many businesses and the highway. The inside of the restaurant is ok. Dimly lit as is the case with most Chili's restaurants. Unfortunately sometimes the tables and the tablet on your table are sticky. The restroom isn't the cleanest either. This restaurant experiences a high volume of customers and the wait staff changes frequently. You'll rarely see the same face more than once. However despite the high employee turnover rate, the service is usually pretty good and the servers are attentive. The restaurant has a few televisions with a constant rotation of sports programs. The ambiance is casual and family oriented. If you are looking for a reasonably priced, decent, casual meal to spend with your family this is the place for you. read more

Great service up until my brother wanted to pay the bill...He only had cash so he couldn't use the little kiosk they have on each table..After almost 20 minutes he gets up and walks to the kitchen entrance to get someone..Like literally, we could of probably dined and ditched and would of been long gone before they figured it out. The only thing good about our visit to Chilies was our server, Adrian, and I do need to give this restaurant kudos for community involvement, Father/Daughter meals, giving Vets a break, etc. BUT the food was inedible. I had the tostada explosion salad sans the chicken. The salad was wilted with brown spots, the dressing odd tasting! And to make matters worse the dishes looked like they hadn't been cleaned properly in a while = spotty and gross. Last but not least the bathroom was filthy.
