So while in Ocean City Maryland my fiancé and I had a craving for some Hooters wings, Why! Because they never seem to disappoint and we were right the classic wings just delicious with a side of curly fries you can't go wrong. Service was top notch as our server checked on us pretty frequently and never had to ask for a refill for water or anything so that's always nice. The wings I got were so damn salty I had to dip them in salt water to make them less salty. The waitress had on so much body glitter that I thought she was some kind of mystical being but when she farted, I knew right then she had fooled me and was human after all. This is a great place. The food is always great. The service is quick and easy. The ambiance is wonderful. That is because of the super friendly girls working here. My server was Sophia and she was amazing. All the other girls there the day I was there were also great. Some of them are Ivorie, Lia and Grace. There were 2 other girls there but I don't remember their names. Sorry about that. They were just as good. I was there at about 3 p.m. and left about 5 p.m. on Thursday May 8. Everyone working both lunch and dinner shifts were great. I can't wait to come back and see everyone again. Hopefully I can. I don't live anywhere even remotely close. Place was very enjoyable in terms of atmosphere and location, a great view of the beach and boardwalk. I sat outside as well, wait time for outside seating was not long at all, and service was fast. Food was pretty lousy which was a big let down. Fish on the sandwich was so thin it looked ridiculous on the oversized bun and had nothing with it. Bbq burger came out with a small "fast food" style/size dipping sauce, chicken tenders were so dry they were inedible by kids who only eat chicken tenders. Entrees only come with a side of coleslaw or potato salad so we asked to substitute it with fries and they were a $7 add (which were not fresh), and we were charged for ranch and blue cheese on a 50 wing order that they asked if you wanted it. Who charges for ranch and blue cheese on a wing order? Additional sauces yeah sure but to have no sauce amount be included is ridiculous. They added 18% gratuity automatically and then ask for additional tip. Compared to the Hooters in Clearwater Florida, it was like eating at a drive thru, won't go back to this one for sure. read more

Stopped here yesterday (9/7/2024) with my daughter and another friend and food was nasty and service was terrible. Boneless weren't good all the way through and Mango Habanero wings were terrible. Waitresses Mallory J was friendly as well and only came to check on us once the whole time we were there. However she was quick to ask did we want takeout containers and she saw my CC on the table and ask could she take it and close out the bill. I didn't fully tip 35% like I usually do and felt cause we were African Americans was treated this way. She constantly helped the Hispanics that were one table from us. Went on a Thursday afternoon and really enjoyed the service and food. Ordered ten mild buffalo wings and 1 1/2 pounds of Alaskan Snow Crab legs. Wings were just the way I remembered them. I like the original breaded style. My daughter loved them. The crab legs were great! Whoever steamed them did a great job. For 1 1/2 pounds it was $44. There were eight clusters - I was so stuffed eating them. Who knew one of the best crab legs was in Hooters. The price of snow crab legs have increased during the pandemic, so considering it was priced right. Music was blasting loud and it was a good time. This Hooters restaurant is right on the boardwalk. They have outdoor seating where you can sit at one of the picnic benches and people watch. It is your typical bar food type of place and the portions aren't small - nothing bad, nothing spectacular. I would come here just for the naked Buffalo wings. We ordered naked wings, breaded wings, curly fries and fried pickles. The sauces are really good. The servers are very nice and brought our dogs waters and treats also. I know I shouldn't expect much in regards to the food but do yourself a favor and NEVER get the chicken Philly cheesesteak. I made a comment to my waitress and it felt dismissive. The chicken tasted almost raw it was not edible. I took a bite of the chicken and immediately my stomach felt uneasy. I removed all the chicken and ate the bread with cheese onions and mushrooms. Last day of our Anniversary Beach Weekend. My Husband loves Hooters wings. We stopped by around 3:30pm to a not busy restaurant. We decide to sit outside to dine. I got 10 naked buffalo wings and he got 10 Original breaded buffalo wings. The wings were just "okay" to me and my Husband-not enough seasoning. I also got a frozen daiquiri. I have to say, I did not taste any alcohol. I asked them to add a shot and they charged me $5(top shelf of, course). I did finally taste the alcohol but I should have tasted it from the beginning. The server came to the table and asked if we wanted our check. She didn't even ask if we wanted another drink or anything else for that matter. My Husband did want another beer. I had a soda water in the beginning. Not another question to see if I wanted another water throughout the whole visit. I am not sure why we got the rush as we were only the 3rd of 15 tables filled in the outside dining area. They charged us .99c each for the ranch dressing and a different amount for the drink and the shot then I was told. They did take off the shot after I asked. All in all a mediocre visit that will NEVER happen again in Ocean City. read more

