If your food of choice involves chicken, this place is for you, because 90% of the dishes here are chicken-based. After all "chicken is so versatile". I'm no huge fan of chicken, with all its dirty warehouse processing and their poor living conditions...but all PETA aside, this place is overrated. I decided on nachos and was ready to order when the waitress came. She asked me if I wanted the "9 or the 12". So I just had to ask "The nine or the twelve what? I want nachos!" So she explained to me that the nachos there were counted out and each chip had toppings on it. So I just had to mess with her. I told her I wanted the 13. Stupid me, I didn't realize our country had such a corn chip shortage (smack HEAD!)....Well I certainly wanted to do my part to chip in (pun intended); wouldn't want the less fortunate not to have their chip rations for the week. Imagine the chaos of a chip rebellion in this country--poor, ragged indigent people with salsa jars in their hands with nothing to dip in it. The horror! Deciding that was too much stupidity for me, I changed my order. I got a cheeseburger. Not sure what it was called-something to do with an avocado, b'cus there was a slice of avocado on it-duh! Not bad, but nothing great for the price. Also a pet peeve of mine is when restaurants pre-salt their fries. WTF is with that? Can't they trust me to season my own damn fries? My girlfriend had the chili and was repulsed. I tasted it and it and found that it to be a thin gruel seasoned with chili. You'd think a place called Chili's could do a decent chili! The feck?! I've been coming to this restaurant frequently my first experience was professional, good customer service, I've all ways tip for my service when I go to this location . As I come on different days my service has been bad . I still give them a gratuity from the kindness of my heart. They don't even knowledge the guest that tip them as tho we have to . Messed up all of our orders. Our children received the wrong orders and received them last. Extremely disappointed. By the time they received their food, they ate my plate of food because of how hungry they were. For being "family friendly" it wasn't that great. read more

The enchilada dishes are great and plenty on the plate, my usual go-to item if at a tex-mex spot. Some eateries serve two..which leaves me hungry; Chili's puts out three which is right. If you bring children, avoid the bar half. Usually it's one of my favorite restaurants, but we have had mediocre to downright rude service in more than one occasion. The managers seem to be pretty attentive, but they don't offer much in the way of consolation when the service is terrible and the bartender has been rude. Being a vegetarian, I'm rather picky. When I saw the black bean burger, I was a little skeptical. I tasted it and it wasn't overly cooked (people who aren't used to cooking vegetarian food, sometimes think they have to cook the food until it's hard). Ohhhhh, Chili's, what have you done to your steak fajitas?! Went here with work mates the other day, as a sort of impromptu holiday luncheon. It was the second time I'd been there since our offices moved up Cockeysville way, and I typically opt for a local place for a better lunch, or the local Subway for a more pedestrian lunch. The first visit doesn't even stick out in my mind, and I presume the food didn't impress me enough that I chose to make the time and effort to post a review (I'll often give a place a second chance, which is why I don't have all that many one and two star reviews). This time around the food took a long time to arrive, and one of our party was given the wrong beverage. And my fajitas were so very, very disappointing. Don't know what Chili's has done as far as recipe changes, but the new fajitas - and mine were overcooked - tasted very heavily of black pepper. YUCK! Don't think I'll be returning, especially with so many other nearby options. read more

So this Chili's is pretty much like any other Chili's you've been to. But I do like their food and drink specials. My new favorite option is the $20 Feeds Two special, which includes an appetizer and two entrees. They give you choices of what you can pick, so you can't just get anything on the menu. But the options are good, so I certainly won't complain about a $20 dinner for two! Top off your meal with a margarita and it'll be a good night out! read more

I've sat down for lunch here as well as ordered for online for take-out and had no problems. They were on time with my food and gave me a large soda instead of the small. They oversalt the fries and chips! I had chips with their Spinach Dip and the salt was practically falling off. I had to brush some of the salt off to eat them! But if you sign up for their email listerv thing they send you coupons every 3 days for free appetizers and desserts. If you love sodium, I highly suggest Chilis! read more

I had to write this. We met up with about 20 members of our family visiting from out of town and went to Chili's unexpectedly for dinner. We were pleasantly surprised by every aspect of our time there -- the food, the service - the whole package. Our waitress was amazing - attentive, forgiving of our constant need for straws, refills on our drinks, and the need for a fair amount of time between appetizers and the meal. I ordered the vegetarian burger and was surprised by the good taste of the actual bean burger, as well as the great presentation. I'd just like to say, Go Chili's. Thanks for helping to make this dining experience with my extended family wonderful in every way. We all liked our meal very much and particularly the excellent service we received. Okay, staff are nice. Food is good but your average easy going type of place. Wish the menu was a little more varied. Seems like lots of Mexican food and a few burgers. I love Mexican, but I'd like to have a few more options. We ordered fried pickles, they were a bit on the greasy side and kinda had a fishy taste to them...you can tell they must have been fried in the same oil that something fishy was. Im funny with that I can tell when my fries are like that so it may be just me. I'd go back, but maybe try the fajitas instead of the burger, which the roll was much to Bready for me. read more

