Rest of it was ok. Ketchup at table ended, and we had to find someone get another ketchup. Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadillas looked like ranch dip was MIA, sour cream was halved, house made pico it was end of bottle. I love food but finding food missing is scary. Members of our group arrived in staggered intervals. However, she continued to remain composed, kind, respectful, and patient throughout our entire meal. I was blown away by her demeanor and continuous smile she had on her face despite how chaotic it got at times. We ordered the queso with chips and salsa, then the "3 for me deals" that varied from the chicken enchilada soup, house salad, chicken crispers, quesadillas, and steak with mashed potatoes. Normally I leave a good review for Chili's but today not so much. Today was the 3 time that we ordered food and went to pick it up but didn't get what we ordered. Once we arrived at the restaurant we notified them that we had arrived and were given a 20 minute wait time. We were also told that we would be notified that the food was ready. We never received that notification. 20 minutes after the expected completion time we walked in the restaurant to find our order sitting on the take our shelf getting cold. We were then notified that some of our order wasn't available. We didn't receive dressing for our salad. Chilis over Applebees. Any day. I've never had an issue with Chilis. Food has been great. I've tried their chicken Cajun pasta, triple dipper appetizer, Santa Fe burger, Texas cheese fries. Made the drive over to Salinas on Veteran's Day since the Chili's in Seaside had up to an hour and a half wait. The Salinas restaurant was moderately busy with a few veterans but mostly families. I don't post very many reviews but this Chili's deserves one. Here we go... 1. Food was major disappointment. Ordered a Combo Plate of Ribs and Crispers. Son chose a quesadilla. The crispers were cold, the street corn warm, the ribs were also warm with virtually no meat on the bones. The French fries were hot, seemingly fresh out of the fryer. The quesadilla was also hot, fresh off the grill. This is all an indication that there is poor kitchen management, very poor, not to mention ribs with no meat being an example of poor food inventory purchasing. The food is just the half of it! 2. Tabletop payment is a failure! Bill available, bill correct, tip selected, credit card run and receipt choice by email. All good, right? Nope! When I got home, pulled up the email receipt... WHOH! it was more than I expected when I calculated the bill + tip in my head. Doing the math after reviewing the receipt, the difference was the tip used by the tabletop device/software was 30% when I know and made a purposeful decision on what I was going to tip. Well... one might say I fat fingered it when I chose the tip, tapping 30% when I meant to tap 25%. One would be wrong. 30% tip selection would require a monstrously fat finger. Because of the abysmal quality of the food I had chosen an 18% tip because why punish the server for a crappy kitchen? For the record the 18% option is on the far left of the screen and the 30% option on the far right. A $4+ difference and it won't break my bank so not worth it to make an hour round trip trip nor calling the restaurant and talking with the Manager of an obviously poorly run restaurant. Bottom line... I will not eat at this Chili's ever again and this experience will move the entire chain down, way down the list of options when I want a quasi-fast food meal. read more

The lighting inside is great and the view of the nearby crops are beautiful. For a meal, I recommend the chicken sandwich, it is juicy white chicken meat with freshly done fries with the perfect salt and pepper. Not sure what happened but I go here at least once a month and it seems like the quality of service is going down. Feels like I always have to find my servers when needing refills or am missing items that we order, Togo misses items depending on who works. This is a nice place for good food, it's just that the service isn't as great. I think that our waitress was tired and wanted to go home which is understandable. She didn't bring us any silverware, napkins, never asked about refills, and also the caddy on our table wasn't filled.
