It has been a very long time since I sat down at a table in Chili's. What a tremendous new feeling of entertainment and ordering experience! You need not have to it for your server to run your credit card, just do it yourself at the table. Well, if you can break away your kiddo from playing games on the neat device! New menu too! I ordered a single shrimp taco and the boneless buffalo salad! I could not go the salad. Maybe the combination of blue cheese and ranch or maybe the buffalo sauce wasn't just what my pallet desired or expected. And so...a girl has to order desert, right?! read more

Went inside to eat and not even trying to be dramatic but I had the worst dining experience of my life last night. Walked in an hour and half before they close which is reasonable. Waited 5 mins to be seated in a practically empty restaurant. Wasn't even greeted. Server was nice but was not very attentive at all as she was talking to the other workers. My husband ordered a burger that was not cooked throughly and my alcoholic drinks were made wrong because "we closed the bar early so we don't have all the ingredients" don't waste your money on this place. read more

Generally speaking, Chili's is a pretty good place to eat. The food is pretty good, the service is pretty good, and the prices are reasonable. Overall I give them 4 stars because my experience here is usually a good one. read more

Okay so I know what I'm getting myself in for when I go to a chain restaurant like Chili's but wow was this a disappointing trip. To be perfectly frank, it wasn't even my first choice but where I was planning on having lunch was packed so I took a chance. It had been at least 2 years since I last visited this location and it will probably be many more before I return....IF I return. Let's start with the good...the ONLY good thing was our server. She was polite, friendly, and on top of it. Our orders were correct, she was prompt and even checked on us a couple of times throughout the meal. She is also the only reason this review is getting that 2nd star. And that's it...so let's move on to the not so great aspect of my lunch excursion. For starters, I have ordered the same thing every time I go to Chili's - Cajun Chicken Pasta and it's never been mindblowing but it has been tasty and decent. This time, I may as well have grabbed some overcooked noodles, a jar of alfredo sauce, and a bag of frozen chicken strips and zapped it all in the microwave at work. Probably would have cost less and had more flavor. Couldn't even bring myself to eat half. My coworker got the chicken crispers....which why are they named that when they aren't crisp? Well I guess they couldn't call them chicken tenders because from her having to cut them up, I can conclude they were not tender either. On top of my blah food, I got to spend my lunch listening to a group of chatty servers listen to one employee tell a rather "interesting" story about his previous night. I have worked as a server and having great relationships with your coworkers can absolutely save you from the every day drudgery but seriously guys. I wasn't the only table out there and you were speaking loud enough for all to here...including the rather "colorful" words if you get my drift. Overall my experience left me wanting....wanting some flavor, better atmosphere, and to find somewhere else to have lunch. read more

Food was good. I always order the quesadilla explosion salad. Nice size salad for the money. I sat at the bar and it was comfortable enough.

If you have more than 4 in your party forget it. You will wait forever. I will not take more than 4 to Chili's ever again. Waited over 1.5 HOURS for a party of 9. Never again at Chili's. NOTE: I love Chili's and eat there often... but that will be with 4 or less from now on. read more

I wish Yelp would break down the star rating to include food and service... So we get there an hour before they close. We get the worse waitress I have seen in a long time. She came to our table a total of 3 times, Drinks, food order, check,. My husbands Fajitas were fine. I wish I would have gotten those. I got the "Cajun" pasta. It was luke-warm at best. Well, the only thing hot about my dinner was the plate. If the waitress would have took the time to ask how our dinner was, I could have told her that my food wasn't fit for my dog, but instead I was left eating a frozen tv dinner without a drink to choke it down with. She did manage to find the time to bring us another drink when she brought the check. Thing is.... She spilled my drink all in my plate and on the table, No "I'm sorry let me clean that up" she tries to walk off. I had to ask her for something to clean the mess she made with. She came back with some napkins and the biggest attitude about having to do her job. So I asked to see the manager. He was nice, and attentive and fixed the situation nicely. But seriously, if you don't want to work on a Friday night, don't be a waitress. If you can't give the same quality of service to everyone from the time you start your shift til the time you end it, don't be a waitress. With that said. I think I have food poisoning.... Great service! We had a terrible time at Cracker Barrel next door so we walked over, best decision ever! Bailey is an amazing waitress! She got us food in under 5 minutes. She forgot our drinks less than 2 minutes and was so sweet about it, even comped our drinks for it! Highly recommend! read more

As a causal diner, we have tired them all. Chili's used to be an excellent place to meet friends and have a drink and then a nice meal. Now we tired a new menu item, the chicken Fajitas. What a disappointment. We will never order that again. No flavor in any of it. We enjoy most of the dishes, and like that we can get a bottomless bowl of chips and salsa. After a couple of drinks, things seem to taste better. Service is always top notch, we have never had a bad server, but the quality of the food is slipping. read more