We stopped in for lunch at the beginning of the season. The orange crushes were fresh, and not loaded down with alcohol. My friend had the breaded traditional wings naked which were perfectly cooked with a nice crispy breading. They were quite big too! I had the buffalo grilled chicken salad with the chicken tossed in general tso's sauce. Chicken grilled perfectly with the precise amount of sauce to make it most but not overly sauced. I was disappointed that they didn't have light ranch dressing as advertised on the menu, and I never received my side of celery. What makes food good is the seasoning! And this place was not it.. I went there today with my brothers, the wings - Trash- tasted like they just pulled it out the freezer and popped it in the microwave and poured sauce on it, made my brother sick and throw up with just eating 3 wings! 7-Eleven wings are better. Idk how they can fuck up a salad but they did, got a chicken salad- the chicken no flavor didn't even bother to wash the spinach or the kale. Me and a buddy stopped in during September of last year. We actually went twice! We got Daytona wings and we had them grilled too, which takes them to a whole new level. The music wasn't blaring, and we could talk and enjoy the meal & scenery. The food was so good, we went back the next day. This time, the music was blaring and it was Hip-Hop. Not a fan of the genre. No matter what they were playing it was too loud. I think it was a Tuesday. It completely ruined the meal, even though we ordered the same food. I've been to one of their franchises in Kentucky and that was better than this one in terms of decor and overall look and feel. We came here on a Saturday evening looking for something to eat and a couple of drinks. The place was moderately crowded as it was around 5 pm. We got seated quickly which was good. Our server came back with our orders really fast so kudos to the kitchen staff for that. The food was decent, like most of the bar food. We had chicken wings and fries and fried pickles. The fried pickles were one of the best I've had, the slices were really thin and the crust was very crispy. The wings were good too. We tried their Daytona style wings. The drawback was their washroom which had loads of towels lying around on the floor for no reason. That made me rate this place. 3*. Washrooms have to be clean. Love this location. The Hooters back home has closed, so while on vacation my husband and I decided to stop in and enjoy some of the food. We were glad we did! We went between lunch and dinner to avoid big crowds, and it worked. We walked in and got seated right away. Our waitress Kayla was very friendly and sweet! She got our drinks first while she gave us some time to look at the menu. When she came back she asked if we would like to start off with an appetizer- which we had decided to order the fried pickles. Kayla went to put that order in while we still looked over the menu. She came back a little while later when we were ready to order. I ordered a cheese quesadilla and my husband ordered a 10 piece boneless hot wings. Kayla put our order in and we waited for our food. It didn't take long before our fried pickles came out. They were delicious! When we were almost finished with those, our entrées came out. Cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious! Kayla made sure to keep our drinks topped off and asked several times how everything was/if we needed anything else. My husband could only eat half of his boneless wings because they gave him so many! It looked like a lot more than 10, but it must be because the wings they give you are such a good size that if there is a smaller wing they give you several to make it a regular size wing. I don't frequent Hooters often, and this is my first at this location, but it was different from every other Hooters I've been to. First - the wings. Usually the wings are two types of pieces: drum piece, and a wing piece (which has a tip, therefore shaped like an L). That was not the case here. It was the drum and the wing without the tip. No big deal - not much meat on the tip anyways. What really irked me was there was no blue cheese, carrots, or celery offered. Unfortunately, I did not realize this until I got back to my shore house. Total deal breaker for me. Blue cheese is a must for me when eating wings, so I was disappointed. I also ordered fried pickles. Two orders of it actually. This was a very generous portion, so I don't think I needed two orders. But womp womp, no dipping sauce in either of the boxes! This place must hate condiments! If I ordered fries and they didn't give ketchup, not a big deal because it's not like ketchup is included in the menu description. But for these fried pickles, it says it comes with the dip! I'll never know who's at fault - did kitchen staff forget to pack the condiments or did the waiters forget to give me a bag of condiments? In any event, my meal was lacking without these essential dips and thus, I advise those to check their order before carrying out. read more

