10/2/25, Went all the way CHILIES to get some CHILIE and they DON'T sell it Chili anymore. What a disappointment! But otherwise the food was good--so I left with half a smile.

Haven't been to a Chili's restaurant for years. Now I know why. Only went because of a gift card! The service was very good! Our server was on the ball and everything we ordered came out correctly. Didn't have to ask for refills, napkins etc. she checked on us often, as dodgy the manager who stopped at every table. The triple dipper we decided to have as an Appy included the mozzarella sticks, big mouth sliders and the chicken crispers. The mozzarella sticks were nice and cheesy gooey, the sliders were pretty good but the chicken crispers were crispier than they should be and were chewy. We decided to share the trio fajitas combo which included steak, shrimp and chicken. Did not come out sizzling, chicken was strips of weird textured meat like substance. Did not taste like real chicken! The shrimp was alright and the steak was okay. The side of beans was tasty as was the guacamole. The tortillas looked a bit doughy, didn't eat but one of those. Not coming back to any Chili's not because of the service but due to the food quality and prices that are up there with much better restaurants for the subpar fare. They can also clean the table areas better.

A much improved menu. Service was good. The steak was tender and cooked a perfect medium. We haven't been here often and was looking for something different. They have a pretty good lunch menu. Around $15. This place was busy for a lunchtime crowd, which says a lot with so many eating spots close by. I won't be eating here weekly but once in a while won't be bad.

On my road trip to VA we got hungry and I was in the mood for fajitas. Stopped here and tried to order online but the deal I wanted wasn't available, so I called. The lady told me the deals they had so we got the 2 for $25 deal of chicken fajitas , chips and salsa and bacon chicken quesadilla and dessert. We waited about 15 minutes and it was done. My friend went in to pay and when my friend got back we ate. The food wasn't bad at all and we got a bargain.

Good food and service. Pricing is fair. Plan on returning in the future. BBQ brisket and jalapeño cheddar sausage wasn't bad.

If you want a happy, filling and fun spot to grab dinner, this is for you. The wait staff is very friendly. I've been here twice and had a great experience both times. Greeted immediately and seated quickly. The super fun thing I liked about this place was the hands on eating. The tables are covered with paper bags as a big 'ol trash can is pulled up next to you. So as you're eating, you're throwing stuff out to the side of you. I don't know why, but I find that just SO fun! The chicken is surprisingly good, the lobster and crab are great. Don't get me started on their hush puppies. We tried the all you can eat but with everything else they have to offer, if you don't have a really BIG appetite, I'd pass on the all you can eat. All in all a great place to try at least once. I'm personally looking forward to my third time

The environment was busy, welcoming and jovial. The service is impeccable... everyone is attentive. We never had to wait long for anything. It's Boo-Rito season ;-)…read more Spooky season is upon us and I was happy to see Moe's get into the festivities. It lightened the mood in the entire place for sure, BUT it is a bit early - I wonder if this skeleton came to eat and decided to stay a while!! Maybe unrelated to Spooky season.... See my picture - on the upside, if you come alone, you can always sit with Mr. Spooky.... This location was quick and fresh! You always have a choice for your burrito but I feel like Moe's blanco queso is top-tier among all the burrito spots. This sets it apart - in a category of its own. Also, add in the fact they offer seasoned rice, it has a more "authentic" feel. If you prefer veggies only - they have rice, beans (protein), corn, onion/pepper mix, also fresh white onions, black olives, lettuce, fresh cilantro, and a little jalapeno to kick up the flavor a notch. Thats how I do it : - )

It was Moes day on the third floor in the 'bury. Mostly the girls wanted their chips with queso,…read moreand the guys wanted the burritos. I went with the homewrecker burrito because its bigger and has more meat than the classic burrito and I could share. I couldn't even finish my half. I crave flavor and more spice. The cilantro lime rice tasted weird and took from the flavor of the burrito. The girls said the chips were dry, with almost no salt, and no hint of oil. The burrito was bearable but so lacked flavor, did not lift the mood, or satisfy my burrito craving. These are the days I miss living in San Fran.