I've been to this chili's before and I'm really disappointed with it. Everything here has seemed to just fallen apart. The food was very low quality from the carrots looking and tasting like they were left out for a couple of hours to the Santa fad crisper salad being overdressed. I don't know why this place has gone down the drain but it didn't used to be like this and that makes me sad. read more

Well we are die hard Chili's fans... and we went tonight to the Tulsa Hills location. Our first appetizer had grease dripping off the chips. Like puddles on the plate. With no napkins of course. Then I asked him to exchange chips. We got a few dry ones thrown on top of the wet greasy ones. Then when 2nd appetizer finally came we were told we wouldn't be charged (funny bc we were). Then one of our 3 meals was wrong. She finally got right Food and still no napkins so we asked. Then checks came and out to go orders were on wrong bills and of course the free appetizer was on there. Now... I paid. Drove the hour home to find out my fricken to go order was wrong!!! I paid for a $20 entree and got a $7 fucking sandwich. Customer service in America sucks. No one could care less, they just want a paycheck. No pride at all in their work. This is the 2nd substandard Chili's Service and food we've gotten. Ok so now it's like 3 weeks later and we couldn't wait... so back to Chili's we go on a Saturday night. We had a great experience at the 51st and Harvard location. Our waitress was awesome! When I asked her name she got nervous as would anyone but it was so I could mention she could train a few waitresses! Shout out to Miriam (sp?) for treating her customers great. Food was great. I go to chili's about once every ten years, due to the poor service and food quality. I thought I'd give it another try to see if they have stepped up their customer service. In a word, no they have not. They whole restaurant had a dirty feel to it- handprints everywhere, sticky floor, etc. I found a live bug in my silverware. The waiter had basically told all of his tables that he was hung over, made a comment about eating or appetizer because he was hungry, and Made the excuse of visiting his friends when we were trying to find him to get a to go box. THE FOOD WAS DECENT, WHICH BUMPED MY RATING TO TWO STARS INSTEAD OF THE ONE. BUT, it will be at least another ten years before I ever go back again. read more

I like Chili's food....however I love the service at the Tulsa Hills location! I have never had a bad experience...even after my friends daughter "gave back" most of her food our server came and cleaned up the area and helped us get her daughter cleaned up. She then boxed all our food so we could leave quickly and was a sweet as can be....I think she was nicer about it than we were. Thanks for having such great servers with such big hearts!! Is there an option to give zero stars? Awful! Cannot make a dinner right to save their pea picking souls! Ruined my dinner and my birthday all in one! They never refilled our drinks! My husband's dinner was stale, and my husband scored after his dinner with the Hershey squirts and moans & groans all night plus free stale enchiladas . Meanwhile, the waitress gave us dirty looks throughout our whole dinner while we were there. We were waiting on service for 15 minutes with no one to serve us. I finally got up and had to ask for a fork because the waitress never gave me one. All and all, I did not get to eat dinner tonight. I had to go to the back of the restaurant and asked who made my dinner as they just covered up the dinner with what was already made before. We walked out of this Chilis. Never again! This rating does not even deserve 1 star. They deserve 0 stars. This will be my first check-in and my last check-in at this Chilis. read more

Horrible customer service, thanks Paige for sweeping the floor while my family is eating. Paige I ask you not sweep and you didn't stop! Informed manager he informed me she was a great waitress! Sweep on Paige. Paige also rushed us to order , rushed to eat. Paige was very sarcastic! My only TIP to chilis, Paige and your manager is please don't argue for 10 minutes about a sanitary situation! Our fave Chili's over in the new Tulsa South Shopping Zone Area between 71st & 81st Street South on the West Side of the Arkansas River Bridge. It is a favorite of our whole family -2 adults and 3 in-charge kids!!! We try to only go there "maybe" 1 time every other month - of course we'd love to go there at least once weekly! But, as a family, we've agreed, Chili's is not your ordinary fare-it's special! We make sure we have an "Official Celebration Already in Progress" upon entering the place! It's a Birthday! Our FB Team won their Friday Night Battle! It's Movie Night! Mom & Dad Date Night! Our Family will NEVER treat Chili's as though 'she' is anything but EXTRAORDINARY!!!! In these trying economic times, sinking finances, we've made Chili's a "special occasion dining experience" for ourselves-as a rule, if our family is on our way to party at Chili's-we're CELEBRATING something special! These times have forced families to be creative when trying to please a small crowd of picky, finicky, demanding at times - mini-me's...So, Chili's might be a flamboyant, loud, fancy-schmancy place to go and get a burger and fries, watch the game, a teen alternative to celebrating a B-day at Chuck E Cheese's to some and just not something that seems to deserve the over-the-top attention and high pedestal position in the burger-joint choices over a tight-budgeted, exhausted but don't tell the short people and blow our cover Man! 40-ish PARENTS that we are!!!- But until that keep-your-fingers-crossed-Future Lotto Win, Chili's is our Family's "Tavern On The Green"!