This place has been my go to place for years. Today I stood at the front door for fifteen minutes waiting to be seated in an empty restaurant. That was very frustrating. Tried to order online for 30 minutes for curbside dinner for my family but every time I tried to submit order it said try again. Finally I called restaurant and they told me they had turned off online ordering because they were too busy. Very nice to hear after I just wasted a half hour and family was hungry. They told me I could order over the phone but it would take at least an hour for food to be ready. I kindly declined. I ordered online from Seasons not far up the road and they said it would be 20 minutes. I purposely drove by Chilis on the way there and saw the place was sparse with guests. Either their business is so good that they didn't want my business or the management there is too lazy to service people. I've been to this restaurant before and experienced slow service but nothing this bad. I tried reporting this on Brinker website and 5 times writing this, it never went through either. I guess the bad management starts at the top. If I had stock in Brinker I would dump it. read more

Have been to this location a few times. Each time I have been satisfied with the service and food. This time we were introduced to their table top computer which allows you to pay right at the table if using a card. It was quick and easy. Even could leave a tip and use a coupon with the computer service. I think if you pay with cash you still have to go through the waitress, but this seems more secure than giving your card for them to take someplace else as well as using an email coupon that was on my phone- I would not want to give my phone to anybody to take elsewhere. HORRIBLE!!! We waited at the hostess stand for 10 minutes before anyone sat us. We then were seated for 10 minutes, right beside the bar which had two bartenders working, mind you this is 3pm Sunday afternoon & they are far from busy. There's a reason there's no one in the restaurant, you cannot get waited on. I would highly recommend driving 30 seconds down the road & going to MOTHERS. Doesn't accept vertical IDs even for age 21+. Bartender claimed it was "chili's policy". Other chili's in White Marsh and Linthicum have no issues. Never heard this before. Super friendly staff and you never have to wait for a table because the place is so large. Food is fresh and plentiful and hot when it arrives. Desserts are big and REALLY great. It would be nice if they would bring back the fried ice cream pretty please! Also the sound quality is fine even when it is crowded. Very easy place to come back too!! read more

We sat at the bar and ordered boneless buffalo wings that were not crisp but almost soggy. We ate less than half of the order. We also ordered the quesadilla salad. The chicken on the salad was moist and good. However, the salad was drowning in dressing. I guess I should have ordered it on the side. I ate about a third of it. The server cleared the plates without asking how we enjoyed the meal. It wasn't until she was about to give us the check did she ask. We told her the issues and that it was no big deal. She didn't offer to reduce the bill and said it would be a hassle to get the manager but said next time we go to tell her that we had an issue and she would take care of it. I take my family to this Chili's just about once a week. I grew up with a big meal on Sundays, but rather than do all the cooking and cleaning, we go here instead, and have been doing it for about ten years. The service people are always cheerful, and they recognize us. The food is great and very dependable--the menu has something for everyone, regardless of diets, even during that vegetarian phase my teenager went through. Not quite home, but really, really comfortable. I recommend it highly (even just once!). read more

Love this Chili's! My friends and I come here all the time! Kristine (not sure how to spell her name) is an awesome bartender! Food is always consistent. We usually sit in the bar and the servers are always friendly. They will always give us extra sour cream and are always right there to refill drinks, etc. Nachos are so yummy. We just went in to this restaurant and it smelled like raw sewage. It was horrible. We asked to be seated as far away from the front (where it smelled) and the waiter guy ignored our request and sat us next to the door. Gross. I guess it was the air conditioning, but it was AWFUL. This is a Chili's restaurant that tastes just like any other Chili's you may walk into. The sandwiches are pretty good and the food is rather inexpensive. Unfortunately their service is severely lacking. I normally don't come on here to complain about bad experiences but I feel I should to warn potential diners about this place. We were seated right away and ordered an appetizer and main course. The busboy bring out our appetizer and main courses at the same time. I fins it very annoying when you don't have time to finish your appetizer. I was just scratching my head as to how it took the same amount of time to put chips in a bowl as it did to cook a burger well done. We complain to our waiter and he jokingly assures us that they aren't trying to rush us. A few minutes later we are given the check before we finished either the appetizer or main course. The place wasn't full so I get what the hurry was to get rid of us. There are a lot of chain restaurants in the area where you can get an affordable meal.
