Worst experience I've had at a restaurant in a while. Staring off we ordered boneless wings as a appetizer. They came plain with the sauces on the sides. Typical boneless wings are tossed in the sauce or I guess I'm just crazy. For my entree I ordered spicy shrimp tacos. 1, they weren't spicy at all. 2, shrimp was undercooked (tasted rubbery and like the frozen shrimp you get from wal mart). 3, the tortillas were hard like paper plates. 4, no sauce the tacos were dry as a desert. 5, more veggies than shrimp. The entree came with rice and beans. The rice tasted like cardboard, no seasoning at all. The beans were straight from a can and sure tasted like it. Thank god I got the roasted street corn, this was actually tasty. Although the corn was cold it made up for it in its taste. Aside from the street corn and water, everything was very below average. Went there for dinner with my son and daughter. When we got inside they seated us right away and gave us menus. The pages of my sons menu Were stuck together from a sticky food product. The waitress was very good and took our orders. We got an appetizer of chips and cheese with hamburger in it. It came to the table and looked like brown ****. I asked the waitress what was in it, she said cheese, spices, and hamburger. And the chunks in it was the hamburger. We all tried it and it was not good. We told the waitress we didn't like it and she took it off our bill. We each ordered 3 different entrees. And neither one of us liked them. I got the liter fare chicken, too spicy. My daughter got build your own burger, too greasy. My son got soft tacos, not good. We will not come here again read more

My husband and I went to Chili's tonight as we normally go once a week. We always get the 2 for $25 deal. Tonight, my steak was mostly fat and super tough so I couldn't eat much of it. Our server saw that I hadn't eaten most of it and asked if something was wrong. I explained to her that most of it was really tough but that it was okay, things happen! She offered a replacement steak for me to eat there or take home, but I respectfully declined as I understood that things happen and it wasn't their fault. She came back a few minutes later and explained that she had talked to the manager and they were taking half off our bill. Although I wasn't looking for a refund or replacement steak, this server went out of her way to make sure we had great service, even though I told her it was okay beforehand. Great job on both her part and the manager's part! Service is always great, food comes out quick and is always delicious. They will always continue to get my business! read more

I stopped in to watch the Ravens' playoff game and as soon as I entered the restaurant I was greeted by foul language shouted from one of the bar tables. This language included F-bombs and continued throughout the second half of the game. The service was good but the lack of action by management to handle the high volume vulgar comments was disappointing to say the least. read more

On my first visit to a Chili's I have to say I was a bit skeptical, however upon being seated and introduced to our waitress Caitlin, all of my previous thoughts vanished. It was clear to see that the restaurant ran as a cohesive unit, with everyone working together as a team to ensure the patrons had a pleasant experience. Caitlin was not only friendly but engaging, kind and an overall perfect waitress. The food was phenomenal (try one of the bowls) and the atmosphere was calming, not overdone. I've lived in the area for more than 15 years and have been to Chili's maybe twice. Today would be my second visit. I ordered the Southwest Chicken Salad, it was terrible. I don't recommend getting it. There were at lease two problems with this Salad, first they overdressed the Salad, the lettuce was limp and soggy. The second problem, there was avocado on the salad, which I don't mind but it wasn't sliced or even diced which tells me it came out of a container of some kind, which lacks freshness and I didn't care for the texture. Honestly the Southwest Chicken Salad from McDonald and Chick Fil A has Chili's beat hands down. The service was fine the food was just disappointing. I would recommend dressing on the side, and either use fresh sliced/diced avocado or leave it off. read more

Went to Chili's last night for a simple new years dinner alone. I sat at the bar and Brittany was my waitress. I met 3 new friends, had great service, was very happy and felt as if I was truly wanted there. Some places can make you feel as if they want your money but then get out. Had dinner at the Salisbury Maryland Chilis last night. Servers name was Matt. He was fabulous. 5 star treatment. The steak was delicious and perfectly cooked. Better than a steak house. Salsa and chips were really good. Ribs were moist and smiley. Really good. Restaurant was clean and everyone was friendly. Manager John was also friendly! Can't wait to go again read more

The tables, seats and menus were dirty and sticky. As we were being seated, 3 of us, the table was getting a wipe-down with a nasty looking rag. Our order took 30 minutes to arrive. 1 steak, 1 burger, 1 mac and cheese.... How hard is that? There were only 3 other tables to serve. The steak was burned and was missing the garlic toast. We sent it back and waited another 25 minutes for her dinner. We were done eating by the time it came. Manager said he cooked it himself and took it off our bill......thankyou. The hamburger had a strong fishy taste....not at all appetizing for a beef burger with bacon and cheese. Odd plating of the burger too.....bottom bun with lettuce and mayo sitting in the middle of plate... Next to.... Tomato slice topped with fishy burger patty topped by cheese, bacon , pickle and top bun. Took a balancing act with a bent fork to assemble my burger. The only saving grace was the massive slice of cheesecake for dessert. I'm not planning on ever going back unless this place get a major overhaul. Called early on Saturday for reservations for 30 people later that evening. We explained we did not all need to sit together. Manager would not take a reservation said we were too large. He gave up a guaranteed $500 at least. Outback Steakhouse was very accommodating and put us all in same section. On our next trip to Salisbury for a softball tournament we will definitely avoid Chilis and make it a point to go to Outback. read more

The time to get the order and wait time for refill was ridicules. The salad was just greens and a dressing (not very good), and the soup was disappointing. Chili's restaurant in Salisbury, MD is the greatest restaurant around. They have everything you could possibly dream of. Chili's, YOU SUCK!!! If there were an option to give half a 'star' as a rating, I wouldn't even pick that! They have the absolute worst help at that place. Every time I have been there I have had a crap-tastic server, who leaves mounds of dishes on the table, doesn't refill your drinks or endless soup and salad. The food is kinda whatever. I think they have a few ok things. but nothing I can't fix better at home. I have given Chili's three trys after I said I wouldn't go back, but three strikes and you're out.