First off let me say I'm a Hooter's fan. Yes the ladies are amazing but the wings are by far my favourite anywhere. This location is right on the boardwalk and the wait was minimal. We were seated at a great table just inside where we could still see the ocean (open air...no walls). Service was fantastic. We ordered the fried pickles and split them among 4 people. Plenty to go around. Great deal for an appetizer. I ordered the 3 mile Island wings(all flats for $1 more) and they were oh so good. Honestly I can't imagine better. Margaritas were tasty, the ocean view amazing and yes the Hooters were fantastic ;). Only bad thing was the cheesy bacon fries. Not good. Way too much cheese and not good. Avoid those and you are Golden. read more

1 Star is more than they deserve. Visited the last week of September and ate at several places. Every place followed COVID guidelines, except our last night. Hooters has a sign saying masks are required upon entry but none of the staff wore a mask. I guess since I was wearing mine, our server lifted her mask to take our drink order. After placing the order and thanking her for wearing a mask and mentioning that none of her coworkers had them on, she walked to the back open kitchen and pointed us out. I did not order anything. I will never visit a Hooters again! Total disregard for customer safety! There are plenty of places on the boardwalk that care about their customers, this is not one. read more

I didn't have any complaints from my 18 year old son nor my 16 year old nephew. We were seated inside and in no time our perky server Rachel was right on our every need. I started with a shrimp quesadilla . It was OK, plenty of small whole shrimp with ample amounts of warm cheese, could use some more flavor though. The Mushroom Swiss Burger I had was cooked medium rare as I requested yet was way too greasy,again lacked much flavor.The fries are good, cut from whole potatoes with skin on, not bad. The kids had boneless wings and chicken strips. No complaints from them. They had cans of Heineken which was a plus. The check came to 55 bucks without tip. We arrived around noon on Sunday and there was plenty of seating. Rating is based on consideration that this is bar food and not fine dining. Service: 5 Staff was very friendly and fast. Service was excellent. I never thought of Hooters as a family restaurant but this place was very family friendly. They gave the baby a balloon with a nice little note on it and tied it to the stroller. Food: 4 We ordered quesadillas, wings, fries and the new shrimp and spinach salad. Everything was very good. Everything came out hot as it should. Shrimp salad was simple but delicious and glad to see they have something somewhat healthy on the menu. Other thing I would change is that dressings and dips were all from a package. Shouldn't a place like Hooters be able to make their own dressings and dips and not serve up packaged? Location/ Other: 4 Indoor and outdoor seating with A/C inside, unlike many places in OC MD that don't have A/C for the indoor seating. We dined at Hooters on the day of grand reopening on 3/10/2022 and everything was great. We returned a week later on 3/17/2022 and ordered the same thing we ordered the week before, The wings were under cooked (Blood in the center and breading had no crunch) Fries were soggy and the big fish sandwich was raw in the middle. As we left the employees were standing by the side door smoking and complaining to each other about the management, I just moved here from Cape Coral Fla. and we had 4 Hooters restaurants within 30 mins. from my house so I am very familiar with the quality of Hooters food.
